Bienvenido a Lake Placid y nuestro hermoso condominio, Pinehill 4! Nuestro condominio de 3 niveles tiene 3 habitaciones muy bien decoradas que duermen 8 en total. El nivel superior tiene 2 dormitorios con 2 camas queen y literas y un baño completo compartido, mientras que el nivel inferior tiene un dormitorio privado y baño completo. Nuestro nivel medio tiene la cocina, medio baño, sala de estar y área de terraza. Hay una cocina completa con una mesa de comedor para 6-8 y todo lo que necesitará para cocinar. También contamos con 2 estacionamientos privados y áreas de almacenamiento para bicicletas o esquís / tablas de snowboard.

Estamos en una excelente ubicación a aproximadamente 1/2 milla del corazón de la ciudad, a unos 5-10 minutos a pie, dependiendo de a dónde quiera ir. Estamos muy cerca de casi todo, incluido el complejo olímpico de saltos; Centro Olímpico Museo Olímpico de Lake Placid; Esquí de fondo; Montaña cara blanca; High Falls Gorge; El complejo olímpico deportivo alberga el centro de esquí de fondo y biatlón y pistas combinadas de trineo / esqueleto / luge; Reflejo del lago; Centro equino Adirondack; campos de golf y mucho más! We had stayed in this complex before, so knew the configuration and location and that it was a good match for what we needed for 3 adults. We had some maintenance items which were communicated to the property manager. Also the bed configuration was listed as having 2 queen beds and those were 2 full beds when we stayed there. There was also roofing construction in the complex from breakfast to dinner (2 days while we were there) which was pretty annoying given that we were there for peace and quiet! We used the kitchen extensively to prepare breakfast and dinner. We referred the kitchen maintenance items to the property manager.

Perfect Lake Placid Getaway

Located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, this is a beautiful townhome within walking distance to downtown. Beautifully appointed and spacious. It was a perfect base for our daily outings and a pleasure to return to every evening. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact.You cannot go wrong with this property.

Comfy, homey, and convenient

We enjoyed our time at Pinehill and found the furnishings comfortable and homey. The walk into Lake Placid was pleasant, and we also enjoyed the nearby running/walking path. Apparently we arrived just ahead of the summer crowd, which was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful area to visit.

Hockey Tournament Weekend

We all had plenty of space at the condo and enjoyed our stay. We were happy that we could adjust temperature in individual rooms, wash clothes in the laundry area, and get in and out of town quickly and easily! Everything we needed was here, with more than enough extra blankets, pillows, and towels.Very cozy and comfortable!

Winter getaway

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. With Mother Nature throwing us a curveball with more than 12 inches of snow we had plenty to keep us busy with games to play and a dvd player to watch movies. Love the proximity to town and Whiteface Mountain. We definitely would stay here again next time we are in Lake Placid.

Quiet condo development near town. Walked to restaurants, skating etc. Cross county skied along bike trail near the house. Short drive to Mt Van Hoevenberg for races. One glitch on address. Should say Unit 4 not phase 4 which caused confusion.

Quiet place to relax

We were in Lake Placid to watch our kids ski at Mt VanHovenberg. Spent lots of time at that action-packed venue and were so happy to come back to the quiet condo. Three spacious bedrooms were enough for all adults to find private space of their own. Super nice to have laundry facilities available. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Might recommend updating TV's to have streaming capabilities, but we were able to hook up my laptop to watch a few movies in the living room. Overall a great stay with good communication from the property manager who responded promptly to questions.

Christmas in Lake Placid

Visited Lake Placid to ski, snowshoe and hike. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but the ease of access to the village helped to save the day and allowed us to walk to Main Street and explore the shops and restaurants. I’d love to come back to experience a snowier time with better outdoor options and won't hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay, exactly as advertised. Just a short walk into town/Main Street and an even shorter drive. Has all the comforts of home. Half bath has been updated since photos were taken. Would definitely return!

Nice location and layout for our group, excellent communication with the property manager, window A/C units in both upstairs bedrooms and the living room were great help for the one hot day, downstairs stayed cool and comfortable throughout.

Lovely property, great location

Unit #4 is exactly as advertised. It was well furnished with a great kitchen. Views of the mountains from the decks was a plus. Beds were comfortable. We had a light bulb in need of replacement. We reported it to Rudy via text, and it was replaced early the next morning. Very well managed property. Highly recommend it.

Nice place!

The owners/rental manager were very accommodating. The decor reminds me of a themed bed and breakfast - outdoorsy and a reminder that you're in the Adirondacks. The powder room has been updated since the photos of the listing were taken and looks great. The townhouse was roomy and met our needs. If we find ourselves in Lake Placid again, we would try to book here again.

Weekend at Lake Placid

Nice place, good location within walking distance to main streets. We were in town for the Ski Jumping World Cup. Enjoyed the place. Would definitely stay again.
