Brillante, inmaculada y espaciosa, esta casa de un nivel con cuatro habitaciones y tres baños seguramente complacerá a sus amigos y familiares cuando se reúnan por un tiempo en el centro de Oregón. Great stay

We had a great stay! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils for cooking, the gas fireplace was great, and the bedrooms were comfy :) we went skiing all day and came home to a nice comforable home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great layout and space. We really enjoyed staying here. Nice furnishings and nicely decorated. We Didn’t use the hot tub or the BBQ - hot tub smelled strongly of bleach and BBQ was really old/dirty. Some of the pots and pans needed cleaning as well.

This was very disappointing as it was the number one thing my group and I wanted to have with our house. Other than that it was a very beautiful house and was a great time!

False Advertising

Master bedroom shown in photos is to show you what the owners sleep in when they go to the home. The king room guests sleep in is conveniently not pictured and is 1/2 the size and completely underwhelming. If you question the property manager this is the response: Furnishings are subject to change at any given time as the homes are privately owned, which is stated in your Rental Agreement when booking. Sometimes things need to get replaced due to high usage, so we appreciate your understanding. Save your money, stay somewhere else. First trip to SR where I have been disappointed with my rental. I will never stay at another Meredith property.

Fun Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home, all the Western décor was very cool! Lots of animals on the walls. The rattlesnake and the alligator were a bit creepy for the kid. Location quite a distance from the Village and the SHARC. Dishwasher did not drain, hot tub never got hot, and the gas fireplace needed a lot of help to get it lit. The property management was responsive and came out, but was not able to fix the dishwasher or hot tub before we left 2 days later. The fireplace seemed to work off and on, not sure what the issue was. We really did enjoy the house and would come again, after assurances that the three issues were resolved.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Winter snow vacation - 3 nights: Kitchen and dining supplies and appliances were well provided and worked well. Gas stove grates and pan under burners need to be thourghly cleaned- scrubbed. Oven also needs deep cleaning. Beds and linens were fantastic. Appreciated a working hot tub and provided towels. Also thought SHARC was a super touch. Saddened that gas fireplace was not operational. We liked the accommodations and the Wallowa/ Western decor. We will rent again. Management company provided mailing address rather than house number on Street. Impossible to locate, so had to call to find rental. Person contacted extremely patient and helpful. Waited until we were inside the rental.

Beautiful house.

Beautiful property! Lovely cabin atmosphere. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need! The beds could definitely use some upgraded mattresses, they are very firm. The hot tub was also dirty and not warm when we arrived. Luckily my husband was able to go online and get the heaters turned on! Overall we had a wonderful stay!! Nice quiet little neighborhood. Definitely would stay again!

Weekend getaway

This house was located at the far end of Sunriver Village by the gas station - be ready to drive to popular areas. The address does not match the house number, which was confusing. Also, there was a vehicle parked in the driveway (owner'?) which made it confusing when locating the house. When I called Meredith Management, one of the girls was very snotty, and only asking, "you got in, right?" The house needs a deep clean (kitchen cabinets and tile grout were dirty, crumbs in kitchen drawers), mattresses were worn out, with big divets and a mountain in the middle in the master. Slept on the couch one night due to tossing and turning. Also, the gas fireplace did not work, which was one of the selling points when I chose the house, a nice big fireplace and cozy insert. Very disappointing. There was LOTS of decor, including Christmas decorations in mid January, which made it very busy. If it had a deep clean, less stuff, upgraded mattresses and everything in working order, I would return. Until then.....probably not

The home was beautiful and well maintained

The only complaint we have is when removing the sheets and pillows cases to put them in the wash the pillows and the memory foam mattress top in the master bedroom had a lot of stains on them. It made us feel a little uneasy knowing we were sleeping on bedding in the condition. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Great Stay

We had a great time staying for a last minute getaway. The house was in a good location, clean, and quiet. Hot tub was in great shape as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place

A little overboard on the dead animal heads but you stop noticing them after awhile. All the shower heads need to be replaced. Overall a nice home -3 full bathrooms two of them being in master type bedrooms worked well for the 6 of us staying there. Kitchen is well stocked with items you need for cooking. Hot tub was not working the first night we got there but they got maintenance on it the next day and it worked fine after that. I would stay here again.

Not what we expected

This has been our 5th year trip to Bend Oregon from California. Our kids love seeing the weather change that they get to see during fall season (October) this year was a bit different for us because we added a new member to our family, Baby #3 . I was looking for something comfortable for my family which we did get in this home but......... when cooking time came up we found LOTS of dirty dishes such as cooking spatulas with egg, grease , pancake mix stuck to it, cutting boards with food stuck to them, pots looked like they were used to cook at a camp site with with no lids to any of them, but that is not the worst... when we were un packing our luggage bags and organizing them in the closet we found out that we were extremely limited to the space due to the closets being FULL Of owner’s personal belongings, that made it extremely difficult to find your outfit of the day when having to share space, keep in mind we were there for a total of 7 days . As we were unpacking our stuff in the Master Bedroom my wife noticed a bag half open as she went to move it over to make room a Adult Toy fell out along with other Adult items, ( our kids were in the room with us) that was the most disgusting thing ever to see. The profile states that the rooms have TVs which they do but they don’t show picture, I contacted management and was never helped with my request to get tv to work, very disappointing to see how much negligence this property has. One morning I was woken up to an extremely hot house, apparently the oven had self turned on and the LCD screen was clear so u couldn’t turn it off, this was a major concern for us because we have 3 small children in a house that we are not familiar with at all. Over all house is somewhat confortable, but will definitely not stay at this property or any of their properties ever again nor will we recommend. BAD EXPERIENCE...Not for us. Good luck .

Relaxing and peaceful getaway!

The house was amazing! Really quiet and clean. The fireplace was perfect for a very cold weekend. Unfortunately we never got the actual house number in our check-in information but a quick call to the phone number provided got us right where we needed to be. Very friendly staff to assist with any problems. We will definitely be coming back!

MAJOR BUMMER for our stay and safety concern.

Our group liked the house and location but there was a few minor turn offs and one MAJOR BUMMER. Upon arrival, we found an old bed frame in the center of the garage with a note for someone to take it to the dump. Looked like someone forgot it. The door handle to the back deck fell off multiple times just from twisting it to open the door. When we went to check out the hot tub (one of the big reasons we were excited to rent this house) we discovered that it was not functioning because It was in the process of being installed! Brand new hot tub but just plopped in its spot. Nothing hooked up and pieces in random spots. There was also a big uncovered hole in the deck that someone checking out the view could’ve easily fallen into and been seriously hurt and the back wall that encloses the hot tub portion of the deck was just leaning on the side of the house. This was not disclosed to us prior to arrival. We wanted a house with a hot tub and could’ve canceled and found another option. Communication with Meredith Lodging was slow and resulted in no resolution. Very disappointed.

Really nice place and good outdoor space.

The listing was as stated. Overall good time and the bikes and ping pong were a win. The communal space is smaller than the photos but the open layout and high ceilings made it work for our smaller group. The outdoor area is good but the main road is quite busy and noisy if you’re doing morning coffee and reading/ yoga/etc.

Cute house theme

Very clean and cozy place. Accurately advertised. Had a problem with the fireplace working and took an extended amount of time e to get maintenance to the property but once they fixed it all was great. Completely satisfied with accommodations.
