Amazing Cave House, recientemente renovado, ubicado en el pueblo de Imerovigli, en el borde del acantilado. Ofrece vistas panorámicas y sin obstáculos sobre las laderas de Caldera y el Volcán. Ideal para recién casados, familias o parejas que buscan tranquilidad y una escapada romántica. Disfrute del desayuno casero en la privacidad de su veranda y tome el sol durante el día disfrutando del impresionante paisaje sobre el mar Egeo.

La Villa tiene 60 metros cuadrados. y combina la arquitectura tradicional al aire libre y el interior moderno. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios, una amplia sala de estar y una cocina totalmente equipada. Se abre a una terraza privada. Las instalaciones como el acceso inalámbrico a Internet, televisión por cable vía satélite (40 pulgadas), aire acondicionado y un jacuzzi climatizado al aire libre harán que sus vacaciones sean lujosas e inolvidables.

Wonderful place and host!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is exactly as pictured. Our host kept in communication and was very responsive. They helped arrange a winery tour as soon as we arrived, which was so much fun. They helped with arranging rides when we needed, getting our bags to the home and made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this place!

Host was very helpful (rental car, tours, suggested things to do) and apartment was very clean and well kept. Stocked with a great breakfast and fresh bread in the morning! Hot tub was great to relax and watch the stars. The view is priceless. Highly recommend it!

Amazing Gem

In April we had a wonderful stay at Olea Cave House!! It was the highlight of our trip. The house was just as described and the views were amazing. Panos met us and arranged the breakfast and transfers with Manos. Everyone was so welcoming and this was a great team to make our stay exceed expectations. It is a wonderful property, a great island and I highly recommend this property. Hope you can stay here and make the same great memories we did!

Excellent view, excellent service

This was an excellent place to stay, made better by great service throughout our trip from Elena and her team (not to mention the incredible view). Complimentary breakfast every morning was a nice plus. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the heart of Thera, and a 20-30 min drive from Oia. Any rides we needed could be arranged simply by calling the office. Highly recommend!

Picture Perfect Place with an Exceptional Hostess!

The Luxury Cave Suite is a dream come true! My husband and I came to Santorini for our honeymoon and couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment we booked, our hostess, Elena, reached out to us and offered to help with anything we needed. Whether it was providing us with recommendations for while we were on the island, helping us book excursions (Private Catamaran Cruise, Massages, Restaurant Reservations) - You name it, Elena was there to help! Not only that, but throughout our stay she checked in with us to see if we had any questions, helped us out with transfers around the island and made everything a breeze for us. She was beyond gracious and I can honestly say without her, we wouldn’t have had the same experience here in Santorini. We already can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, look no further - This is the spot for you!

Just as beautiful as the photos

We had a wonderful stay - and both the location, view, and amenities matched the description. Greg was very communicative and helpful and it was a treat to have breakfast delivered daily. The driver service we arranged through Greg was also helpful and worth the expense to ease getting around. Only note I would say and I think this is typical across other properties in Greece is that the hot tub is not really a hot tub but a Jacuzzi. The temperature never rises above body temperature so if you’re looking to jump in and relax your muscles after long hike that wasn’t the case. It likely warms more in the hotter months but not to hot tub temps. Again, I think this is the case across the island. I would recommend and stay again!

Great view

The property was lovely. It was very clean and the management team went out of their way to have it ready for us much earlier than our check in time. The only negative is that there is only one air conditioning unit in the common area of the space so to cool the bedrooms the doors must be left open. Small inconvenience but I felt I should note for those who may be two couples such as our group.

Perfect Vacation

I can’t say enough good things about this villa and the service we received start to finish. The villa has a million dollar view. The villa and views look just like the pictures. It is spectacular. The villa was spotless and a perfect spot for our family (2 teenage daughters). We each had our own space, but could gather together on the balcony and be amazed by the views. We loved staying in Imerovigli - we were centrally located and close to everything. We visited Fira & Oia. They were nice, but it was much more crowded and busy than Imerovigli. There were several restaurants we enjoyed within a 3-5 minute walk. There is a great little market just at the top of the hill. It was perfect for stocking up. We loved the breakfast that was delivered each morning. There were several things to choose from and they were all delicious. It was so tasty and there were always leftovers. Everything was first class. The service from Elena and her team was top notch. She greeted us with a smile and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay just right. She was quick to offer help with transportation around the island. She took care of everything. Thank you Elena for making this a vacation we will always remember. We are looking forward to staying here again

Incredible view and property

This property is STUNNING! The view is amazing and the cave suite is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The terrace is perfect for relaxing after a long day or enjoying breakfast with that breathtaking view. We are a family of 3 adults and the two bedrooms gave us a good amount of space/privacy. The bathroom is also not attached to a bedroom which is nice when sharing. Elena was very accommodating before and during our stay- very quick to respond and had excellent recommendations as well as arranging transports etc. We locked ourselves out of our safe and she helped us resolve it quickly. I would not hesitate to book this property and hope some day to return!! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Perfect location in the heart of Imerovigli.

From the easy communication with Babis before, and the smooth check-in, this was a wonderful experience for us. The accommodations are comfortable and the view was stunning. We also liked the walkability through the village to restaurants and shops. We were minutes away from a very nice grocery store also. Amazing.

Spectacular Stay

From booking until checkout, we had a wonderful experience! Elena was so very helpful before and during our stay with anything we needed from rental car to private transfers to restaurant reservations and even printing our Covid tests! She is a true gem! The property was perfect for my family of 4 and was a nice place to retreat from the busy Fira center after a long day of exploring beautiful Santorini. The view of the caldera was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We LOVED staying at this beautiful property! It was a very Convenient and quiet location right in imervegoli with an incredible view. Elena helped us during our stay and was so kind and helpful. She made our experience GREAT. We will for sure stay here when we come back to the island. Cannot recommend this property enough 😊

Santorini 2021

The only downside to this property, and probably most of these types of cave apartments, is that there are a lot of stairs to climb up and down. Other than that, the views were breath taking.

Dear John, Thank you for your kind review! We are very happy that you enjoyed the views from our cave villa. As a matter of fact, Santorini is half-moon shaped and all Caldera properties are amphitheatrically built. In order to reach each property, the guests are required to go down steps. Of course, our privileged location rewards us with the most majestic views of the world. However, we would like to point out that our villa is built only 2 floors below the street level, which is actually easily accessible and our guests are not required to go down hundred of steps as happens with other Caldera properies. Visitors who prefer not to meet any steps during their vacation in Santorini, are welcome to choose propeties on the Southeast side of the island, which unfortunatelly does not offer Caldera and volcano view. Olea cave house was a dream!

An amazing property. The photos drew us to booking this property and we were delighted that it was as charming as the photos! We loved our stay and enjoyed sunset right from the terrace a couple of nights. Great service from the hosts and a hearty breakfast served. Highly recommend!

Perfect for three. Olea cave house

Traveling with our college student. Perfect size. Beautiful view with privacy, small hot tub which hit the spot in spring, particularly after doing the walk from Fira to Oia. The provided breakfast every morning on the patio was a wonderful accompaniment. They arranged airport transfer which was helpful, once you learn your way around the island it was easy enough to use public transport to the ferry port for our departure. Onsite property manager was prompt, professional, and informative. We had an early flight and they held our baggage until the property was available. Booking process was smooth. We would not hesitate to return to this property.
