McLeods is a relaxed, pet-friendly coastal home designed for easy holidays with family and friends. Centrally located in Agnes Water, it offers a practical, comfortable base for beach days, local exploring, and easy evenings spent unwinding together.

Sleeping up to 6 guests, the home suits families, couples travelling together, or small groups wanting a relaxed coastal stay.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Queen master bedroom with ceiling fan and private ensuite featuring walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity
• Two twin single bedrooms with ceiling fans
• Main bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity

Pet-Friendly Holidays
Your four-legged family members are welcome too (up to two small-to-medium pets, fees apply). Please note the property is not fenced and is best suited to owners comfortable supervising pets outdoors.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area creates an easy flow for laid-back holiday living. Step outside to the private deck for BBQ dinners, morning coffees, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

Explore the Discovery Coast
Enjoy surfing, swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, snorkelling, quiet nearby beaches, and day trips to Lady Musgrave Island and the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Eurimbula and Deepwater National Parks are also close by.

There is no Wi-Fi, making McLeods the perfect excuse to disconnect and slow down.

Linen and bath towels are provided (just bring beach towels), along with a small welcome pack of essentials, on-site parking, washing machine, and outdoor clothesline.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location within walking distance to everything and the house was a great size, the bathrooms could have used a deep clean with a number of mould spots especially in the main bathroom and some extra pillows would have been great. WIFI would have also been great instead we had to hotspot of our phones to watch the footy on the tv. Not a huge fan of the combination of late 3:00pm check in and early 9:00am check out (thankful that we were allowed to check in earlier as the house was ready). Despite the few negatives we will definitely stay again.

Great Position..needs an upgrade.

Awesome location but for the price could include some further basics such as a dryer and dishwasher. Yard basic and full of weeds. Fridge faulty and did not stay cold. Had a great week.. house just needs some love.
