Esta es verdaderamente la casa de playa perfecta! Venga a disfrutar de la brisa fresca del verano y las vistas del agua del Océano Atlántico, el faro de Point Judith, el punto de Beavertail de Jamestown y el Pasaje Este del Puerto de Newport. Este 6 habitaciones grandes y 3 baños tienen una excelente distribución, para que las familias disfruten de unas excelentes vacaciones, con cocina en comedor, área de comedor y área de parrillas al aire libre fuera de la cocina y sala de estar. Perfect spot for friends reunion

We loved this house! It was perfect. Each guest had her own bedroom and the common space was perfect for hanging. It was super convenient to get to the beaches and local eateries. Highly recommend this house!

Great Place

Overall very positive stay. Property just as advertised, clean, lots of rooms. No central AC but had ample window units which kept the place cool. Very central location in terms of all the beaches. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Beach House for a Big Group

My friends and I really enjoyed this house. The layout is awesome for a big group and the location is great - close proximity to a number of restaurants and beaches. And very close to the Block Island ferry. Outdoor shower is a nice touch too. Had great communication with the host throughout and would certainly stay here again!

Great Property

My extended family and I loved the property. The house was extremely clean, in excellent condition and very well stocked. The mattresses were very comfortable and the linens provided were good quality. The kitchen was really well stocked. We loved the location with workability to the lighthouse and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and all the other local amenities was great. We would definitely stay again.

Phenomenal!

Beach getaway- close to all convenience stores, ferry, beach. We were never board, quiet neighborhood and so relaxing. Literally a dream and would totally recommend. Can’t wait to be back! The property itself is amazing!

Great bachelorette location

We stayed at this Vrbo residence for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect!! The location was amazing and so easy to go to Point Judith to hop on the ferry. The house was so spacious and clean. The deck is such a nice touch and we all loved having our morning coffee there. Thank you for letting us stay and giving us an opportunity to create lifelong memories!

Location, location

Located off Point Judith Road, it's near 2 main beaches ,a state park and many places to eat. The house easily fits a large family and has what you need. Only issue is the small grass yard which is why we rated it a 4. In every other way, it's a five!

Family vacation

My family and I loved our stay! 11 people total. 6 adults 5 kids fit perfectly. The house was very Clean! Nice outdoor shower. I Liked that the linens and bath towels came wrapped so that you know they are clean /new. Nice view from the deck. 5 min walk to Aunt Carrie’s ice cream and Iggys. 2-3 min drive to Scarborough or Roger wheeler. Great spot!

Great getaway!

This home was very clean and spacious! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to everything. We were a family with 7 adults and 1 infant and it was perfect. There are AC units all over so it was comfortable… not to mention the pleasant breeze on the deck when the AC was off. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well appointed. Also nice to have an outdoor shower and full sized laundry. Would recommend this home to anyone!

Perfect house for a beach getaway

The home is very clean (almost everything seemed to be brand new condition!) with comfortable linens & towels provided in each of the 6 bedrooms. Having 3 full bathrooms on each floor was very convenient. Communication with Dianne was easy & she was extremely responsive. Had a minor bathroom issue the first day & she had it fixed within a couple short hours. Close to great food, Roger Wheeler beach and all that Narragansett has to offer. Highly recommend this house to large groups!

Great location - great week

The property’s location was perfect. It was near some great restaurants, all within walking distance. Only a three minut drive to the beach. The house was really nice, although the living room / dining room area was on the small size. The house sleeps up to 12 but it would be very difficult to put 12 people in the living room. The dining room was also quite crowded. It had a nice long table with benches on the sides And dining chairs on the ends. It was a tight squeeze getting in and out one of the benches due to a small refrigerator tucked in the room and a counter that jutted out from the kitchen. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. I have to admit I missed my gas stove but we managed all week with the glass top. The owner was very responsive. She ways replied to my emails promptly. I would stay here again but problem will look for a beach front property next year..
