We were right on the beach! I loved hot tubing and seeing the beach and hearing the waves. It was a good place for two friends to meet and enjoy several days.

Great location and cute house

The location right on the beach was awesome. The hot tub and general layout is really nice. We had some issues with appliances not working, particularly the clothes dryer. Management told us the week before our trip that it was broken and said they'd fix it during our stay and did not. We had a little trouble with people wandering into our yard and deck from the public beach access that runs along the side of the house. Sort of awkward.

Just what we needed

We had an amazing get away! This house was perfect, it was cozy and made everything simple being so close to the beach. Kids were back and forth to the beach right from our backyard. It was nice sitting around the fire out back and watching the high tide waves crash right underneath us. 10/10 would recommend!

Best beach house ever

I can not believe how well this beach house checked all of our boxes and at such a good price. We plan to come back and stay longer. So many places on the Oregon coast are "on the beach" but without beach access. This had perfect beach access and having the hot tub and lawn right on the view of the beach was fantastic. The outdoor shower wasn't working and that was a bummer, but other than that we loved it.

Good beach stay

The house was clean, location was great. We had a few little things like the propane was out on the grill, and the bed linens were not great for the price point of the property. But over all the house was great.

Great location, basics could be improved

We had a quick family trip and our priority was both view of the ocean and easy access to the beach straight from the rental. This rental was perfect for that. With easy public access to the beach bordering the property, the kids were able to go down to the beach by themselves and we could even watch them while having coffee at the picnic table in the yard. The hot tub and outdoor shower were great additions to the stay. The only criticisms we had: the stove is extremely challenging and inconsistent to get started and without a lighter at the property, it resulted in only using one of two burners to prepare food for everyone, which wasted a lot of time. We reached out to management for a recommendation or a lighter and never heard back. There was also a lack of basics, like no salt in the salt shakers or in the cupboards. These basics for cooking are expected for whole house rentals. With these fixes and offering more basics, this stay would have been perfect. Other notes: there is limited Verizon signal, the two parking spots are very tight, the standard bedrooms are smaller but worked for our short stay, we enjoyed walking to the end of the beach and back each night.

Best getaway

We had two families with young kids all at the house and it was just perfect! Loved that the kids had a room on one side of the house and the parents got to stay on the other. We loved all the outdoor space and such easy access to the beach. We will be back!

Great time and place!

We went for the end of spring break. It was perfect for me, my partner and our 3 kids under 10. The weather was typical rain and no rain. Nice to have a hot tub with a ocean view and the beach access was perfect for kids who like to go in and out!

Exactly as described- lovely location

Beautiful beach location, comfortable beds, comfortable seaside deck and firepit. I know it’s a little thing, but I loved that fridge had an ice and water dispenser. Had everything we wanted other than a deck umbrella ( which we purchased for our time there) and we stumbled on a glass float on the beach to keep one day on an afternoon walk! Slight snafu with door code not working upon arrival which Metedith properties handled for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Cutest Little Beach House!

If you want a house that's ON THE BEACH - this one is RIGHT THERE. Our kids were able to play in the sand and still be in eyesight from the living room/backyard. The hot tub was PERFECT for the chilly breezy evenings and watching the sunsets. We had 4 adults, one teenager, one pre-teen and one toddler and the house was very comfortable for all of us. The bedrooms were a bit small to fit a pack n play for the toddler so we set it up in the bunkbed room instead and it worked out perfect. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. We had a slight issue with the gas stove - some of the burners wouldn't light so cooking was a little slow. But we didn't cook a whole lot so it wasn't a major inconvenience. The beds and furniture were very comfortable - the house is adorably decorated - we will DEFINITELY be returning to this house again in the future!!

Wonderful cabin on the beach!

Beach Haven is a cozy, charming cabin with a spectacular view and location. Although the furnishings are a bit outdated, it was comfortable and the perfect setting for our family with ages ranging from 11 months to 66! Highlights of this place: Having our own yard as well as enclosed deck with a hot tub, outdoor eating spots, walking distance to tide pools, well supplied kitchen, indoor eating and game playing spots! The only cons were the lack of bath towels (they eventually delivered more after 2 days so we didn’t have to share bath towels anymore) , and propane tank was empty which delayed dinner until they brought another one.

Beautiful location, cozy home.

This was a beautiful little home. What the bedrooms lack in size is made up by a huge family room and beautiful kitchen. The living room furniture could use an update, but the mattresses in the 2 main bedrooms were very comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location!

I wanted to be close to the beach - and this home gave me the beach! ! We had a few mobility challenged members in our group, and this home and it’s beach access was a perfect fit! We enjoyed every night with cornhole and a fire on the grass, with the beach roaring in the background. We are already planning next year!

Wonderful summer vacation

I can’t say enough about this amazing home . The location is perfect, being right on the ocean and walking distance to beautiful mountain hikes. My family and I were very comfortable enjoying the well equipped kitchen and the outdoor patio. Hot tub was a PLUS! We definitely hope to return for another summer vacation. Thank You

Improvements to make

Hot tub was too cold upon arrival TV did not work as directed and had to call maintenance The gate to outdoor shower banged all night and keep 2 people awake. But maintenance fixed it on Monday No soap for laundry but maintenance brought some over Very dirty bed spread that needs to be washed. I would hope bed spreads and shams would be laundered between guests especially since covid19 is still around..
