Un apartamento contemporáneo de cuatro niveles en una ubicación espectacular en Queenstown Hill: ¡parpadea y casi te sentirás como si estuvieras en los Alpes austriacos, al estilo de "El sonido de la música"!

Great Stay with Amazing Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this place. The home and views were as stunning as advertised, and it was a perfect home base from which to explore Queenstown and the surrounding area. Would highly recommend!

Magical view and good location.

A comfortable spot with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Plenty of space to cook and eat together. The rooms and bathrooms are cozy and clean. A note on accessibility - all rooms require use of stairs. It is easy to get into town and the activities around the Queenstown area.

The views were spectacular from the balcony. Walking to town was no issue and was actually a lot closer than we initially thought... The walk back up the hill was a bit of a mission but good exercise after having a ferg burger :p I think it was a great price and would highly recommend it.

What a view!

The view is amazing!! Of course, to get that view you have to be high up but Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive. There are a lot of stairs. Master is on the first floor, second bedroom on second floor. Living, kitchen on third floor. Another bedroom on fourth. Bathrooms on one and two. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked. The only air conditioning is on the third floor and it only runs for 2 hours at a time. Good breezes though. Top floor bedroom faces the street so it gets road noise if the window is open. Highly recommend.

Amazing views but a few things could be improved

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this accommodation are truly amazing (and a worthwhile trade off for being a difficult walk from the centre). The internet was good, it was clean and information about how everything worked was thorough and helpful. Four things could be improved: 1. The bed on the bottom level was soft, dipped in the middle and was wobbly. 2. Some of the quilts were stained and could have been covered up with quilt covers rather than a top/bottom sheet (which is uncomfortable to sleep with). 3. The kitchen cupboards could do with a declutter and make sure that lids match pots/pans. 4. The top bedroom is very stuffy and whilst the window can be left open, there is no flyscreen or security screen. We enjoyed our stay and only offer these comments as feedback that we hope will be of assistance.

Short Break in Queenstown

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views fabulous However dealing with Goodstays is quite an aggressive process and lots of Policy threats and added charges if you don't comply but they did not back up their own standards. On the phone they are very rude and aggressive to speak to if something or communist ions get mixed the phones calls turn into policy lists not service. When you pay a lot of money to stay. All of the dishes and cutlery were dirty - like they had just been dipped and put back into place. Toilets jammed and ran for hours if you didn't go and sort them ( this involved 3 flights of stairs) and the shower waste blocked in the main bathroom. There was no point raining anyone as it was very clear that you would be charged if someone had to come out.

Great location and layout but disappointing

The view was amazing and the layout was very convenient for a large group of people but unfortunately the hot water system only had capacity for 3-4 standard showers (approx. 5 mins each) which is rather disappointing considering it is advertised as a 6 person property. When we contacted the property manager, we were greeted by a rather unfriendly and unhelpful lady who said this was normal and we just had to wait for it to come back. She later called back and apologised, explaining that this was the first time she had received such a comment and that it shouldn’t be happening. But unfortunately we continued to have this issue for the rest of our stay which was inconvenient after a long day of skiing, especially when you have 3 girls that need to wash their hair. The heater in the middle room was also faulty which was disappointing and there was a significant amount of black mould on the carpet in the top room. I understand that this is hard to avoid in such a damp environment being near the door but this is very unsanitary. There is also a large amount of mould on the seal around the shower, as well as a thick layer of dust around the skirting tiles which makes me wonder how well the property has been cleaned.

Lovely stay

A great property for a group. We were all able to enjoy some privacy but also enjoyed the social space. The booking fee and process was a little confusing but overall we had a great stay.

Very clean, good location, excellent views

We were very pleased with this property, we had great email communication from start of booking to the finish if our stay, these were regarding all what was expected from us during our stat and also information of things to do around queenstown . Had problem with internet but was sorted out promptly. Would definitely recommend this property.

The property was exactly as described and had all the add ons required for an easy and Comfy stay. The location was 4mins to the center so this was perfect. The home was clean, warm and well decorated. Will be recommending this home and look to stay again.

Multi generational stay for 4 day break

Rented this property and brought my wife and 2 late teen kids and my parents along. The facilities were very good, the view amazing and the place cozy and warm. The location was very handy for everything. Really enjoyed our stay.
