An Entertainer’s dream house with an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in a quiet neighborhood! Awesome backyard with privacy, a in-ground pool, fire pit, grill, dining for 6, and professional basketball hoop in large driveway.
🔹Pool may be heated to 80 degrees for an additional $200 fee up to 6 days excluding December - March 1. The heater, however, is not necessary from the late spring to early Fall.
This house was recently renovated and has all new furniture and comfortable beds. 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, each one located on a corner of the home for the utmost privacy (2 kings beds, one queen, one full, two trundle beds).
📍Located in the most convenient area of Mount Pleasant - 5 minutes to Sullivan’s Island, close to many of Mount Pleasant’s best restaurants, 10 minutes to Isle of Palms, 12 minutes to downtown Charleston.
👨🍳 The kitchen is great and a favorite feature to guests, equipped with several extras including a Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks pods, gas stove, toaster oven, and plenty of dishware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. Freezer makes lots of ice. There is a beverage fridge as well located under the mini bar area.

We got married in Charleston and are obsessed with this city! I hope you will be too! My sister is our property manager and she lives a half mile from this house. She’s very communicative, helpful and we both are very involved in making sure your stay is the best experience!

I bought this house because it had so much potential (before gutting it), it’s like it was made for a short term rental. Each bedroom is at each corner of home yielding the utmost privacy with private bathrooms. The middle of the house is for gathering and connecting with one another, with its massive open entertaining space!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Very private neighborhood, plenty of space. Kitchen is great for cooking meals of all sizes, all while interacting with your guests and watching TV on the massive, comfy crate & barrel couch.
