Great Dog friendly rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Caribbean is a wonderful place to stay if you want your fur baby to be able to vacation with you. Absolutely love the fact that it is directly on the beach! It is a smaller complex, which we love, no long waits on elevators and always room at the pool. This condo was clean and nice

You are so correct - if you want to go to the beach and you don't want to leave your dog behind, Caribbean is the place to be! Its size, location, amenities, and dog-friendly status make it an easy choice. We hope to have the chance to host you in the future!

The location was awesome. Everything was great except the location of the bunk beds. The bottom bunk height was to low for an adult a kid would probably be ok.

We hope you enjoyed your stay in this sweet beachfront condo on West Beach. The bunks are designed more for youth than they are adults. We have two bedroom units at Caribbean for your next visit to the Gulf Coast, so give us a call!

Location was ok. Older property but right on the beach. The condo itself may have needed some upgrades and could have been a little more clean upon arrival. Removal of previous guest(s) sex toy could have made the stay a little more PG considering we brought our kiddos.

Awesome vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, a little bit smaller than I'm used to but I booked it on very short notice. Tv in the bedroom is way outdated. That's the only complaint that I have and who cares ,we weren't there to watch TV lol
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 9 de jun de 2026
We're so glad you enjoyed your stay in Gulf Shores and on West Beach! The one bedroom units at Caribbean have an additional half bath and are actually larger than other one bedroom units, but we've got many two bedroom condos for your next visit to the Gulf Coast!

The unit was nice and as advertised. The shower curtain was moldy, I let them know and it was replaced as soon as possible. We never could navigate the TV, so that was slightly irritating. But we didn’t come to the beach to watch television. The outdoor pool was not very clean. We had to leave one day at 9, for pest control, so we had to find something to do that would include our dog, then had to keep checking to see if it was completed. Then one night the elevator wouldn’t work, so the dog never got to go out. Seventh floor didn’t lend to taking the stairs. There are enough paper products to get you started, so you might want to bring some extra.

We love this dog friendly condo complex right on the beach! It’s not too big with only 4 units per floor and a total of 8 floors. Easy parking and close to EVERYTHING. Only negative is no dogs allowed on beach.
Sunset view from the condo.

Caribbean is a great location on West Beach Blvd. Its size and dog-friendly status are definitely pluses. You can enjoy the beach views while you walk your dog on the boardwalk at Gulf Place, and the State Park has terrific lake views at the dog park.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room we were on was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was very clean. The only thing i can say that was a negative was the smell of the trash coming from the dumpster at the main entrance into the condo.. we will definately stay here again.
