With the beach right down the street, a gorgeous yard filled with greenery and a creek, plus the warm and friendly interior, this Lincoln City vacation home is perfect for your weekend getaway!



This charming abode is located just a block away from the incredible Pacific Coast where you can swim, surf, hike or play, and is also within a 10-minute drive of the shopping, restaurants and bars of bustling Lincoln City. Park up to two cars in the driveway.



The entire home is spread out on just one level, so it's perfect for anyone with elderly family members or those who simply don't want to trek up and down the stairs! You'll feel welcome as soon as you walk in with the relaxed kitchen and its modern appliances and a dining table set for four people. The charming living room has a flatscreen TV, so it's easy to cozy up here after a long day of tearing up the waves or biking around in the sun. You'll also have WiFi so you'll be able to stay in touch.



There are two bedrooms and two full baths right down the hallway. The master has a fun beach-friendly theme and queen-size bed, as well as an attached full bathroom and door that leads out to the back deck. The second bedroom is great for a some friends or the kids to stay in with a queen and twin bunk beds, plus plenty of room to spread out or play in. This charming Lincoln City retreat is also pet-friendly for up to one dog with an additional nightly fee.



This adorable coastal home is perfect for a group of up to six to use as a base for their beach activities, or a family to spend some quality time together and get away from the grind of daily life. With the beach literally right down the road, it's easy to stop in and out during the day for lunch breaks. This home is also ideal for an adventure base if you want a day of hiking, biking, or just wandering around the charming town of Lincoln City.

Quiet, clean to get away

It was very relaxing and for most part quiet. Being so close to the beach was great. The pillows on the main queen bed are terrible, otherwise was Great. Would recommend to any one.

Cute cottage

The dishwasher really needs to be fixed. The top rack falls off if you pull it out. We came here for thanksgiving and the lack of 6 utensils was disappointing. Overall we had a great stay as it was close to the beach and the deck was wonderful. If the minor little things were improved it would be absolutely amazing.

Very pleasant get away!

House is small but had everything we needed. Only 2 small issues--front door was hard to open and couldn't get the 2nd bathroom door to close. Location is great -- so handy to beach. Our family had a fun stay!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay as it was close to the beach and was easy access to get down to the beach. Loved the fact it was a single level home with very minimal steps as one of our dog has arthritis and the husband can’t do stairs very well. House was equipped with basically everything we needed to stay and be comfortable. We will be back again.

Best family trip

I just loved the house we stayed in and the area it was in was perfect for us. The house was so clean and very organized I think maybe the only downfall was TV in the living room didn’t have cable but the in the kids room did so that was fine we were hardly there we had a busy schedule but I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go visit there for sure :) have to say I would come back to stay there in our next family road trip for sure.

Hit all our must haves!

Older house but it was clean and nice single level with 2 bathroom was a nice bonus. It is a great house for older people since no stairs, easy walk to the beach then easy walk down to the water, no stairs! The neighborhood was quiet and not a lot of traffic. Super close to the casino. Loved being at Lincoln City. Lots of different and good restaurants and fun shops. There is a BBQ grill, must have added it before photos and amenities were done. We had to get pods since there is a new coffee maker, Krueig. Yes, we will check yiur house for availability when we come back to Lincoln City!

Small house

The house is small. So if you plan on staying inside not alot of room. The coffee pot had molder coffee grounds in it and there was a weed growing as tall as the stove from under the house. Other then that it was semi clean. The carpet in the back bedroom was so dirty it turned my socks brown. Wasn't worth everything i paid for check in at 4pm friday and check out by 9am sunday NO.

Beach House

Last winter I stayed at Beach Haven for a month and returned this year. Pet friendly and beach access are my priorities. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the beds are super comfy. Vacasa was very prompt in their assistance when I briefly lost wifi and when I misplaced my key. Customer service is outstanding. We will return!

coast getaway

The house was very comfortable, close to the beach and welcoming for our dogs too! It is a quiet neighborhood and easily walkable for the dogs. It is close to Hwy 101 but not so close that you hear the noise. I would stay there again. Thanks

Beach Haven stay

The location of Beach Haven was great for access to the beach. Otherwise we felt for the cost this place was overstated from the listing. The furniture could use some attention. The couch had a protruding metal wire sticking out about an inch and a half on the side. We placed a pillow against it so we wouldn't get hurt. For the safety of future renters seems this couch has seen better days. We contacted Vacasa regarding the living room tv and fireplace not working. We determined the batteries needed replaced in the tv remote and never did hear back from them on the fireplace.

Adorable little cottage

We loved our stay! Perfect getaway for a weekend, walk on the beach, and unwind. There were only a few small things that disappointed us. The sink in the main bathroom drained very slowly, just brushing our teeth we’d end up with a sunk full. An easy fix, just needs some attention. This dishwasher was missing the silverware basket, and the top rack falls out if you pull it out to load it. Again, small things that didn’t ruin our stay. Really, whose home is perfect?

I feel catfished by this house

The pictures in the listing were clearly taken many years ago. The backyard was overgrown with a pile of dead branches in one corner. There is no patio furniture on the back deck as pictured. There were no beach chairs or AC as itemized in the listing. The house appeared clean on the inside but after taking off our shoes, per a sign on the fridge’s request, we discovered the floors were filthy & there was no mop to remedy the situation. We found several large spiders throughout the house, including a wolf spider the size of my hand in the main tub, which we suspect are a product of the disaster of a backyard. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken & easily fell out if not held up during loading. There was also no silverware caddy & we were provided only enough dish tabs to run it once a day, which would have been fine if there had been more than 5 dinner plates. The coffee pot was filled with used grounds both in & under the grounds basket. The throw pillows on the bunk beds looked like they had never been washed. All of the furniture was old & really uncomfortable. Fortunately we had only 4 people as the house is clearly not equipped for 6 people as listed, since there are only 5 dinner plates & 5 seats in the living room. The only good thing about this house was it’s proximity to the beach. There is public beach access 2 blocks away with no stairs, just a slight slope down to the beach. Would not stay again.

Amazing Location

This property was in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to a beautiful beach. The home could use some new kitchenware like baking sheets and pots/pans. Fans in the bedrooms would be nice. The landscaping could use some trimming and clearing so the dogs can run a little easier. Overall decent property.

Nice but a fan would have been nice and beach chairs to take down to the beach. Only had 3 adults but do not believe that 6 adults would have been comfortable.

home was clean. dishwasher very small and no tray for silverware. Beds comfortable. Low toilets for seniors. Wi-fi issue but management company had repaired within the business day. Could use newer fry pans. Pillows flat. short walk to beach.
