This property is the nicest I've stayed at. They location is beautiful and the house is in great condition. Super homie feel. Had no problems checking in and we had everything we needed.

The good:Palm Desert Resort Country Club is in a great location and is a great golf community. The property, check in was very easy. The home is exceptionally well stocked, even has lots of pool accessories, games, linens and towels. we didn’t need to bring anything. The bad: this property was surface cleaned only. Upon check-in, there was trash under furniture, there were very large cobwebs on the ceiling. We sent pictures of this to the property manager, and our report back from them was we will let the cleaners know, there was no offer to clean or apologize. The place is very dark inside, there were several bulbs burnt out we contacted property management and they wouldn’t be replaced for a week. we took it up on ourselves to replace them and found all the lights were 15w bulbs. Even when we replaced them with brighter bulbs, the place was still very dark. The patio that is beautifully presented in the photos is very deceiving. It is unsafe being next to the 17th Tee Box, the patio was constantly being hit by golf balls, and so poorly lite that we had to use a flashlight to use the grill at night. We couldn’t use a major feature property, lounging on the patio. The property backs onto a very busy street that is concealed by a wall of dense trees which intern blocks any sunlight. We are definitely coming back to Palm Desert resort country club next year, however, not to this property, there are so many better options.

Great Unit

Wonderful stay. The unit was updated and beautifully furnished. Location was excellent. Looked out onto 17th hole but was private from others. Very nice outside seating and Barbecue. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom all updated amenities!

Despite the PNB Paribas Open being cancelled, we had a great trip to Palm Desert. This condo was fully updated, with new appliances, decor and top notch finishes. It’s quiet and has a great patio set up with large patio dining table, comfy outdoor furniture and fire “pit” It was a great weekend getaway for 2 couples and we had plenty of room. Thank you for hosting us!

Location and Comfort

I needed a place in close proximity to my fathers home as he enters Hospice, this place was 10 minutes away, clean and comfortable. Fun to watch the Golfers go by, some Happy with their Swing 🏌️‍♂️…some not so much😬 Would definitely rent again. Thanx~Kelle’ Patterson

Wonderful experience. Everything was as stated in the listing. Very clean home, convenient location, well stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. Easy check-in process, property manager responded immediately to my inquiries. Be advised that there is an additional fee for tennis & pickleball.

Palm Desert - Winter escape!

Our stay at 40431 Pebble Beach Circle was everything we hoped for! The unit was as advertised on VRBO and we were impressed by the upgrades on the unit compared to other units in PDR CC. We had a great patio with western exposure to enjoy the sunshine, although it was a bit close to the 17th tee box of the golf course and to a busy road. The Check-in and Check-out process was easy to follow and instructions regarding the property and the organization of things made our stay stress free! The property manager responded to any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Pretty great;a few minuses

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo. Kitchen had everything. There were supplies for our use. Loved the comfy bed. Just a short walk to the pool. Pickleball at Freedom Park every morning. We did not pay to play at the resort. Negatives: condo is a bit dark. Golf balls frequently carom off patio, even with security fence: Oasis Park rd is just across the tee box right off the patio. Oasis Park Rd. Is pretty noisy at night. Management company staff were the best we’ve ever experienced. Thank you Ashley and Boris.

Pleasant trip

Enjoyed our stay. Not golfers but it was entertaining and the flowers on the patio attracted lots of hummingbirds. Also the resort grounds are nicely maintained

Liberation Vacation !

After months of seclusion, vaccines provided the perfect getaway! Well decorated, well provided, wonderfully clean...making ourselves comfortable was easy and relaxing. Would recommend highly!

Palm Desert Resort CC -17th Fairway condo

This was our first visit to Palm Desert area. We loved Palm Desert Resort Country Club. It was centrally located and allowed for easy access to other locations in the area. It is very friendly, the golf course has wide open fairways, and there is a great Pickleball program with many courts. The condo itself was as pictured, nicely updated, comfortable and clean. Nicole with the mgmt company was very responsive to any issues we had (eg...new batteries for smoke detector, more kleenex). We entertained friends and found the unit could use some serving utensils/dishes. The only negative we found with the unit was something that cannot be changed. The unit is located in one of the noisiest parts of the country club. The back patio is facing Oasis Street and the road noise was a problem from early morning into the evening. So, although the patio furniture was comfortable and great for entertaining, the road noise was annoying. If you want a peaceful location, unfortunately you will be disappointed.

Quiet Palm Desert Retreat

We highly recommend this beautifully renovated Palm Desert Country Club Resort Townhouse. The kitchen is well stocked. The living areas are very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with views of the 17th fairway.
