Entrada espectacular abierta a una gran sala de juegos para que los adolescentes y adultos disfruten. Esta casa está completamente amueblada, con grandes televisores en todas las habitaciones; Duermen 16 personas. Dos habitaciones en el piso principal diseñadas para una pareja con cama Queen Size. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales, con baño privado adaptado también para necesidades especiales. En la planta superior, ofrecemos un cómodo dormitorio principal con cama King size, baño privado, chimenea y sala de estar. También una sala temática de Blancanieves única con cama Queen Size. El quinto dormitorio está especialmente diseñado para niños con dos camas literas y dos camas de tamaño completo. Este segundo piso también cuenta con una cómoda área de teatro.
El gran techo de 18 pies de altura, abierto hacia arriba, lo conduce a una piscina climatizada completamente vallada y un jacuzzi para disfrutar y relajarse en la privacidad de su hogar. Fun in the sun

Accommodations worked wonderfully for our 8 person golf group - close to courses and comfortable beds - spa and pool worked great for after golf and grill area allowed the group to stay together for most evening meals - a minor issue or two but promptly handled by property manager - could use a non stick pan or two for kitchen but overall well stocked for cooking multiple meals

great location. easy to walk around resort.

Property is nicely decorated. There should be an instruction booklet that describes how to use the heat, lighting, etc. Back yard/swim areas are very close to each other. There was a party across the way that got loud, but once inside with the sliders closed, it was very quiet.

Great Property but Poorly Managed

First impression pulling in to the driveway was okay regarding the house itself but we did not like the fact that there was 2 large piles of garbage right in front of the property. Perhaps this happened because it was during the holiday's but either but know one wants to see garbage. Once inside, our impression was very good. The house is large and has an open concept, very spacious and well decorated. It did lack a bit in cleanliness. We noticed it was a little dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly, specifically the floors and kitchen counter tops. Moving on, the most frustrating was that the pool heating was never turned on prior to our arrival even though we paid extra for it. When I called the manager they didn't even remember that we had prepaid for pool heating and we had to remind them that we did. We waited an hour for someone to show up to turn on the pool heater but at that point it was too late because it takes an entire day to heat a pool. Also the person who showed up to help with the heater had a bit of an attitude like they were frustrated to have to be there. The jacuzzi(hot tub) did reach optimal temperature after a couple hours but the pool never really heated during the entire weekend. Not sure if they should promote the pool being heated during the cooler months because visitors will be disappointed every time. They said something about when the jacuzzi heater and jets are on the pool heating goes off automatically which didn't make sense to us. We also requested a BBQ grill which was not there either. They resolved it by bringing a grill from another house near by. Once again the manager didn't remember that we had requested it prior to our arrival. The propane tank was empty so we had to refill it which was stipulated in the agreement. The house could have had more towels. For such a large house that sleeps 20 with a pool, it should be equipped with at least 30 to 40 towels minimum. Also the pool table could not be used because the sticks were all broken (no tips). Other than that the house was pretty well equipped with the exception of not having an champagne flutes, but maybe we're just being picky. Lastly, something else that didn't sit well with us was the check-in and out times which were not standard and reduced our overall stay. Check-in was 5pm which is usually 3 or 4pm and check-out was 10am which is usually 11 or 12pm noon. I will finish by adding that the home is fantastic but poorly managed.

Wonderful Vacation spot!

Thank you for your checkout email. We enjoyed the home we were in very much. We had no accidents, thankfully, and we did strip the beds as we usually do. However, one disappointing thing was that I could not get in upon my arrival. The wrong code was given to me. So glad when the lady came to check the pool warmth, and she phoned someone and got the right code. The last number was wrong. After that, no problem, but I was delayed about an hour. But, we had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. What a neat idea to convert the garage! Again, thank you for allowing us to rent your home. Sincerely, Alma Oline

Enjoyable Thanksgiving!

The home that we rented was large, accommodating to our family, beautifully decorated, and welcoming to enter. The garage made into a game room with a smaller pool table and ping pong table was certainly an added bonus. The heated pool and hot tub were great as well! The kitchen was well supplied, except could have used a few more towels! All in all, a wonderful place to vacation!

Excellent Villa, very noisy neighbours at night!

This villa is amazing! It is probably one of the best villas that I have stayed in, but unfortunately, I would not stay here again because of all of the noise created by different neighbours until 3 or 4 am. This ruined some of days out because we were too tired from not sleeping. If you want a loud, partying neighbourhood then this is the one for you, however, if you want piece and be able to have a restful sleep at night I wouldn't stay here.

Not as pictured

The pictures of the listing do not show the current state of the property. While cleaned well, the property has not been kept up and there is obvious wear throughout the house. There are holes in the walls where paintings or a TV used to be mounted that were shown in the pictures. We had to clean the sheets in one of the rooms because of the quantity of hair that was found in the bed. Hot water in one of the bathrooms was not working at all. We tried to contact the property manager by phone and email with no response to address the issues. There were many issues with extremely noisy neighbors especially on the weekend which required many calls to security throughout the night. Actual drive times to the parks average about 30 minutes or more depending on traffic.

Disappointing

Next door tenants were extremely loud till almost 2am, fire crackers were been pop @ 10pm for 2 days straight no security in sight. No skillets to cook with and the towels we’re dirty and in bad shape. Unfortunately I would never book at this resort or home . They try to nickel & dime you .

Overall we had a great stay at this location! Champions Gate is a nice location, with all you need!

The house was great, but had issues with heating the pool and hot water for showers. The neighbors were loud at night (late evening/early morning), making it difficult to sleep. Overall We were happy with our stay at this location!!

Good Value

Great home with lots of room. About 20min drive to Disney parks. Neighbors were loud every night but most homes in the community are rental homes so it’s bound to happen. Comfy beds, kitchen has basic necessities. Pack n play and high chair in the home was a nice surprise. Clubhouse and community pool was great. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful but it lacks a couple of things. This home only has the bare necessities when it comes to kitchen utensils, I would suggest bringing your own Bath towels and washcloths because their is only 2 of each in each bathroom, only 3 towels are given for pool so I suggest you bring those as well. With that being said you will have to constantly wash towels, washcloths and pool towels for use every day. Also the beds are hard and the cable wasn’t working but thank god we had some teenagers that were able to get them working all except one and just so happen it was the downstairs bedroom where I was sleeping so I had to use my iPhone to watch tv. Other than washing and drying everyday the house is nice.

Great Getaway!

Overall the stay is just what we needed. Unfortunately we had bad weather for the first two nights but the home some fun games such as ping pong that we took advantage of. The grill did not have any propone and we had to go to the Publix to buy propane when we already paid for the grill, there wasn't any mention that you have to buy your own propane. The home was very spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend and visit again!
