Esta mini casa "A Galaxy Far, Far, Away" está totalmente equipada para su escapada de fin de semana en Buda, Texas. A 15 minutos del centro de Austin y ubicado detrás de Doc's Drive en Theater. ¡Pasa el fin de semana mirando tus películas favoritas o relájate en tu propia mini casa privada!

El dormitorio tiene una cama King, un televisor, un reproductor de DVD y está lleno de libros, juegos y todas las películas de Star War.

La mini casa también tiene un baño con ducha, provisto de jabones y lociones caseras.

La sala de estar tiene un sofá que se convierte en una cama pequeña, adecuada para uno o dos niños pequeños. También tenemos una cama doble inflable para su uso.

La cocina tiene una pequeña nevera, microondas, cafetera, hervidor de agua eléctrico, quemador eléctrico, tostadora y una cafetera s'more. ¡Todos los artículos s'more y bocadillos de películas incluidos!

Disfrute de su terraza y patio privados, o traiga su silla o automóvil justo al lado y vaya a ver una película en el autocine de miércoles a domingo.

Such a cute place! Was perfect for what we needed as it was just 2 of us. The drive in was an extra cool feature to this property. Only downside was the tiny shower and no WiFi but other than worked out great for us.

Far more than expected!

Food, drinks, Galaxy house and drive in were all fantastic. Looking forward to going again. The members only Speak easy was the coolest I have been to by Far!

Dream Come True

Rented this as a surprise for my Star Wars fanatic fiancé and he was blown away by all the special details and artwork. The drive in theatre experience combined with the great Buda country atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Getaway weekens

Overall descent minihome. The grass area was weeds and infested with snails. Sleeps 4-it states; but doesn’t really accommodate; but provides 2 bath towels. Recommend bringing some of your own items for convenience. Great concept but for what I spent for the 4 nights; would expect a little more.

Unique experience

Luckily we are an average sized family. I wouldn't recommend this little house for a big person. Big people will have no room in the shower. But for us it was just fine. We absolutely loved the speakeasy. We didn't watch a movie, but loved the bartender and karaoke.

Weekend getaway!

The tiny house was cute we love the decorations all Star Wars got caught up in some movies too. Was a great time the food was great and Merlots was nice. Would come back love to stay in a different place than The Galaxy Far Far away. Great place to get away.

Fun close by getaway

My kids have been hooked on Tiny House Nation. So when I saw this listing a close 45 minute drive away from our home in Austin, I thought it would be fun to give a tiny house a try... and then add the drive in movie theater... made for a fun quick little getaway. Keep in mind, this is a tiny house for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. We quickly confirmed what we knew-- which is that we can't live in a tiny house, but we can hang out in one for the fun of it. The dogs enjoyed roaming around the little yard area. The boys had fun looking at the Star Wars themed decor -- they laughed at the storm trooper light switch in the bathroom -- you'll have to go see it :) I liked how the place was clean and the bed in the loft was comfortable. We enjoyed some good food from the concession stand at the drive inn for dinner. Then we packed up the car with the kids and dogs and drove the 30 second drive to the drive inn parking lot to watch Back to the Future. We ate our free super large container of popcorn while watching the movie and then drove the 30 second drive back to our tiny house where we made some hot chocolate that was provided in the house and played some card games with their Star Wars playing cards before going to sleep. It was a fun and enjoyable little getaway.

Great stay !

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We were so comfortable, everything was clean, and the location was great ! The owner was quick to respond when we let her know we arrived and we had checked out. We were able to watch our favorite Christmas movie, Elf, at the drive in and snacked on good food. We will definitely be booking again !

Late Summer Getaway

We had a great stay in our tiny house. It was just like the pictures showed. Great star wars decorations. We stayed for 3 nights, my husband, grown daughter, and myself. We spent our first night at the Drive In. The food was really good. My pulled pork sandwich was one of the best I ever had1 We watched a movie after and that was very enjoyable. The night was clear and the moon was full. Buda is perfectly nestled between San Marcos where we drove the next day to swim at Rio Vista Park and Austin where we drove for the UT game that Friday. My only complaints would be that the house have either Wi-Fi or cable as there was neither. There was a roku TV that was of no use and the sound would no go very high. My second complaint was that the air mattress that was offered had a hole in it and the futon is not comfortable for sleeping. I requested another one which was provided but instead of sending a new one, it was another used one and it too would not hold air. So be sure to check the air mattresses if you are going to require one. There are only 2 settings. One to fill and one to deflat so it was not a matter of misuse, they just need to be tested before each stay or before offering as an alterative one. Other than that, I would highly recommended the star wars tiny house!

Harnessing the force!

Had a great time at our Star Wars themed tiny house! Clean and comfortable space. Enjoyed a movie at the drive in and looking at the stars. Already planning to return to stay at another tiny house on the property. Thank you!!

This was such a fun property and is great for a one-day vacation. We loved all of the Star Wars decor, movies and board games to make it a truly themed visit. We also enjoyed the drive-in experience with great food and bar options. The staff was so welcoming, fully masked and friendly. I highly recommend this fun place for your family vacation!

Love the concept

It really was a beautiful place, located next to a drive-inn theater with restaurant and bar. There was a small problem but management was quick to respond and address the issue. Wouldn't mind staying there again if we are in the area.....

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time, watched movies both of our nights here, and Buda is just a few minutes away. Aj at the concession spot was awesome and super helpful, along with the rest of the drive in staff. We'll definitely be back!!

Very nice mini house

I enjoyed my stay. Husband, daughter, and pet were happy with location and mini house. Nice movies at night. Very close to Austin. Overall excellent.

Should have stayed longer!

My boyfriend and I had a great time at the tiny home. The theme made it a little extra fun and special and we liked having the food from the diner delivered to our door. Of course seeing the movie was great as well and getting free popcorn. The only thing that was on the listing that wasn't actually available was the s'mores maker and ingredients. Apparently that was removed from the package at some point and replaced w/ free popcorn. No biggie, just something to note. Overall we had a really great time and the only downside is that I wish we had stayed longer to get to check out the books more, watch the Star Wars movies, and play the games and things they had available there (they're inside the storage ottoman). Can't wait to go back and stay longer so we can enjoy everything even more :)

New Year Vacation

OMG!!! We feel in love with this little piece of heaven on earth. This tiny home does pack alot of cool stuff and necessary items to make staying here very relaxing and enjoying. And I was able to sleep so well on the bed I need to know what kind of mattress it is so I can replace the one at home. The hosts were awesome and the food from the drive inn is the bomb. We will be back

A memorable getaway

The house may be tiny but it took us a few hours to look at the collectibles and art. Definitely one for the books. Very clean and cozy. The drive in was also an amazing experience with great food. Will be back to check out the other tiny homes!

Great Getaway!

We had a great stay for our 11th wedding anniversary. Both of us love Star Wars and truly enjoyed all of the memorabilia and theme throughout the tiny house. The bed slept wonderfully and they thought of everything to make the stay cozy and enjoyable. The food on-site was excellent and it was great to be able to have drinks, eat, watch a drive-in movie then walk back to our sweet little tiny house. Thank you for this fun and relaxing option to stay close to home and feel miles away!

Creative, fun, unique stay

We had a great time staying at the movie-themed cottages! They were decorated with a lovely sense of detail, full of great touches but spacious and open. The landscaped fenced yards were a great addition, enabling our families to have their own spaces and still easily socialize outdoors. The manager graciously scheduled a terrific family friendly movie that was perfect for our group. We can't wait to visit again!

Really cool place!

This was perfect for our impromptu overnight getaway to the area. Loved the manic attention to detail in the tiny house theme (ours was the star wars house) - I didn't know so much memorobilia was available! Clean house, comfortable bed. Nice, quiet location but not too far from civilization.

We are the owners of Doc's Drive in Movie theatre and 3 magical movie themed tiny homes! We love to travel and experience the world, and of course we are movie fanatics! We have 6 dogs and 3 cats.

We purchased this property for it's location. We are 15 minutes from downtown Austin, yet it seems like you are in the middle of nowhere. We have the most beautiful sunsets, and it is lovely to watch the view.

We have an on-site bar and restaurant with delicious food and drink options. People rave about our burger and our waffles!
