Absolutely amazing

We cannot wait to go back next year! So clean, beautifully updated and the AC works wonderfully. Directly on the lake at the end of the complex; the best location in my opinion.

Overall we had a great stay. The unit was super clean, and the location was perfect. We loved being close to town and sitting out on the patio enjoying the view.

Fun in the sun is right on the money!

We loved everything about this unit. The proximity to the lake and swimming access was great. The nearby pool didn’t feel disruptive or invasive at all. We had the best time and plan on making this a yearly trip!

We have stayed at many other units at Lake Chelan Shores but this one was by far THE BEST! Super clean, spacious, updated and right on the lake. Hope to stay here again!

Location was good

Location was good but the interior was bare minimum in every sense. Small beds, no extra bedding, cheap blinds that let the sun in at 5:00 AM, no bunk beds upstairs like pictured. Small queen or full in master.

Great stay

This unit has three separate sleeping areas. Two bedrooms and an upstairs loft space. It's clean and nicely updated with manufactured hardwood so there's no musty old carpet smell. Two bathrooms one with shower and one with tub/shower combo. Upstairs does require being able to go up a spiral staircase. Very close to the swimming pool and lake. Great view and on what I consider the quieter side of the complex. We would definitely come back to this unit.

Good location, bad service

The unit is in a great spot with great access to everything. The main toilet didn't flush and we could never get anyone there to fix it, there were strange things like a coffee machine but no coffee pot lid, and coffee but no coffee filter. The property doesn't do a quality job on maintenance or cleaning, seemed very rushed with no process or communication.

Updated condo in a great location

Lake Chelan Resorts is a great location to stay in Chelan, being just a few minutes drive to downtown and a short drive to wineries for dinner. It also has an amazing waterfront along the lake, the landscaping is well maintained, and it quiet. We have stayed at other units on this older property and we were pleasantly surprised that this one was nicely updated. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the last two evenings we were there the wifi went out and we couldn't get it back until the next day. We've also stayed at other vrbo properties and while it technically had everything we needed, it was missing the small luxuries like beach towels (we ended up having to purchase some), extra blankets, games, throw pillows and oddly an egg turner. We would definitely stay here again -- we would just plan to bring our comfort items with us.

Modern home with beautiful view steps from lake

The unit is nicely renovated with a modern look. Living room has a great view. First floor patio is steps from the lake shore. Unit is very spacious for the two of us. It should be a 4.5 star but since there is no such choice I still give a 5. There are a few details that could have made the experience better: a hair dryer, conditioner and body lotion. More coffee and tea bags. Also the lights in kitchen and downstairs bedroom make loud buzzing sound. Probably change a light bulb?

Beautiful Location, maintenance issues

AC wasn’t working for the first 24 hours. Filter was completely clogged. Had to call multiple times as it was after hours. Finally found a maintenance person the next day to reset the system and clean the filter to have AC. Most of the beds are in an upstairs loft with an extremely steep spiral staircase. Not the easiest to get luggage up to that area.

Location was great, the place it self was okay, I definitely dislike the 2nd floor due to the narrow spiral stairs that were dangerous for kids. I basically never used the second floor. Layout not great. Everything else was great, clean, great service and friendly staff.

Great for Groups

This place has everything we needed for cooking/cleaning and space for a group of 8 adults. Very clean upon arrival but the floor felt dirty as if there was dirt so we wore house slippers There’s a smaller pool right next to our unit and a short walk to the shore. BBQ grill set up outside as well. We had 4 ladies on this trip (my gf and her sisters) and noticed the male neighbor taking pictures of them. We didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to start conflict so we just all went inside. Biggest kill of the trip making the women feel uncomfortable on vacation.

Girls weekend at Lake Chelan Shores

No Disappointments

5-PLUS stars for cleanliness and overall! I was a bit apprehensive because so many vacation rental complaints during COVID were about condition of properties and cleanliness. I was thrilled to arrive to a unit that was CLEAN and in excellent condition. Appliances worked, ample plates-glasses-flatware (very clean, too), short on small items like foil and plastic wrap, but hey, we've used vacation rentals for decades and we knew it never hurt to bring our own! Instructions for the overall property, unit, and checkout were clear and easy to comply with. Thanks, Lake Chelan Shores and VACASA!

LOVED this place!

We thought this place was awesome. We loved how this place was just recently remodeled making it for a comfortable/aesthetically pleasing environment. Nice view overlooking Lake Chelan. My only piece of feedback is for parents with children… the spiral staircase is a little slick so I was a little worried about my children accidentally hurting themselves if they ran up/down it. Also, the outlets in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work very well and the beds were a little too firm for our liking... but not a deal breaker! We definitely would want to stay here again in the future.
