Este condominio de 560 pies cuadrados con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño tiene capacidad para 4 personas y está ubicado en uno de los edificios más cercanos a la góndola. Ubicado en el corazón de River Run Village, pero en el lado tranquilo del edificio para garantizar una estancia relajante. El balcón privado ofrece vistas a River Run Village.

La sala de estar cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana montado sobre una hermosa chimenea de gas, techos abovedados y un sofá cama doble. Sábanas y mantas adicionales están en un armario. Justo al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el balcón privado que da al pueblo y ofrece vistas parciales a la montaña. Relájese y disfrute del aire fresco de la montaña mientras disfruta de las vistas.

El tamaño completo está equipado con todos los utensilios de cocina y vajilla esenciales para hacer una comida fuera de casa y cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro personas con tres asientos adicionales en la barra de desayuno. Perfect for location!

Great for a small family. We had the space needed to be very comfortable. Very clean except for a few minor things. The management company was amazing and they were very attentive. The location was the best of all. Walking distance to the little grocery store, coffee place, and restaurants. Wonderful and would love to stay again.

Stayed for a summer wedding

Great little condo, perfect for 2 people. It was abnormally hot in keystone this year so no air conditioning was rough at night but I wouldn’t except these properties to have AC.

The only thing I would say is that the unit is in need of new carpet, which I am guessing the owners and management company are aware of. It is clean there are just some worn spots. Overall a great property and experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The actual lodge is in a great location but our unit 8137 needs updating. Pots and pans were old and damaged, one set of blinds was broken and linens for sofa bed were not clean and there were not enough pillow cases for 2 adults and 2 kids. Light bulbs needed replacing and bathroom could use a shelf for toiletries. Our friends stayed in another unit within the arapahoe lodge that was properly outfitted.

What a shame, bad behavior of Vrbo or summit county retreats

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My checked in was ver bad (jaunery 4th). I found the apartment quite small and not in the conditions in which the apartments in river run are normally found, specifically the pull sofa is sunken, the carpet is torn in several places and my wife tripped with it. Also, the pictures that are shown do not represent the reality. I asked (summint count retreats) to change to another apartment. I asked an alternative or option even though I have to pay a reasonable extra charge please, I didn't like to stay in this apartment until the 14th. They told me my request were impossible. Beside, they said "I am so sorry that the unit was not up to your standards and that the carpet was ripped like that. This is the first we are hearing of this". If you want, I could send some pictures thay I sent to summit county retreats and the e-mails traks.

A Lovely Escape!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Arapahoe Lodge 10/2020. The whole experience was wonderful! The space was exactly as described. It was homey, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was well appointed and the shower was WONDERFUL!!! The location was really fantastic -- right in the middle of the square. Most of the business were closed -- we weren't sure if that was due to COVID or because ski season hadn't started, but enough were open so it wasn't a problem for us. We loved having the balcony located outside our bedroom and the main living area. The guestbook, sent to us electronically, made everything very clear. We've stayed at Breckenridge before and we decided that we much prefer Keystone for it's more laid back atmosphere and not nearly as many people to deal with. Our only concerns were 1) - there was no fan in the bathroom (and the big rip in the carpet near the bedroom door) and 2) building maintenance practiced a fire alarm on Monday that went on for 30 minutes and it was exceedingly obnoxious!!!!!

Perfect location!

We stayed here during the fall 2020. Cozy but comfortable 1 bedroom condo, yards from a chair lift. The condo is clean and designed in more rustic like skiing/snow shoeing decor. Bathroom is clean and has what you need (including a blow dryer). The pressure in the shower was a little inconsistent, guessing it was low pressure when other water was used nearby? Bedroom is a little snug, but we opted for a king sized bed which takes up more room. Comfortable bed! The deck is also a little small but you can still enjoy a cup of coffee out there. Kitchen has everything you need. Only real complaint is the carpet. It’s badly ripped in two places and desperately needs replacing. Overall, I would recommend staying here (2-3 people since there’s a pull out couch).

Property is well equipped with all of our need. Few pointer 1. Toaster was not working well, burned out bread several time 2. Balcony bit too small and dirty 3. Dryer at the locker area was broken the whole time we stayed, we have to go to laundromat Other than that we had great time. Thank you

Management company needs to change , Ripped Carpet and huge amount of dust on Fan.. toilet broken.

I hate to leave this review but I had a very bad experience with the rental management company. We came early to ski and we got there around 12:30 in the afternoon. Now the office to pick up the keys is off property. Not terribly far but you have to go and park and walk up 2 flights of stairs. Again not a problem if its a one time thing. Good news']; the lady says.. your room is ready and clean. I said great.. give me my keys. She said that will be an extra 45 dollars for an early check in. I said.. but we are not gonna use the room we are actually heading to mountain to go skiing. Can you just make it so we can't open our door until 3. The lady said no. It's our policy. I didn't agree and I wasn't giving them any extra money so I grabbed the parking key and left. After we were done skiing.. around 4ish.. I had to get in car.. fight end of day traffic and go pick up a key card to get into room that could of been given to me at 12:30 when the room was ready. (who was it hurting other then them trying to make more money?). I know they can turn off the cards after check out time..so I would assume they could of just gave me the keys and put a 4pm check in to room. Any way.. I though I would share.. when I spoke to manager.. she just smiled and said.. we have been doing this for a long time but we appreciate your feedback. If they really cared.. then they would of just gave us the keys when we checked in.

It was the perfect location for us to walk to the Gondola and get on the slopes as soon as they opened. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shopping in the village. The rental company was very detail oriented in all communications. Easy check in process. Would definitely stay again!

a few notes

Communication to the property manager was excellent via text. However, there were a few things in the condo that I would change if I was the owner: * needed potholders * needs new fry pans *shower curtain always fell off the hooks when opening and closing *pillowcases for the pullout couch were hanging in the closet but we weren't looking for them there - we expected them to be with the sheets. The manager didn't know that and we were without pillowcases for a few days. I wished the manager would have offered to bring us some (and pot holders). I didn't have a car and couldn't go pick them up. * we loved having the large bed in the bedroom but since there was so much furniture, we constantly bumped our toes on the bedframe..... * overall this was an excellent stay - would love to see those few improvements - we would like to stay there again

Excellent location

Great price being just steps away from the gondola. Perfect for 2 -4 people. Hot tub was clean and perfect after a day of skiing. King bed very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub and pool were clean and perfect after a day of skiing. King bed was very comfortable. Lots of natural light in condo. Had everything needed for our 5 night stay. Perfect for 2 and possibly 4 people. If I could stretch and say anything negative it would be the detailed cleanliness of the condo. The overhead fans were very dusty. Carpet needs replaced. But those particular things in no way took away from the great stay we had there. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay there again.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
