I have no complaints. The check in and check out process was easy, the host/property manager responded to all questions promptly and the home was beautiful. We had a cold day and even that didn’t put a damper on things because of the beautiful home, view and fire pits.

I really enjoyed staying in this property. It was a very comfortable stay. We went with a group of 20 people and this house is planned to so well that kids get to enjoy their space and adults had their own fun time. All 20 can sit together to eat and group fun. Kitchen was very well organized, thought thru design, lots of pans, pots, dishes with high quality material (not the cheap ones), the host is a great person very responsive in communication. Really loved the stay and hope to come back again.

The house is great for big groups! 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryers! Plenty of towels and dishes. The bunk/game room is great for the kids. The beach area and amenities provided by the host were a plus! Especially the paddle boards and kayak, net and pier. The great view out the glass wall facing the river was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Even after the flooding that occurred during the 4th of July, the property was still enjoyable and pretty. It was super easy check in and check out process and host was very responsive on all of questions and concerns.

I have stayed at a lot of rental lake properties, but this one was by far the best we have ever rented. It is better than advertised!! The house is amazing with plenty of room, upgraded everything and the beach and pack patio is awesome!! Close enough to town to grab what we forgot, but far enough up the river that the boat traffic is minimal. The fishing was great. Best stay ever!!!! We will absolutely be staying here in the future.

Great Property!

Our extended family stated here for a weekend and it was fantastic! The boat dock, the beach, the house and it was stocked! We had so much space and fun!

Perfect family Get-away

Our family of 24 had a wonderful time! The house was great, so well equipped for our every need!! The view of the lake and the hills from the living area of the house was spectacular! This was our 2nd stay here and we can’t wait to go back again!

Quick Family Vacation

Kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms were all nice. Great location on the Llano River side of Lake LBJ. Great evenings and mornings with nice temps and no humidity. Afternoons were a bit hot as expected in Texas in late June, but river was refreshingly cool and nice area to swim in with the kiddos who loved the water. Lots of nice places in the area as well. Thanks for a great stay in a great location and house.

Great family reunion spot

Great spot for getting families together with plenty to do from infant all the way to adult. The water was warm and calm, and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to interact and have their own privacy too. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house for a getaway with friends

We loved our trip to this property with a group of our friends. It was the perfect house for a large group with kids. There was so much to do: volleyball, basketball, paddle board, and ping pong ball. We hope to come back someday!

A perfect place for a family getaway!!

Combine 2 wonderful lakehouses on a quiet leg of Lake LBJ with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, spacious kitchens, a sandy beach and a freshwater lake, with toddlers, youngsters, teens, adults, including my 89 year old mother and youve got a fabulous weekend of fun!!! Beach House 1 and Beach House 2 share a huge beach and a dick for all the privacy and room you can most likely need!!

When the owners think of EVERYTHING!!!

The individual ice machine, 2 washer/dryer, water toys, defined lounging areas inside/outside, the bunk room is absolutely genius, and overall a class act accommodations.

Amazing experience

We went to this property for thanksgiving break and we all enjoyed it a lot. All the members of our group got to have fun activities to do. The property is well equipped and clean. We were 5 families with kids and we felt comfortable in this property. The house has a wonderful view .

Overall it was a great experience!

It was great staying. Good condition! wish there are more towels in the house Bathrooms should have some kind of holder or shelves to keep soap’s shampoo etc Ping pong table net is broken

Excellent experience!

We brought in our church’s young adult group from Dallas. We had an absolute blast. So much to do, the beach property is beautiful! Perfect accommodations for a large group. Very clean, amazing kitchen with 2 dishwashers. The views are wonderful. An A+++++++ experience to say the least!

Family Vacation

Good location, roomy house. We rented both houses and it worked out really good. A couple of minor repairs need to be made, but quick turn arounds prevented this and we understand. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We had a great time.

Perfect for large family gatherings

The view from the living area sells this place - glass walls looking right out to the water. Beach House 1 was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, flatware, and utensils. The best part for us was that it was an open floor plan with abundant seating. We could be together all the time. With one bedroom on that main floor, four bedrooms downstairs, and the ultimate young persons room on the split level, it suited our family perfectly.

Amazing property!! Perfect summer spot!

This property is better than I even expected!! It is perfect location and has all the amenities you need for a fun weekend. I can’t wait to come stay there again!! My access code was wrong however and response time to questions was not as quick as I had preferred. But day of, a nice lady came to let us into the property very quickly so that was appreciated. 100% recommend this property, for it makes for a very special experience!

Great vacation place for large group.

Very clean and organized. Plenty of kitchenware and minimalist so no clutter around....leaving space for your own belongings. There were only 7 of us but next time we’ll bring more people as there is plenty of space. Perfect for someone with grandkids to fill the bunk room beds which were big enough mattresses for adults. Loved the covered dock, available sport gear and just everything!! My friends are already planning to go there.
