Gulf Tower 7C, ubicado en 1051 West Beach Boulevard, es un condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños con amplias vistas frente a la playa. La suite principal contiene una cama king size, mientras que la habitación de invitados tiene una cama queen size y hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar para mayor espacio de alojamiento. Tres últimos televisores de pantalla, un reproductor de DVD y WiFi dentro de este condominio lo mantendrán conectado y entretenido durante toda su estadía. El balcón acristalado se abre a las impresionantes vistas y permite que una brisa encantadora del golfo sople a través de su hogar lejos de su hogar. Great View

The view was spectacular! Basically on top of the water. Love the sliding glass doors on the balcony for the cool rainy weather. Condo was well furnished and clean. Will stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay!!

We had the best time at Gulf Shores. It was our first time there but we will definitely go back! The condo was just perfect for the two of us. It was very neat and clean. It has the perfect view of the ocean! We had a small incident with a leak but it was fixed in record time! Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Balcony of dreams

My 7 year old son and I took a trip to Gulf Shores for a much needed getaway. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The view is unbelievable from the balcony where I spent every morning with coffee and every night with wine listening to the ocean. The condo itself is a bit outdated, but it is exactly as pictured on the VRBO listing. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely recommend this property to any travelers!

It also had a screen and sliding door which made it easy for the granddaughter to go out on the patio to watch the waves. The only problem we encountered was the sleeper sofa had a spring missing but even after we got it open, my daughter was not able to sleep on it because the springs were sticking her through the cover. So she folded it back up.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with the condo. It needs a lot of updates and the online pics don’t really show the true look. The main issue was the bed in the guest bedroom- so uncomfortable we couldn’t even use it. Also the cord from the light in there was hanging over the bed. Zero movie channels or even a guide on cable to know what’s on TV. No smart TVs so you couldn’t use your own Roku or logins to stream any channels. A couple of the lights did not work. A lot of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The washer and dryer are very, very tiny. You could only put maybe 3 towels in at a time. We had to wash the bedding because the pillows smelled bad. Not sure what’s happening with the ceilings in the bathrooms and kitchen, but they don’t look good at all. Normally a great experience with Bender, but we have never stated at this condo and would not again. The whole building looks pretty old.

First timers to Gulf Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen was furnished well. Loved the new coffee maker. Some furniture in the bedrooms and living room could use replacing. Sleeper sofa mattress was poor quality and not useable. You could feel every spring in it when you laid down on it. There were some very dirty spoons left in the drawer when we arrived and one toilet was not completely cleaned. There were at least 3-5 lightbulbs needing to be replaced in the unit and some of the outlets only had one plug in that worked. It was a learning curve to figure out how to use pool fob and devices to enter and exit the pool area. No signs. Guests were kind and helpful. No guidance on where to take trash from room either. We figured it out. Location is great but the beach is very very short. We were told by authorities we couldn’t use our tent on the beach, and we did not bring our umbrella this year. No signs regarding no tents either. Overall we did enjoy our time there despite these things. Kids loved the pool, ocean water was great, it’s close to restaurants and stores, and the other guests were very kind and friendly. We may return to Gulf Shores, but we would choose another condo next time.

Cadillac cost for a 1980’s Yugo furnishings.

The area is nice and the condo building is in a pretty good location. Beach wasn’t too great. Not much there from the hurricane storms from a couple of years ago. 14 story building with a lot of guests whom all made the same comment at first site of the beach, where is it? No one, Bender Realty, condo owner, or the community mentioned half the beach is gone and apparently has been that way for quite awhile. The unit we stayed in 7C was pretty outdated. The bed and furniture is very old. There were two red pleather chairs one in each bedroom that the leather has been shredding apart on it because it’s sooooooooooooo old. Newer kitchen countertops but cabinets are old oak busker grade that the finish is wearing off. The bathroom cabinets and tops have to be original. I used to install sink tops back in the late ‘80s as a contractor with that style too. The kitchen sink has a board underneath helping hold it in place and maintenance or the owner actually left instructions not to remove it, it’s currently being repaired, pretty sure that’s a lie and been that way awhile. The kitchen utensils are of the very cheapest and/or the oldest out there. I tried using one of the spatulas in the warped frying pans to make scrambled eggs and the end of the spatula started melting trying to stir my eggs on medium heat. The silverware and plates, where do I begin. I’m 53 yrs old and I used to eat off plates and use silverware of the exact same as when I grew up. Not worth the money we paid.

We loved the glass enclosed balcony, it offered views on the ocean without extreme heat. I enjoyed rocking and drinking coffee while watching the waves roll in. Our major complaint would be that the master bed is uncomfortable. We could see the dips in the mattress as soon as we arrived. We tossed and turned most of the night and woke up feeling tight and unrested. Other than that any other issues we had were small and were able to work around. We would stay here again if the bed was replaced.
