Esta propiedad increíblemente amueblada se encuentra en las playas de la finca 1770 y ofrece la piscina más divina con muebles al aire libre para su relajación, un simple paseo hasta el final de la finca hasta el paseo marítimo, sobre las dunas y usted está en la playa o en un a solo 2 km en coche de la rampa para botes y aguas tranquilas de 1770. Lovely property

This property was lovely. With all we needed for our stay. In a lovely neighbourhood and close to the beach. Would definitely visit again, or recommend to friends.

Fantastic home & conveniently located.

We enjoyed our stay so much, this holiday home was great, it had everything you needed, and is so conveniently located, We were a family of 5, and still there was plenty of room left. Kids loved the pool! And riding and walking down to the beach just down the road, also being pet friendly, our dog could come too and enjoy it all with us, the yard was also very safe and secure. We will definitely coming back for another stay. Thank you! :)

great place to holiday

the pool was clean and well-situated near the living area which made communication easy while preparing food. The bedrooms are all big and roomy plenty of room for everything. The showers are the best ever you have to try them to believe how great they are. We stayed for a week and it was so relaxing the house was easy to keep clean. The microwave did not work but we managed without it. All on one level made it easy for our party member with the hip injury to not be excluded from anything. Would happily recommend this house to any family. We had 4 adults a teen and a near teen. everyone had a space they could go for quiet time while the layout of the living area made it easy to do things together.

Overall the property was very good, however, it could benefit from air conditioning in the other 3 bedrooms not just the main, for when conditions are extremely hot like when we were there. A clothes drier would be beneficial as we had trouble getting towels and kids clothes' dry with the humidity and rain. Pantry space was locked up and we had nowhere to put our groceries but on the benches and the dishwasher leaked all over the floor so we couldn't use it. The location was great being walking distance to the beach and the pool was beautiful.

Perfect location, comfortable getaway

Agnes Water never dissapoints. Enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood, proximity to the beach and layout of house and pool area. Cleanliness of particularly kitchen and BBQ needed attention but was addresses immediately after reporting. Thank you. Remember BYO sheets and towels, though this was a pleasure to organise from Deepwater Linen hire. Overall an excellent spot and would highly recommend it.

Great stay

Great location and proximity to beach. Pool was excellent and the outdoor area was good. Only issue is no Aircon on hot night's but that's first world problems. Loved it..

Nice place

Pretty nice house for a group as there are three rooms with big beds and also a room with two single beds so you can fit quite a few people. We were a little frustrated to get into bed late on our first night to realise that no bed had sheets, only the mattress protector and doona cover.. and also there were no hand towels or bath towels. We re- read the listing and saw it was BYO sheets and towels which we hadn’t noticed previously and there was no mention of this in any of the reminders. We only brought our beach towels so we went and bought bath towels from the food works the following day and just suffered without sheets. You could hire towels and sheets for $25 per room just as an FYI. This might be a good idea to put in earlier correspondence. I just haven’t come across this situation before so was unsure if it was common in the area. The Pool is nice and a great temperature. Large outdoor and indoor table with huge couch as well. I did find the showers either ran low on hot water or didn’t get that hot, the water pressure wasn’t amazing in the showers either. I found it odd the house didn’t come with any spray and wipe even though they asked you to clean the house before check out so we had to buy some from the food works. House Also didn’t come with Any paper towel or salt so we had to purchase those as well. Also the pans were basically unusable, we tried to make pancakes and they were sticking to the pans so much we decided to go out for breakfast. Knives were also so blunt. So many dishes we went to use were dirty but I tend to re-wash any dishes in a rental anyway as you never know how clean the previous tenant had left them. Also the igniter in the bbq was broken so we couldn’t use that either. I know this seems negative but over all the house is nice just a few things we wish we knew before staying would have made our experience better like if we brought our own pans etc as we wanted to do lots of cooking at the house which we couldn’t do with the pans that were supplied

Relaxing Holiday 10/10

This property made for the most relaxing holiday. The kitchen made for easy cooking, he living area was well set up for relaxing in the air-conditioning and the pool with the umbrella was the icing on the cake for this place. A short walk to the beach, the house is in a perfect condition. This is the perfect place for a holiday away with the girls.

Beautiful House & Location

We loved our stay over the Easter weekend, the 2 of us plus our golden retriever. Yard was perfect for her and only a short stroll up the street to the beach :) the pool area is amazing also. A little expensive over Easter for just 2 people, but would easily suit up to 8 :)

Great Location

Great house on a fantastic location, walking distance to the beach and short drive to town or to 1770. The kids had fun at the pool and there is enough space to throw a ball to the dogs on the backyard. Definitely would stay again!

Fantastic House

We have just recently stayed and the house was great. Great location to beach and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. Great having the pool for the kids and boat parking out the back was great for hubby. Very relaxing.
