Un entorno tranquilo en las proximidades del centro de Lake Placid y de las actividades del área.

Primavera de 2015 todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, muebles, camas, ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina con cafetera, tostadora y microondas. 3 camas Queen para 6 adultos, un sofá cama con capacidad para 1 adulto o 2 niños. Chimenea de gas, aire acondicionado, TV por cable, reproductor de DVD y WiFi. Algunas antigüedades locales completan la decoración. Balcón pequeño y terraza de nivel inferior. 2 1/2 baños con accesorios actualizados, iluminación y diseño. Adirondack decoración temática y edredones. Cómodo, relajado, limpio. Los juegos de mesa y una mesa de futbolín en el nivel inferior, junto con un centro de lavandería completo hacen de este su hogar lejos del hogar. En 2018 se instalaron todas las ventanas nuevas.

Ski trip

Five of us stayed here for skiing at Whiteface. The condo is so cozy! Very clean. Great location to town!

Wonderful apartment to enjoy and explore the Adirondacks

We enjoy suggesting alternative activities when guests have extended stays. There is always something to do in the Adirondacks.

Great place in Lake Placid

We were very impressed with this property. The pictures reflects how nice the property and accommodations are. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We look forward to returning in the future. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property. We love to share the beauty of Lake Placid and the surrounding Adirondacks with visitors. Years of being guests at vacation rentals has taught us how to provide a clean, well outfitted townhouse that meets the needs of couples as well as families.

Amazing home in Lake Placid

The property was exactly as described (i.e., amazing). Modern, well-stocked kitchen; internet connection fast and reliable for when we needed to work; everything very clean and readily available. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and a breeze. Kathy was very responsive and anticipated every need and question. When winter really sets in, I hope we'll get to be back here. Thank you!

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The host provided plenty of information for us, and was quick to communicate. The unit is as described - very roomy, with lots of homey amenities that really added value to our stay. We would most certainly recommend it, and are planning a return trip.

Exceeded expectations!

This property was fantastic! The townhome was located in a quiet, peaceful community. It was very clean and had all the extra amenities we needed. It was close to the town of Lake Placid with easy access to roads in and out of town and perfect for 3 middle aged friends vacationing together. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if I return to Lake Placid.

Great location

Stayed here for the Lake Placid Lacrosse tournament. Easy access to town and the lacrosse fields, lots of space in the townhome, parking etc. Would stay again.

Everything was awesome

We stayed here in mid-August - two adults and three kids, ages 7, 10, and 13. We have stayed at dozens of rental properties over the past 10 years, and I can honestly say this was one of our favorites. It’s incredibly clean and well stocked. Family friendly kitchen. Spacious laundry room. Clean and comfortable bathrooms. Cozy family room. The townhouse complex is quietly set back from the main road. The neighbors are super friendly. And the location is perfect for getting around Lake Placid and the Adirondack region. With the construction on Main Street in Lake Placid, we just left our car and walked into town, which is only 10 minutes away on foot. If you enjoy cycling, it’s a great launching point to many of the popular routes around the area. Highly recommended!

We are thrilled when our guests use our home the way we do. The location is a plus for activities as well easy access to down town. Our favorite restaurants and the stop for the free shuttle bus are within 100 yards of the entrance to the Pine Hill complex, as well as Mill Pond and the adjacent park.

Immaculate condo ! Perfect for 3 couples. Great kitchen for cooking and sharing a family meal together. Kathleen very responsive to any questions we had . Nice location , close enough to walk into LP and near a great restaurant Lisa G’s and favorite pub Big Slide . Would definitely stay here again!

The property is perfect for any event or vacation in Lake Placid. I was there for Ironman. Close to downtown. The property is spotless. I think the owner may have bought all new kitchen items or the cleaning company she uses is fantastic. She is easy to contact. If you are doing the race next year book now. This one won’t last.
