La hermosa casa hecha a medida en el norte de la ciudad de Lincoln es tan maravillosa por dentro como por fuera. Abundan las vistas al mar desde la gran sala con su chimenea de gas, área de comedor y cocina de galera luminosa. El dormitorio principal del piso superior tiene su propia chimenea de gas, una gran bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha a ras de suelo. En el exterior, una cubierta envuelve el segundo piso de la casa, lo que le brinda suficiente espacio para disfrutar de una cena y relajarse; otra cubierta te lleva cerca del arroyo que atraviesa la propiedad. El acceso a la playa está a solo 100 metros de distancia, y lo llevará a millas de una costa hermosa y transitable. Está a una corta distancia a pie de tiendas, restaurantes y una visita al hermoso jardín Connie Hansen, lleno de plantas nativas y ornamentales en flor. Un rápido salto en el auto lo llevará al casino Chinook Winds y todas las actividades divertidas que Lincoln City tiene para ofrecer.

Great location!

We booked this house as a last minute trip over spring break. We had 2 adults, a 6yo, 3yo and 3mo old with plenty of room. We had great weather so we were able to enjoy the amazing deck. The only downside is the carpets were in major need of a cleaning, and the furniture was not as pictured. There is great beach access about a block away and it takes about two minutes to get there walking.We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the Jacuzzi tub!

Clean and Relaxing

The property was clean and relaxing. Great view and we could hear the waves. It was close to shopping and food. I would stay here again!

We had a great time. It was stormy and noisy. One of the roof vents screeched like a banshee.

Overall good. Location convenient. Indoor and outdoor space was comfortable.

Very Nice Stay

Property was clean and area was quiet. Kitchen had all the comforts of home. Very short walk to the beach access (1.5 blocks). Found a great gym, Point Break, at Lincoln City Outlet Mall where we could work out everyday for a VERY reasonable week drop-in rate.

Great location. It is definitely not a place for people who are handicapped and use a walker. Just a thought to have more pots and pans. Good place to stay with kids. The access to the beach was great also.

Great Location and very affordable!

We loved this house. It was close to the casino and very close to beach access. Has a garage with kid toys. Nice kitchen. Everybody loved it.

Just what I needed

The home was just as listed. And the location was amazing. Smelling the ocean in the morning and the quietness of the neighborhood made for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. Furniture downstairs was a bit uncomfortable but i am a bigger person bobody else seemed to have an issue and for me it didnt effect my stay. Overall i loved it.

A few easy improvements need to be made (e.g., pillows were old and stained, only one side of the toaster worked, garbage disposal was leaking), but otherwise the house is great!

Close to beach

It is a nice size home with close walking to beach. The rooms were a nice size a 3 bathrooms were clean. The lighting was a bit weird where the switches were located. And some of the pots and pans there were some but was expecting more. And expecting more beach chairs. But overall nice.

It was a super nice house. The only negative I can think of is the kitchen was not stocked with pots and pans. It was a good thing I brought my own or I wouldn’t have been able to make breakfast in the morning.

Reviewer Comments: A really nice house everything was clean a nice view from the master we really liked the short walk to the beach the creek that runs threw the back yard was a quiet retreat the only thing was the house was so cold it took took fourteen hrs to heat up but I called the manager and the maintenance person came quickly and plugged in 4 heaters thank you for the quick response we stayed three day we loved it

Not happy with this trip

The home was not clean, it had a foul smell when the heat would come on, mold in the windows, I was cooking for 8 so planned bbq meals to keep cleaning to a minimum but there wasnt even enough to cook one meal. Let the maintenance team know and they didn't show up.

Could use a few more utensils in the kitchen. The water faucet in kitchen hard to adjust and the hot water setting way to hot. Ice maker doesn't work.

With it being so close to the beach and us having 3 little ones it made it so easy to walk with them. The house could use some update like new curtains in Master as they were broken when we arrived, Coffee Pot is super slow, faucet in Kitchen sink is terrible it really needs a sprayer type. But other then those things it was a wonderful house. I would rent it again.

There was room for my son's pack and play, as well. The master has a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was well stocked with cups and plates and silverware and the like. There was also a grill out back. The location is wonderful. 1 block to beach access. It was a good value for the money, but extra fees and such (clearly posted before reservation) did make it a little more than what it appears at first, but not unusual with this type of rental. I would rent this house again.

The listing stated hot tub, but thete isn't one. There is a jacuzzi tb in the bathroom, which is NOT a hot tub. The kitchen hascwarm water only. It wouldn't get hot. There are 2 lockboxes at the front door, in 2 different locations. The directions didn't say which to use. I only saw 1, and couldn't get it open. House is very dated, but spacious. The kids are having a great time playing games.

Don’t rent

First of all the house was in a great location 5 minutes to the beach access. That was about the only good thing of the house. Here’s a list of everything that was wrong1) in the master bedroom I found a couple razor blades on the floor (super dangerous) specially if you have kids I have pictures of the blades 2) two TVs in the house did not work. There was three remotes for each TV. None of them matched any of the brands so you didn’t know which remote went to what3) the towels in the master bedroom or stained with a red/orange color (gross) 4) the beds were completely uncomfortable the master bed was just springs 5) the house had light dimmers every time you had the lights dimmed they would flicker or turn off6) every lamp in the house flickered. turned off, turned on, 7) the house was constantly cold matter what you did 8) there was no privacy at all in the backyard or on the balconies or decks so the neighbors are literally staring at you when you’re sitting back there. I have never been one to ask for a refund or anything after staying in a rental property. But this was by far the worst house I’ve ever rented, I feel I should get some sort of refund. Because the state of the house, being falsely advertised, razor blades on the floor, the dirty towels and management never reached out on how the house was when arriving don’t ever rent this property

Great Location

Perfect location, a quick walk to the beach. The house itself is in need of deep cleaning. Dirty carpets, sliding glass door track, blinds, etc.
