Casa clásica de Cape en barrio tranquilo. La ubicación central ofrece a los inquilinos la opción de ir a las playas de la bahía o al océano. Cape cod National Sea Shore 25 minutos en auto, sendero para bicicletas Cape Cod dentro de una milla. Perfect home away from home

So comfortable, perfect location, many small touches to make a stay relaxing, a great deck for grilling, and outdoor shower with plenty of room, a beautiful screened porch for game nights and family time, kitchen was great and Paul left so much helpful information....such a great place for a Cape vacation

Great spot for a family vacay

Lovely option for a small family/group! The house itself was very cute and clean, and the second living room/dining room was a great spot for the adults to hang out after kid bedtime without waking them. The outdoor shower was the best shower!

Wonderful stay

We had a great week at Paul’s! The communication was prompt, the home was available early, and the location was perfect. Amazing beaches, hikes, and restaurants were all within a 5-15 minute drive from the house. The house was clean and comfortable - a perfect home base for all our cape activities.

Nice house in a quiet, great location.

Enjoyed our stay in Dennis. House was plenty big enough for 2 adults and a 16 and 12 y.o. Great location. Quick drive to the beaches, dining and shopping. Nice walking trails and very close to the bike path. Thanks Paul and Joan.

Quiet, Cozy Stay On Cape Cod

This bright, friendly home was perfect for our family, including our three-year-old daughter. On a quiet street in a nice neighborhood, it was within easy driving distance to many beaches, restaurants, and activities that kept us busy all day every day. We particularly loved the outdoor shower, deck, and three-season room for relaxing and enjoying the weather.

One week stay

The house was rented for myself and teenage daughter along with two of her friends and their mothers for their dance competition. The property was great, exactly as listed. Having the extra living room was especially perfect, giving the kids their own space to hang out, which was nice for us adults as well!.

Central location, nice home

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home in Dennis. The homeowner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was well-stocked with anything we needed, and we found the beds comfortable. We especially liked the deck, sun porch, and outdoor shower. The neighborhood was handy to both sides of the Cape, and nice for taking walks (off of a main road with a sidewalk that lead to other quaint neighborhoods). We had a wonderful Cape vacation.

Perfect spot in Dennis. Short ride to beaches, restaurants and activities. Owners communication was A+, and the home was clean and very spacious. We had 4 adults and a 2 year old and there was plenty of space. Central air was a huge plus! Will definitely be renting here again next year.

This was our third VRBO in MA. The best so far. Just the right space for six. A/C needs updating.

The Keurig was a nice touch but it wasn't listed on the house info. Some people our picky about city water, so 6-12 bottled waters in the fridge would be a nice touch. Bath Towels were a bit rough.

Cape cod Dennis, MA

This 3 bedroom home was everything we expected it to be. The sun room was especially wonderful for early morning, and or late evening get-togethers. This extra space allowed someone to sleep in. Or to put the kids to bed, and the adults could enjoy TV. The owner's also provided a lot of extras Such as Netflix, lobster pot with cracking tools, and a Keurig. The only thing missing was a hair dryer.

Great home base

Our family of 5 stayed in this tidy home situated in a quiet neighborhood for 5 days as we explored the Hyannis area and National Seashore. The house met our needs and had incredibly comfortable beds and a coffee maker, 2 of the most important aspects of a rental! My husband and I took a 2-3 mile walk every morning on the bike path. The showers were tight and you have to bring your own sheets and towels (or use a rental service-not clearly stated on the website), but otherwise, our 3 kids (11, 8, 5) had a blast and my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We rented last minute, and the Sullivans were responsive and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. I felt lucky to find this house and have everything fall into place seamlessly.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend passed away before our trip so a friend offered to let me stay at her cottage. However, we did ride over to take a look and the house was in a nice neighborhood, clean, and appeared quite comfortable. Also, the owner was very good with communication. I would recommend

South Dennis 3 Bedroom - Cape Vacation

This home was conveniently located, close to route 6 (Cape Highway) beaches, restaurants, & shopping. House was clean and had a kitchen where cooking was not a problem. Gas grill and deck made dining fun and relaxing. During our rental week there was a heat wave- so the central air system was a god-send. The outdoor shower was one of the best I've ever used, it has a stone tile floor and excellent pressure. Overall we rate this property excellent, had an enjoyable stay, and would rent from Paul & Joan again.

Cape getaway

The house was lovely--very clean and well appointed. We had wonderful beach weather and were able to eat many meals outside on the deck. Paul was very responsive to some minor problems. We had a thoroughly enjoyable vacation on Cape Cod!

Perfect Cape Rental

We had a perfect girls getaway at Paul and Jean's house. Grocery stores, gas stations, and ice cream right around the corner as well as plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes away. Bay side and ocean beaches also both within 15 minutes. There were walking/bike trails right at the end of the road to jump on for our morning walks. The house was clean, bright and spacious for the 4 of us. Enjoyed sitting on the patio or sunporch every evening for drinks and card games. We had everything we needed to cook and utilize the kitchen for our own meals which was wonderful. We would absolutely book again if we return to the Cape in the future.

Great house for families!!

We absolutely loved this house. It had plenty of space for everyone and was very clean. Quiet neighborhood and it’s minutes from West Dennis Beach! Having a washer and dryer was a plus! Thank you again Paul and Joan.

Perfect!

Paul was very thorough which was great. The home was good with an updated kitchen. AC’s in all rooms except the living room/Kitchen. There is a second living room with an AC. Home was very clean, comfortable and we will be back again! Perfect place for our vacation!
