Loved our stay in this little house, which was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, adorable, and smelled nice to boot. The host was lovely, and the neighborhood is super cute. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and even more within a quick drive. I highly recommend staying here.

Cozy getaway

The bungalow was just as we expected and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt when we couldn’t get in due to the door being locked and having no key. Would stay here again

One week stay to visit my sons family and attend my grand daughers HS graduatonl

I was by myself and this guest house and location were perfect for me. Beautiful and peaceful. The guest house was stocked with everything I needed and much more. Bed was very comfortable. I would gladly recommend. The host was fantastic and always accessible for any questions. I felt at home.

Great visit!

This cozy bungalow was the perfect size for two. It’s located in a pretty neighborhood and is an easy walk to a nice coffee shop and great restaurants. We enjoyed meeting the hosts and look forward to our return!

Great guesthouse, great hosts

Cyn and Terry could teach a class on how to host a short term rental. They are so friendly and helpful. The house is lovely, spotless and in a wonderful neighborhood.

Great little bungalow

Very impressed with this little bungalow. The area was very quiet and comfy. Great area to take my daily walks and very friendly neighborhood. I would recommend this to any one who asks. Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our time at the property. Cynthia was very responsive to our questions. I enjoyed the beautiful green area of the neighborhood. We could take morning walks in the shade.

Dream Bungalow

This bungalow was perfect for us! I loved having a kitchen with some basics items already stocked (ie oils, spices, salt/pepper etc.) plus a wide range of utensils and cooking equipment. We enjoyed the festivities on Halloween as the whole neighborhood participated. .. and a lovely neighborhood it was! The host couple were most attentive but never intrusive. We should mention the property was very secure behind an electronic gate. It was nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine.

Everything Worked Out

We had 27 days book at the casita in the back yard. Unfortunately the stay was cut short due to a waterline break in the garage that flooded our place. The owners were out of town but the neighbors who were watching the house saved the day. They got the water shut off and offered their casita to us for the remainder of our stay. Without their kindness we would have been screwed.

We looked for a small place within a few miles of our kids and grands to stay a couple weeks. We saw this place, applied and were excepted quickly. Everything went so smoothly.

Nice place!

The overall stay was good but the listing had digital access for television which wasn’t an option. Due to family illness we had to cut our stay short.

Cosy and convenient and quiet neighborhood

Clean and nicely decorated. Nice pots and pans...not like I see in many rentals that are usually scratched and not clean. Nice size kitchen for a small place with full size refrigerator. Bedroom also has lots of room with king size bed. It was perfect for husband and me as it was close to our jobs and access to many stores in the area. We play tennis and there is a nice court in the community that we played on. Great neighborhood especially to walk around and look at the unique homes. A block away from Joe's farm where there are lots of things to do, eat and drink.

Lovely property!

Really nice place. Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Hosts very friendly and responsive to any needs. Enjoyed using the bikes to get around. Joes’s Farm Grill is excellent. Hope to return in the future. Location was perfect. Close to whatever you need.

I'm a Jersey girl and my husband is a west coast northern California boy. Built this house when the neighborhood was brand new and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. We love this neighborhood and our home. I can walk Boomer (my dog) to the dog park which is only five houses to the end of my street and down the hill. I am a realtor and Terry is an Intel engineer. We love to travel and would love to have a place like ours to stay in.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When they were just talking about building our community, there was such a demand that we had a lottery to be able to purchase and build here. We have tree lined streets, grass front yards and white fences. A coffee shop /bakery (that was on cupcake wars) and Joe's Farm Grill (appeared on Diners, drive ins & dives). Its very close to a pedestrian lifestyle as there is so much within walking distance and more coming soon.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our back yard is like a resort and we enjoy it daily. Love to be outdoors enjoying our wonderful weather. NFL station for football fans, and HBO for movie fans.
