Campeonato de golf de 27 hoyos, canchas de tenis, piscina comunitaria y jacuzzi. Estado del arte gimnasio, restaurante y mucho más. Inicio viene con todas las comodidades y meticulosamente mantenido dormitorio .Dos, un rey y una reina, y un sofá cama. La cocina tiene despensa, encimeras de granito y una chimenea de gas. Fabulous!!

We have stayed here multiple times. Such a lovely and welcoming home. And Bob, the caretaker, is a treasure. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry. Convenient to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and BNP Paribas tennis tournament which we attend. Not our first stay here and we plan on returning again next year.

Trip to Indian Wells

The house was very clean and comfortable. The house was stocked with all the necessary items in the kitchen. The location was also great for us. We enjoyed interacting with the caretaker Bob,He was very available to answer all the questions we had.

Another great stay

We love staying here since it is close to the polo fields and the place is super clean. This is our second time we have stayed and we wished we could come back next year! Thanks again for everything.

THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE THIS HOME IS GIVING IT A 10 STAR DISTINCTION, KELLY WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH, HER VISION AND DECOR FOR THIS HOME WAS IMMACULATE. WE STAYED OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS AND HER CHRISTMAS DECOR WAS STUNNING. WHEN IT SAYS ALL YOU NEED IS YOURSELF AND YOUR LUGGAGE IT’S NOT A LIE, THIS HOME HAS EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF THE ONLY THING MISSING WAS A STOCKED FRIGDE. THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL, VERY CLEAN, TOWELS PROVIDED FOR THE POOL AND FOR BATHING WITH SOAPS, SHAMPOOS, CONDITIONERS, LOTIONS AND SUNSCREEN. THE MASTER BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON CLOUDS AND THE REST OF THE HOME WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE BACK YARD EVEN HAD EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF STARTING FROM LOUNGING CHAIRS, 2 WICKER PATIO SETS ALONG WITH A BAR STYLE DINNING TABLE WHICH INCLUDED A MIDDLE FIRE TABLE AND 2 OTHER FIRE TABLES FOR THE PATIO SETS. OH AND I FORGOT TO MENTION THE BEAUTIFUL POOL. RIGHT FROM ARRIVAL, BOB THE CARETAKER MADE US FEEL WELCOMED AND AT HOME, HE WAS ALWAYS QUICK WITH ANYTHING WE EVER NEEDED OR QUESTIONS WE HAD. WE HAVE STAYED IN MANY HOMES ALL OVER THIS PLANET BUT NEVER IN A HOME LIKE THIS. THANK YOU KELLY FOR MAKING THIS THE MOST MEMORABLE VACATION YET

Close to Stagecoach!!

We had a great experience at this house. It was very close to stagecoach! We would definitely stay here again! It had every thing you needed and was fully stocked. The house manager was on property and was extremely helpful with everything we needed!

Near Coachella area

This was our second stay at this property. It is a quaint, well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood, and easily accessible to the Coachella grounds. The backyard is full of plants and flowers to enhance a relaxing day next to the pool. Great communication with the caretaker before and during our trip. Comfortable beds, living room, and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We had another great stay and would definitely return.

Beyond amazing

This place is amazing. Fully stocked, better than my own home. The caretaker Bob is the kindest man. The beds are so comfortable and the backyard is an amazing oasis. Hit the jackpot finding this place. Enjoy!!

Perfection in the desert

Kelly and Bob were wonderful and welcoming hosts who were easy to access and covered everything we needed. The home was beautifully appointed with a designer touch - the pictures don't do it justice. The outdoor area was well equipped with lots of seating options and a couple of nice water features to diminish any traffic noise. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked and we were never in need of any items that are often overlooked in vacation homes. The welcome basket was a nice touch and we are already booked in for a return visit and another relaxing vacation next year, so that should say it all!

Absolutely Wonderful!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Indio. Kelly was very kind and had great communication. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and basic cooking essentials. We really appreciated the kind note, the wine, the fruit and the cupcakes. Bob, the property manager helped us to settle in and showed us how everything worked. We will definitely come again!!!

Wonderful stay

This property is beautiful. The home is well equipped and comfortable. The back yard with pool and lounging areas was a particular favourite with our family. Dealing with the owner and property manager couldn’t have been easier. 5 star stay.

Great stay!

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and it was super easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed including spices, good knives and baggies for sandwiches. Bob and Kelly were both great and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Place As Advertised!

The house is as advertised - very clean, all the amenities and close to the Empire-Polo Club (long walk, but doable). Owner communication was great and Bob is fantastic! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stagecoach

This house was great, very clean and organized, they have everything you need during your stay. The pool was heated, Bob the caretaker was very helpful, he gave us a ride to the entrance of the community so we didn’t have to walk. The location of the community is across the street from the festival so we can walk into the festival. I would recommend this house for sure.

Great attention to detail

This property went above and beyond our expectations, making it a very memorable stay. It's immaculate, extremely well-stocked kitchen, super-cute backyard and pool area with beautiful plants and flowers. Bathrooms had little touches like little ponytail elastics, Q-tips, shampoo/conditioner/shower get, and hand sanitizer. Kelly left a nice welcome note, snacks/drinks/wine, and Bob was readily available to answer any questions. We stayed during Coachella. It's about a mile to the subdivision entrance/exit, but once you're outside the subdivision, it's a very easy 1.4 mile walk to the festival entrance. Highly recommend!

Backyard Oasis for sure!

Wonderful stay at this home. The backyard oasis is a perfect description. Great space to relax and enjoy the pool. The property is exactly as described. Very clean and all the amenities. Neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking.

Kelly was a pleasure to deal with. Her house and yard were exceptional. Beautifully decorated and the yard was such a joy to be in and entertain in. Anyone wanting to rent this property will have a wonderful time.

Great place to stay

House was clean and very comfortable. Property manager and caretaker were very communicative and welcoming via the app and texts if needed. House had all amenities that you would need and everything was very clean and immaculate. Very nice place to stay. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Rental

Perfect set-up for a vacation! Decorated so nicely and stocked with the little things that make staying away from home much easier. The pool and outside area are simply beautiful! Host Kelly and caretaker Bob are super accommodating and we can’t wait to come back again! 10 out of 10!!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My family really enjoyed this home! The house, pool and outdoor areas we’re beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. There we’re so many different seating areas to relax. The house was thoughtful stocked with everything we needed. Including pool towels, floaties, and pool toys for the kids, also pool safe glasses. Communication with Kelly the owner was quick, clear and simple. Bob the caretaker was also available if needed. We only asked for local restaurant recommendations. The house was quiet, relaxing and private in a gated community.
