¡Recién construido y ubicado en la comunidad privada de Centennial Shores en Island Park Reservoir con cada aventura al aire libre con la que pueda soñar! Solo una corta caminata de 5 minutos o menos de un minuto en automóvil de los muelles comunitarios para botes, donde puedes encontrar un pabellón, una hoguera y un área común con hermosos paisajes, perfecto para pasar el rato, jugar en el agua y reunirse como un gran grupo. Realice un hermoso recorrido panorámico a solo 40 minutos y estará en West Yellowstone, encontrará la mejor pesca en cuestión de minutos y toda la recreación de agua que pueda imaginar a solo unos pasos de la puerta principal.

El espacio:

Esta casa acaba de ser construida con inquilinos como usted en mente. Cuando te alojes en The Island Park House, estarás entre los primeros en disfrutar de todas las nuevas comodidades, incluidos nuevos electrodomésticos, muebles, chimenea de doble cara, baños, espacio al aire libre, wi-fi, Netflix (sin mencionar la nueva plomería, electricidad y calefacción inteligente de 2 zonas). El primer piso cuenta con un plano de planta abierto. Realmente creemos que los recuerdos se hacen en la cocina y diseñan intencionalmente el hogar para reflejar el sombrero. Con una isla de granito de gran tamaño con capacidad para 8 personas que desemboca en una sala de estar abierta con 2 sofás de tamaño completo y 2 sillones, hay asientos más que suficientes para que todos disfruten. El primer piso también cuenta con el "Atrio" en el centro de la casa al que se accede a través de 2 juegos de puertas dobles (que se pueden dejar abiertas o cerradas) y se utiliza para cenar, relajarse junto al fuego o disfrutar de las impresionantes Vistas a través de las puertas correderas de pared a pared. Durante los meses más cálidos, este espacio encarna el concepto de vida interior / exterior. También encontrará 2 dormitorios, el principal que cuenta con ventanas de pared a pared, acceso al patio, una cama king-size y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una vista impresionante de la gama Centennial Mountian. Hay un baño en el pasillo con una combinación de bañera / ducha, así como un gran tocador.

En el segundo piso, encontrará el loft con cómodos asientos, un sofá cama tamaño queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica, el tercer dormitorio con 2 camas individuales, medio baño, armario para ropa blanca y un gran armario de almacenamiento con un paquete. n-play y trona, junto con impresionantes vistas del embalse de Island Park.

Además del gran porche delantero, el patio trasero tiene un gran patio con muebles de salón. The Island Park House también cuenta con paddleboard, canoa, sillas de playa, toallas de playa, juguetes de arena, bicicletas para adultos y niños, juegos de mesa, libros y más.

Loved our stay! It’s a little bit of a drive from West Yellowstone, but well worth it. Was a great launching pad for exploring the whole area. The home itself is like out of a designer magazine shoot…very artsy and serene decor. Beautiful views from every room. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Every amenity was provided. Super prompt responses by the host. And we saw a great gray owl on the drive out. Amazing!

Yellowstone with family

Property is about 45 min to west entrance to Yellowstone. Property is as described as other guests. It’s a hime away from home. Can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

Great Stay In Island Park

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. It is so clean and well decorated. The view is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was very quiet and peaceful. Communication with the owners was very quick. I have to say that this house is a renters dream. They have put a lot of time and effort into providing every single thing a renter would need. They go over and beyond in what they supply for you. It was much appreciated! We would love to come back again!

A real beauty

The house is new, beautifully decorated deceptively spacious (especially when the basement is complete). If visiting during summer, keeping the home cool can be tricky as there is no AC, high sun exposure and no trees that give shade. If there is wind there is also quite a bit of dust so we were opening & closing windows a lot but there was refuge at both of the neighborhoods private water access areas which made for great fun during the day.

Lake Life at its Finest

Beautiful gated community that was easy to access and only a short drive from the west entrance of Yellowstone. This home had all the amenities which was so appreciated - a variety of spices, ziplocks, foil, etc. There was even a bathroom “in case you forgot” box. We were well-packed but if we had flown in, it would have been such a plus! My favorite room was what I called the “bourbon room”! Big table and fireplace perfect for family games. Tip: the beautiful rustic wood table made card playing difficult, but a twin fitted sheet fit perfectly and solved the issue! The lake is absolutely gorgeous, and we enjoyed sitting in the beach area jealously watching the water lovers! Thank you for the memories that will last a lifetime!

Perfect location, beautiful home and so much to see and do!

We loved our stay at this Island Park home. We visited right after Memorial Day with our 14, 17, and 20yr kids. The house was prefect and had everything we needed and more, is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We have rented quite a few VRBOs over the years and this was one stood out with its decor, comfort and location for all things nearby. Even tho we came with teenagers, this was a relaxing trip. Location was in between the best things in this area. We visited Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and Jackson while here. Lots of driving, but if you are up for it, it was incredible. We even went to a rodeo in Jackson. The guys fly fished but it’s a bit early in the season, so not many bites. We played hard during the day and it was awesome to come home and relax in the living room, next to the fireplace, and watch a movie. House had a few surprises including several streaming services, and things that other VRBOs don’t normally have like ziplocks, essentials for cooking and popcorn. They had nice chairs, coolers and other things to borrow. We took them to have a pretty amazing picnic off Jackson Lake in Grand Tetons (Pelican Bay@ the end of Coulter bay village) and snapped the most incredible family pic there. We also liked the nearby ice cream and pizza place -Mack’s and shot clays at Eagle Ridge (5mins away). I enjoyed yoga on the back patio with an incredible view. Don’t hesitate and book this amazing home! We had a blast, slept well and loved the location.

Nice house

The house was as advertised. There are a couple things people should know before renting. The house is maybe 10 miles off the main highway and about half of that road is not paved. The unpaved part isn't too bad (at least in the summer) but I wouldn't roll back there in the winter with a small car. The house also does not have air conditioning. Allegedly most houses in this area do not. I am sure most of the year it is not a big deal. We just happened to be there when day time temps were pushing 90 degrees. Fortunately we were hardly there during the day otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable. There are lots of big windows which is great to see outside and catch some wildlife (we saw antelope in the backyard) but there are no curtains so the heat is not blocked from getting in nor is the sunlight from hitting you at 5:30 in the morning. The house was very nice and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need..including some things leftover from previous guests (like 3 things of syrup!). The house also comes with a few coolers which was super helpful to pack drinks and snacks for the day out exploring. The house is 45 minutes from West Yellowstone and the entrance to the park. Big Sky is less than 2 hours and well worth the drive if you are there for a longer time...even in the summer there are tons of activities to partake in. Of course, you can easily spend a week in Yellowstone and not see it all. Overall, it was a great stay.

Minnesota mountain riders

Ian, your Island Park house is very nice . Plenty of room and very nicely kept. We liked it. We only had 4” of new snow with no wind our 10 days there so we didn’t have to worry about getting blown in on the road in to your house our last day . Maybe you could talk to Mother Nature so next time we get a little more powder. Ha Ha! Thanks again for allowing us to have a great stay 😃 Noel Lewandowski

Wonderful place!

Stayed here with my wife and two kids (ages 3 and 1). Extremely clean. Pack and play, high chair, toys, and an organized large kitchen, made the stay even more enjoyable! Will stay here again and try it during a different season.

Our family of 7 were so pleasantly pleased with our stay! This home is absolutely lovely! Well planned, open and roomy design. We loved all the windows, views and the decor is simply perfect! Super clean and well stocked for all needs. Beds are very comfortable! We were surprised at the attention to detail in the binder provided on the counter with tons of useful information!! It’s as if the owners were there themselves welcoming you with smiles and all kinds of helpful information!

The perfect house for our vacation!

Ryann and Ian are wonderful hosts! Constant communication, quick to respond, and generous with their home! My husband and I and my 3 kids (16, 13, 11) stayed here for 5 days in July. Staying in this house made our 10 day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons PERFECT! The house has everything you could possibly need and more - with extra toiletries, groceries, spices, etc. It was super clean and so modern and stylish! Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and access to the lake was easy. While there, we enjoyed horseback riding at Herriman State Park, the West Yellowstone Rodeo and hiking the nearby Mesa Falls (in addition to Yellowstone, of course)! A few things: it's about a 40 minute drive to the West Yellowstone entrance and since it is peak season, be sure to get to the gates early in the AM to avoid long waits. Also, there is no real grocery store nearby. The first leg of our trip was spent in a house by Grand Tetons, so we just stocked up in Jackson Hole before heading to Island Park. And then if we still needed additional items, we headed to the grocery stores in West Yellowstone after a day at the park. You will not regret your stay here!

Amazing Stay at Island Park

Ryann and Ian's place was amazing. The home is located about 45 mins from the West entrance of Yellowstone. It is about 15 mins off the main road. The home is newer, very well decorated and incredibly clean! Ryann and Ian have everything you could ask for in the home from all the kitchen supplies, extra sheets/blankets, beach chairs, coolers, and laundry supplies you could want. The home is beautiful with plenty of space for a large family. There is tons of natural light throughout the house and the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. There is a small market about 15 mins away that has the essential groceries. Ryann and Ian were in contact with us in advance of our arrival and messaged us via VRBO to make sure we were clear on the check in process. The check in / out process was very easy. We had a great time and would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

Beautiful and so perfect for our vacation to Yellowstone NP

The house and the area was beautiful. It was so clean and decorated beautifully. I loved that there was no clutter and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. We drove to Yellowstone NP everyday and it was an easy 35 min drive. It was nice coming back here after a long day at the park. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!
