Aquellos que buscan la verdadera experiencia de "Vivo en Broadway", no busque más allá de este apartamento. Esta es definitivamente la unidad más genial en este apartamento. El inquilino anterior instaló su propio espacio de loft en esta hermosa habitación con 2 camas, 1 baño en la histórica 2nd Ave. Los apartamentos tienen vistas a 2nd Ave y The Wild Horse Saloon. Estás en la esquina de Broadway y 2nd Ave. A 4 cuadras del área de Bridgestone, a un corto paseo por el puente de Shelby Street hasta el estadio Nissan, y a 5. 5 cuadras del centro de la ciudad de la música. Estos son apartamentos históricos. Lo que significa que son un poco más grandes que los típicos apartamentos del centro. Perfect Stay

The apartment was a great location! The apartment was very cute and there was plenty of room for a large group. Lots of coffee shops and liquor stores nearby too. Centrally located and close to all of the bars and activities.

This was the perfect location for a long weekend in Nashville if your plan is to take advantage of all Broadway has to offer. The loft was a bit older, but clean and well appointed for what we needed. The beds were comfortable. It’s right in the heart of everything, so it’s not quiet, but it was exactly as advertised. We would come back again!

I love Nashville and out of all the times Ive been, this is my favorite home away from home! It’s all about location at 50 years old! Be ready to climb some stairs but it’s worth it!

Great place for a guys trip

Location, location, location!! Reviews were all correct. The unit can get very loud from outside noise due to its location but we were well aware before we booked. Being so close to all the action made the trip. No worries about driving, Uber rides etc..really made it so much easier for a quick stay in the downtown area. Highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of all the action.

Light and Airy in the Heart of Things

Wonderful stay! Very clean, beautiful wall of windows made it very light and bright during the day which I enjoyed. Location is right in the heart of the Live Music scene! Note there are 2 flights of stairs just to get to the first floor unit. No elevator so make certain you are prepared for that.

Great location, not a clean space

You cannot beat this location. Unfortunately, we ran into a number of issues during our stay beginning with a leaking roof (not hearing back from management), visible mold, outlets that didn't work, clogged shower drains, no hand soap in the bathrooms, limited cleaning supplies etc. The space was not cleaned thoroughly as our socks/feet were always black with dirt, there was visible dirt/hair on the floor, and many of the sheets and towels had stains. Deep cleaning and some TLC would greatly benefit the space and would make it worth the money.

Great location but stops there

Location was amazing but this unit was not clean. Would stay here again if it was cleaner but that will prevent us from booking again. Entire unit could use a heavy deep cleaning from ceiling to floors and air vents.

OK if you only care about location

The location is good if you plan to be on Broadway; however, the unit is dirty and there is visible mold. Every bed was broken, the linens were worn and felt dirty. The parking validation did not work and the property manager has yet to reply about a refund. There was trash at the end of the stairs for two days and still there when we left. Overall, I would not recommend and would rather pay more money for a cleaner place.

Excellent Location/Needs Updates

We loved the location! However, there are several things that could use updating: • main front door could be more secure (door didn’t seem to shut all the way on the bottom, even though it was locked on top and nobody could easily get in) • could use a closet and hangers and/or hooks to hang items • would be nice to have a bathroom added on the main level • roof leaked in two spots when it rained • could’ve been cleaner (rug, floor, baseboards, cobwebs and needed a couple new lightbulbs) • tub didn’t drain well • a couple of outlets didn’t work, or were too loose for our cords - The stairs from the front entry to our room gave us a good workout, so I wouldn’t recommend this place to people who have troubles with mobility (not handicap accessible). - Again, the location was the big seller! We truly enjoyed our stay and would still stay here again, but would prefer these updates.

Once we figured out the door codes it was great. Mattresses are very comfy & this is a perfect location if you want to be right in the thick of Nashville’s awesome party scene

Great place!

This unit worked well for my husband and myself and our 4 adult children. It was close to the action and had free parking. There was plenty of room for all of us. The only negative was stairs, Stairs to get to room and then stairs to use the one and only bathroom. Would use again and I am recommending to my brother and sister in law.

Great find downtown!!!!

Loved our stay here. Close to lots of things to do, but not on the busiest street. The interior is so neat. The "loft bedroom" (not actually a loft, but we called it that. ha ha) and the cute little windows give it so much character. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Great place to stay

Loved the location and the size of the property. Would have enjoyed a few more things in the kitchen - a microwave, more cooking pans. Overall it was great!
