Precioso remolque Teton de 40 pies con 3 salidas deslizables, gabinetes de roble, cama tamaño queen, armario grande, televisión, wifi. Situado a 300 metros del borde de las aguas en Snead Island. 100 pies. muelle de pesca en la propiedad. Resbalón de barco de aguas profundas disponible por una tarifa. The AC was very efficient and the space heaters really helped with a day or two of cooler weather. It was so convenient to have laundry on site and working well.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Teton! It was clean, comfortable and roomy with great AC on hot days. The views and the breeze on the dock and by the river were very pleasant. The owners were super friendly and helpful. The sunsets were lovely. We enjoyed hiking at Emerson Point Preserve just down the street. And the beach at Anna Maria Island, a 30 minute drive, was beautiful. We really liked the laid back atmosphere of the area and would happily stay here again. It's a great value and our vacation was exactly what we were hoping it would be.

This was a wonderful place! The hosts are welcoming and responsive. The fishing dock was the best. We caught several different species while here and we made friends with other guests while fishing. It was clean with great air conditioning. It even offers a washer and dryer which was great!

It was an older 5th wheel trailer that was lacking in upkeep. The quality of the trailer has expired, it really should be replaced with a new one. The value for the money paid is poor. Had many issues with the quality of the internet. There were problems with many little bugs in the kitchen and mouse droppings found in drawers. We were disappointed.

Hi Debra, we take your review very seriously and we have gone through the Teton with a complete deep cleaning service and replaced the Internet cable & wifi. We also have a service that comes out monthly for ants, etc and we would have notified them immediately had we known. The Teton is a $100,000 trailer so it is a quality unit. We might suggest to let the owners know upon arrival or during your stay, exactly what you’re displeased with, as we would have immediately taken care of your concerns. Thank you for your review. Great location for us and our dog!

Finding a dog friendly spot is hard to do! Ranger had the best time, on the beach playing on the grass. We needed to be near our boat, under repair and this was the best place!!!Barb was great responding to my question and adding a night was easy!We will see you soon!

Snead Island

Len and Bev were wonderful hosts to both of us and our dog Riley. They invited us to numerous Happy Hours at the Tiki Hut and even invited us to several meals, which were delicious. We had a great time!

Perfect for boaters!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the Teton camper. We wanted a place we could be on the water and dock our boat and this was perfect! The location is wonderful… a quiet and well kept neighborhood yet close to town. The camper was extremely clean, roomy yet cozy, and the bed and linens very comfortable. We had all we needed for our stay and appreciate that Len and Bev were so friendly and attentive.

Relaxing and low stress: Perfect

Ideal spot if you love peace and quiet, happy hour at a Tiki hut, and good conversation with hosts and guests. Walk to a quiet local preserve to get in your morning walk and see some wildlife. Very dog friendly. Already signed up for next year 😎😎

Teton Trailer near the water

The Teton trailer suited out travel adventure well. It was nearby to Bradenton, where we watched Spring Training baseball (Go Pirates!), and also near to Tampa/St. Pete, where we explored a bit. We loved the Tiki bar on site, and saw some great sunsets there and at the nearby Emerson Point Preserve.

Very quite neighborhood. I worked nights and was able to sleep during the day. Which was awesome. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was great Everyone was supe friendly even the neighbor. I will definitely be staying here again next year .

RV is nicely furnished and well maintained. I stayed with my Two Giant Schnauzers and Mini Schnauzer and had a fantastic time! Owners are on site and cater to any need that may arise. Great access to their private beach, private Tiki bar, huge yard. Very dog friendly! However, please don't mess it up for us that love this place by bringing a destructive, bad behaved dog(s) or human! The owners are GREAT hosts and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this property.

Great location

We decided to book a quick trip to FL at the last minute, everything this time of year was book, except I came across this 40 5th wheel trailer on a VRBO site. It was nice and allowed us to bring our Black Lab dog. The trailer could of used a good power washing on the outside but the inside was clean and accommodating for our 1 week stay. It is close to a wildlife preserve and the water and fishing dock. We enjoyed our stay and the land owner was very friendly.

A short walk to a great view up and down the Manatee River and a partial view of the river from the door of the trailer. We had a small dog and the entire property was very pet friendly. There were 3 other rentals on this large property and at least 2 had larger dogs. It’s very close to Emerson Point Preserve and the property is towards the far end of the main road so very little traffic. Owners made us feel very welcome.

Bev has been a Florida resident for 40 year. They both love the area, know it well and are happy to share their knowledge with travelers to our sunny state. Len, inventor of The Tundra Buggy, resided in Manitoba Canada most of his life. He used his invention to take many people on expeditions to view and photograph Polar Bears. Bev is one of the founders and the current VP/Treasurer for Everglades Angels Dog Rescue, an all volunteer charity that rehabilitates and rehomes badly abused dogs dumped in the Everglades.

It was love at first sight when we saw this property. The island is so peaceful. No traffic and crowds. We love animals and this was the perfect place for them to play. Great fishing and beautiful sunsets.
