Ubicada en un lote único de 1 acre que domina aguas abiertas y una cala, esta magnífica casa de 6 dormitorios y 5 baños es perfecta para divertirse bajo el sol. Disfrute de la natación, pesca, canotaje y flotante.

La casa tiene capacidad para 14 personas cómodamente en camas en 6 habitaciones que se distribuyen por privacidad, todas con sus propios baños completos, con excepción del rey y la reina en el piso superior que comparten un baño completo. Puede acomodar hasta 16 con un colchón de aire. También incluye 5 baños completos, una cocina gourmet completamente amueblada y un gran salón con TV. Todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al lago!

El dormitorio principal con capacidad para 2 personas con una cama king e incluye una sala de estar de gran tamaño para relajarse. Se adhiere a un baño de gran tamaño, vestidor y vestidor. Esta habitación tiene acceso directo a la terraza exterior.

El segundo dormitorio tiene capacidad para 2 personas en una cama king con TV y acceso a baño completo. Great Eclipse memory

Our trip was amazing. The property is wonderful. Deborah, the owner, made us feel very welcome. We trailered our boat to the property and Deb sent us maps showing where to go and how to navigate the river system. This was very helpful. The master suite is delightful and the other bedrooms are very comfortable. The home is well stocked with everything you need to make it your own. Word of caution, if you need six private bedrooms, be aware that two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor with a private entrance. The only way to access the second bedroom is through the first. This was not a problem for her group. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time on the Colorado river and LBJ.

Amazing stay on LBJ!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay, what a wonderful place. Everything was as advertised and pictures don’t do the views justice. Walk out the living room directly out to the covered deck on top of the boat dock. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and all slept very comfortably. Plenty of parking down the long driveway for our trucks and two boat trailers. Debbie was very accommodating and responsive. I could go on and on, everything was great. Can’t wait to go back.

Family weekend

Our family weekend at the lake was wonderful. This lovely house worked well for all of us. The grandsons particularly liked that each bunk had its own light and plug to charge their machines. What a great idea. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the decks and the play equipment. An extra bonus Sunday night was that we sat on the deck and watched fireworks from every direction. All of the kids had a great time fishing. Enough fish were caught to make them feel like it was a successful activity. I accused our son-in-law of catching the same fish over and over. The kitchen is very nicely stocked and met all of our needs. My husband and I really enjoyed staying in the master suite. The large closet and shower were fabulous. We will definitely recommend this lake house to our friends. Thank you for everything.

Perfect for large family gathering

Seamless vacay! We were a large group (16) and were comfortable - one couple used an air mattress, everyone else had beds. Bunk room amazing for kids! The property is well-equipped with rafts, kayaks, etc and the home is beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable

The property was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The deck was everyone’s favorite hangout, as it has both covered and uncovered areas. It was so convenient to have our boat right there in the slip. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only thing to be aware of if you have your boat or trailer with you is that the road to get to the house is narrow with several turns, so tough to navigate with a boat in tow. All in all, our family has a very enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend!

Something for Everyone!

There were floaties and kayaks for the water dogs, fishing poles for feeding the blue gills, and a gorgeous raised deck for readers/relaxers. Some of the more adventurous rented jet skis and we grilled some amazing steaks bought at Miller’s in Llano. The most echoed sentence through our stay was “this place is perfect!” And even better, when we had questions, Debbie was easy to reach. This property is now a family favorite and we hope to return!

Great house for special occasions

My family and I were able to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday in a really special way by staying at this very spacious and inviting house. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable and the lake access and things the host provided were amazing. We’ll definitely rebook.

Better than the pictures

We thoroughly enjoyed having our family get-together here. We didn’t have one last year so this was even more special. The common spaces, both indoors & outdoors, were open & nice for kids 8 months old to 80 years old. Every room has a great view. The panoramic view of the water and the water access made it a relaxing and fun weekend! Highly recommend! And Debbie is a great hostess. The communication is prompt and thorough!

Wonderful getaway!

This lakehouse is the perfect getaway for a large group. The layout is spacious and well-appointed, and attention has been paid to every detail. We shared the house with another family, and even with 11 people, we never felt crowded. We spent the majority of our days on the spacious deck just relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The owner, Debbie, was very responsive and extremely accommodating. If you're looking for the perfect lakehouse getaway, this is it!!

Great Location

This house is situated on a beautiful lot on the river. The outdoor deck was the perfect spot for our family to gather, enjoy the view, and make wonderful memories! The house is nicely decorated and well appointed with everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. Our family had a fantastic time!

No need to look elsewhere

Stop your searching and book this lake house. Ten of us (ages 82-19) stayed here and it was everything you could ever want. 5 absolutely gorgeous bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. State of the art kitchen. Everything very updated and clean. Fabulous outdoor seating and views. Felt like a 5 star hotel. The owners go so far above over what is usually provided. Hint: Get there early so you can take the master bedroom and bath!

The Perfect Place

The property is in a great location and stocked with everything you need!! The deck was amazing with more than enough chairs, a fire pit and large grill. The house was perfect and we are planning our next visit!!

Perfect place for a getaway

We stayed at Purple Sage for a long spring break weekend, and Debbie could not have been a more gracious host. The house was spotless and well-stocked, and while the pictures are great, they don't do the home or property justice. There are tons of windows with great light, all looking out over the river. Situated on a bit of a point, the views from inside and on the deck are expansive and all about the water. Which is the point of being there!! The water toys (kayaks) were appreciated, and Debbie gave a great recommendation for a boat rental that resulted in a great day on the water. S'mores and grilling, movie nights and games, and plenty of space to be together or escape to various parts of the property are all there. We loved it!

Spring Break Bliss

This property was fantastic. The location right on the point of a cove provided a ton of water front access. The boat dock with the 2nd level lounge area was a great place to hang out and having access to the boat lift made it super easy to mobilize the crew to hit the water. The home was beautifully furnished with amazing views, a ton of room, very comfy beds, and every possible amenity. We had 2 families stay at the house with 5 kids of various ages and everybody had space and privacy as needed. The little ones loved the bunk room. The two teenagers appreciated having their own bedrooms. The property owner was super responsive and helpful which is always a plus. I've stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one was truly 5 star.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time on lake LBJ! The house is so nice, has great amenities, kitchen is well supplied to cook in, loved that there’s were plenty of seasoning & cookware. The fire-pit was perfect to roast marshmallows & make S’more’s. Very relaxing place to stay... kids had a blast with paddle kayaks, fishing, and docking our boat was easy and convenient! The views & lake access were perfect! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Home has a great set up for a large group. Thank you Debbie :)

The Perfect sanctuary retreat

The house was impeccable and perfectly appointed with any and everything possibly needed for the most wonderful experience. The property manager/owner deserves an A+++++ for responsiveness and congeniality. My family and I absolutely hope to return to this property many more times in the future. I feel spoiled and can’t imagine a better place.
