Guests have full access to the entire upper unit, including both bedrooms, the kitchen, living area, bathroom, and parking. The space is completely private for your stay. Shared large backyard with outdoor patio seating, and a gazebo.

Spend your weekend exploring Monticello, Carter’s Mountain Orchard, and nearby vineyards and breweries—all just a short drive away. With UVA only six minutes (1.5 miles) from the home, you’ll be close to everything. Guests are responsible for their own safety while on the property.
