Welcome to Casa Tigre, a luxury 4 bedroom villa located in the Deve hillside in St Barths. This stunning villa enjoys a panoramic view over Grand Cul de Sac and the Azur Ocean beyond. The villa’s design melds modernity and tradition, resulting a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Marigot beach and Grand Cul de Sac beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away. Edged by coconut palms, Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters — ideal for swimming and snorkelling. It is almost always calm sheltered from the wind and ideal for mooring small pleasure craft.
Grand Cul De Sac is a lovely lagoon popular with families. The beach borders a shallow, well protected bay and the water warm and relatively calm. It has several restaurants, hotels and water sports are available including a windsurfing rental station. You can even take a kite surfing lesson if you wish. You should definitely try lunch at O’Corail when you are there.
Built on three levels, the villa has just been completely renovated and expanded to a total of four bedrooms. On the middle centre level you will find the stunning pool and terrace perfect for relaxing in the sun. Also located on this level is the fuly equipped kitchen with lovely living and dining areas.
The Master Bedroom with an en-suite bath and bathtub, and two small offices are also located on this level. One level up there are two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, and one level down, the fourth, very large, bedroom with its own kitchenette and TV.
Casa Tigre can be rented in conjunction with Villa Agave Azul, providing a total of seven bedrooms and two pools. Casa Tigre is perfect either for a relaxing family vacation or to entertain friends.
