Hermoso condominio de tres pisos convenientemente ubicado entre las playas de Napili y Kapalua. Esta casa adosada recientemente remodelada es espaciosa y tiene pisos de madera en las áreas de sala y comedor con un estilo isleño contemporáneo. Las habitaciones están recién alfombradas y toda su empresa tendrá un amplio espacio habitable. El condominio se enfría con aire acondicionado centralizado. Tiene un patio privado perfecto para barbacoa privada. También están disponibles garaje para dos autos y lavadora y secadora.

Este es el mejor destino de vacaciones, a pocos pasos de la hermosa bahía de Napili. Hermosas puestas de sol te esperan con las vistas de las islas Lanai y Molokai. Nadar, bucear, surfear, bucear, caminar, jugar golf y jugar al tenis son algunas de las infinitas actividades que puede realizar durante su estadía. Practique surf en la famosa Bahía de Honolua a poca distancia en coche. Amo esta propiedad La ubicación era perfecta ya que la bahía de Napili estaba justo al otro lado de la calle. La casa estaba limpia y tenía muebles bonitos. Fue muy cómodo para nosotros quedarnos. Gracias Espléndidas escapadas por unas excelentes vacaciones.

Condominio espacioso y lleno de luz cerca de la playa fue perfecto!
Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en el condominio en Napili Bay. Fue un corto paseo cruzando la calle hasta la playa, y es una playa preciosa. El condominio era muy espacioso y limpio, disfrutamos de toda la luz natural de los grandes ventanales. El tranquilo porche trasero y el patio también eran muy agradables. Era agradable tener un garaje ya que teníamos bicicletas y podíamos guardarlas allí en lugar de en nuestra sala de estar. Tuvimos una gran experiencia y volvería a alquilar allí!

Estancia reciente en los jardines Napili # 4
El condominio ofrece todo lo que necesita para una estancia muy agradable. Una hermosa playa está a 3 - 5 minutos a pie. El condominio fue una muy buena relación calidad-precio y nuestras vacaciones familiares fueron de lo más agradable. Esperamos volver el año que viene. Es muy fácil trabajar con los gerentes.

Las islas hawaianas tienen algunos de los bosques tropicales más remotos y benignos del mundo. Aunque tenemos un control regular de plagas, como cualquier ambiente húmedo y fértil, puede encontrar algunas hormigas, mosquitos, cucarachas y bichos como pequeños geckos que comparten este hermoso mundo con los humanos. Para evitar errores, recuerde cerrar las puertas justo después de entrar. No deje comida o migajas en mostradores o mesas y evite comer en la cama porque las hormigas son muy inteligentes y rápidas. The town home had everything we need for a extended family of 8. Napili Beach is a quick walk across the street and is just gorgeous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were as described. You do have to use a couch or blow up bed to reach the 8 person number though. It worked just fine for us though. The location is clean and you can easily drive to restaurants and activities.

Great place for families, walking distance to the best beaches on Maui.

Nice unit in a beautifully landscaped and maintained gated townhouse community of only 16 units. Very convenient to Napili Bay (3 min walk) and Kapalua Bay (10-ish minutes) for great beach fun and/or snorkeling. Unit was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our week in Maui.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The price was more than fair for what we got. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beach across the road was amazing. We Spent most of our time at that beach as it is one of the best on the island!!!

The location is amazing! Great beaches in walking distance. The place could use a deep clean and some updated paint. The kitchen appliances are definitely limited if you plan on doing your own cooking. They do provide a grill which is great!

Best location for a condo with three bedrooms in Napili

Dan was the best check in we have had staying at these condos. The condo could use some maintance. Painting would be great and the King Bed could use an upgrade. Otherwise we had an awesome time!

Great location..

Location and access to the property was great. The space of the condo was great for 7 adults. The cleanliness of the location was not great. The until says there’s an air mattress but there was just old mattress in the closets that had interesting stains all over. The master bath looked like there were pee stains all over. The pantry/cabinet had old food with maggots. The cleaner of the unit seems to neglect a lot of areas of the unit which was cringy.

Best value in Maui - Unit #12

This is our fourth trip to Maui, and hands down Napili Gardens is located in the best part of the island. It is an easy walk to the best overall beach in the Hawaiian islands (Napili), as well as walking distance to two great snorkeling beaches and yet another great swimming beach. Specifically related to Unit #12, the photos are accurate. The wording is not accurate, in that the unit itself is NOT recently renovated though it very much would benefit from being renovated along with a fresh coat of paint. At a minimum, it could use a very deep clean. As it stands, it is a phenomenal value and therefore if you are ok with outdated finishes you won't find a better place. I can't speak highly enough of the property custodian Daniel. He was remarkably responsive to any questions or concerns that I brought up, absolutely the best that I've come across. The queen bed in the quest room was very uncomfortable and Daniel brought over a bed topper before sunset!

Roomy house with great beach access

The house was clean with everything we needed! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was really nice for our group of 6! There was an air mattress and lots of extra bedding, pillows and towels if you had a larger group. We didn’t cook a lot but the kitchen has everything you need! The walkability to the beach can’t be beat but it was tricky to find walkable food beyond what is offered at the hotel restaurants across the way. The garage was full of beach toys, chairs, and other essentials. If you need snorkel gear then Snorkel Bobs is literally across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are a large group!

Great location

This townhome worked great for our family party of 8 (4 adult couples). We could walk easily to two beaches with good snorkeling. The kitchen was well equipped and the private backyard with grill was very nice, we cooked most meals there. The unit was a bit older and showed its age, but it was functional and comfortable. I think this was a great find and value for the area! One thing to note - the cell reception for us was very spotty at the house, but there was internet so not a big deal for us.

Need a better cleaning

Property is in a really good location, walking distance to the best beaches and resorts in Maui! We enjoyed our stay for the exception of cleanliness. The part where it says it sleeps 8 people is misleading since there are only 6 sleeping spots in the house. The sofa in the living room doesn’t convert into a bed, there’s a air mattress that you have to inflate in the living room or sleep on a sofa. The smell of dirty hair and sweaty armpits was pungent from the sofa pillows and cushions, whoever stayed there before us most likely lunged on it after the beach. The doors and kitchen cabinets were dirty and sticky to touch. Before we could enjoy the place we ended up taking all sofa and pillow covers off and washing them in the laundry and cleaning the cabinets and doors. Also had to run all the dishes through the dishwasher before used, since found a plate in with food stuck on it in the cupboard. If I was to stay there again I’d only book for 6 people and expect to disinfect before hand.

Great place, in a very nice and big appartement

The location is great, 5' walk from Napili beach. the appartement is very big and was perfect for 6 people. For us, athletes coming for the XTERRA world championship to have the garage was a big plus for bikes and work on it. we never found how to close the garage from the outside, the keyboard was working only to open. We had hard time with the set up of the AC especially during the night, sometime it shooted down, but maybe understanding better English help to set it. One hose is broken and losing lots of water on the backyard while watering the grass. need maybe few bigger pots for 6 people. Those are few details easy to fix, but the overall was really good.

Functional space a short walk to two beaches

Great location, with excellent snorkeling and beaches within a few minutes walk. The space is fairly no frills but has a back patio with grass. It was very clean and away from the maddening crowds of Kanapali. Great communication with the host.

Nice House - Lousy Neighbors

We had such a great time. The house is clean, spacious, well laid out. Some beach accessories like a little shade tent, pool noodles, and such were in the garage. The folding chairs are about to break. The snorkel gear doesn't work. There is a drying rack for wet things, we used it all the time.Two beaches were in walking distance. The community is gated. Clean. Safe. A huge downside, and it's a big one, are the two chained up dogs who live on private property behind the house. They bark all day and night. Anyone sleeping in the upstairs bed rooms gets no sleep. A verbal fight erupted between another vacationer and the dog owners, because of the dogs. Humane society did not respond. It was a problem for two of our guests who had to move downstairs and sleep in the front room. Other than that - we really liked it.

Great location!

Can't beat the location and price for this townhome. Yes it does need updates but who actually spends a ton of time inside when you have such a beautiful beach right outside :). Thank you so much for letting us rent your property, we made great memories on our vacation!

Family getaway

We are just finishing our stay here. The place was adequate, but needs some work. It certainly needs a deep cleaning. The master shower especially needs work. The laundry is in the garage and you have to go outside and down stairs to reach it, not that big of inconvenience.The pans in the kitchen are small for a family of 6 and low quality. The price was better than many however. The one we stayed in is not the one who’s photos are in the VRBO add. This is a nice area with 12 units. There are several nice beaches within walking distance. There is a grocery a few blocks away. Staying on this part of the island will involve a little extra travel if you are doing things in Lahaina and especially toward Hana. Let’s face it though it’s hard not to have a great time in Maui!

Napili Gardens Unit #4

We spent 2 weeks at unit #4. It was very clean and served our needs very well. It was well supplied with shampoo/toilet paper/coffee filters etc. for our entire stay. It was great to have a garage. Our snorkle gear could stay there and the condo stayed so much neater. There were some boogie boards that we were welcome to use which was wonderful. We were 3 couples staying together here. There was a large table inside to eat which was great. The disappointing thing for us was that the patio was too small for us to eat outside. It's a very short walk to beautiful Napili beach. Daniel responded very quickly and served us very well when we had internet problems. We were very happy with our rental of this property.

Maui House

Everything about the placenis comfy. Its got new furnitures, bed. The couch is amazing perfect spot for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The AC is perfect. It cools off the house just the way you like it. All in all the houSe is perfect.
