Sus amigos y familiares disfrutarán de esta casa de vacaciones, ubicada en una cala tranquila con gran acceso al agua y hermosas vistas. El hogar ha sido recientemente actualizado con hermosos muebles y decoración. La casa del lago totalmente amueblada ofrece 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos y TV en cada habitación. Cocina completa con gran comedor en la isla. Chimenea para hacer que esas noches frías sean agradables y acogedoras. Gran porche en la orilla del lago para relajarse y disfrutar de una hermosa puesta de sol sobre el lago. Estacionamiento privado junto con una rampa privada para botes de concreto y un muelle con electricidad. Disfruta de esas noches alrededor del pozo de fuego asando malvaviscos y perritos calientes. Disfrute de la pesca, la navegación, la natación y todo lo que el lago tiene para ofrecer. My group is 3 older guys that love to bass fish. This is our 3rd stay at this property as it works well for us. We bring two bass boats, have the boat ramp on the property, leave our boats in the water as it is protected. A couple of items that needed attention from our spring trip this year were both fixed. Good stay and will be back next spring.

All was clean. Would stay here again on our next trip to the area. Hope to stay longer next time and will bring fishing stuff. Everything was great and just a short trip into Manning for anything you forgot or needed.

Always an awesome stay

Always a nice stay here, we love having the boat slip and the dock on site, we splay d hard on the water and slept great on the beds. Can’t wait to return

Property Management

Inside was according to the photos. Not disappointed. Outside was a disaster. We enjoy outside activities and the grounds had not been mowed. Very disappointing. Finally, our reading of house rules before booking led us to believe if we were trashy people, we would have a fee of 50. Instead, 13 minutes before 4pm check in, I finally received response to my prior request for entry code. In the response was where we received information No garbage was to be left behind on premises. We find this truly unacceptable as not everyone has the ability to take trash to the dump. At least provide an accurate map to county public dump site and inform the tenants on the booking application.

Nice Home and Stay.

Overall we were happy with our stay. This was our 2nd stay here. We love the location, access to the lake, private dock and boat ramp is a huge plus for me as a fisherman.. House is really nice and spacious. Only have a few little things that bothered me. Gas grill needs to be replaced. All the burners are rusted out. Glad we were able to bring a small charcoal grill. Beds are too firm for me felt like I was laying on a board. It Needs an overhead light on the dock so you can fish at night without having to bring a lantern. Screen on the screen door needs to be fixed. Could not leave the main door open without flies getting in. If you like to play pool bring your own cues. All the ones there had broken tips and we couldn't play. Hopefully these things will be fixed by the time we visit this home again.

Nice place

Nice place and very comfortable but sparsely supplied. Also the neighborhood dogs barked constantly. Fishing was non existent.

Old Bass Fisherman

My group was three 60 years plus Bass Fisherman with 2 Bassboats. This was our second stay at this house. Love the Porch, boat ramp, and the small canal providing shelter from wind so boats stayed in the water with no concerns. House is very nice with a few minor issues that would keep me from giving it a perfect rating but was great for our stay and I will probably stay again.

Fun getaway

We needed a small weekend getaway and this was perfect! The lake was low but it was still fun pontooning around the lake, the beds and couches are so comfortable. Thank you Mrs Wendy for hosting us again, we can’t wait to come back in the summer! 😊

Loved the house and location, very quiet neighborhood and my husband loved that we weren’t far from big water and we could go around the house and park.It sleeps 6 people very well !!!!

Another fun vacation!

We had another wonderful stay here! Pros: We love that there is a ramp on the property to put our pontoon in, we caught and released several small redbreasts and brim off the dock. The kayaks were fun to use also. The house is very roomy and furnished very well with almost everything you need The pool table was fun to play We always love to eat at Fayz at the Lake and don’t forget the Banana Split, they even make it a double! Make sure you have people to share it! The beds were comfy and we slept great The J&E Superette down the road had a great breakfast and lunch, really nice folks there. Love the porch and the grill worked great. There is a griddle also but we didn’t use it. There is a Keurig coffee pot so bring your pods Cons: The bathtubs and shower need a bath mat, it was really slick. We brought bath mats with us. The lights over the table do not work, and sitting around the table was a no go because of it being in such a small space but it was great to put puzzles together on. There’s several to choose from. The ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge does not work so buy ice or bring ice trays, there are 2 in the freezer Internet is spotty in the area No cable or satellite service on tvs, only antenna. We brought our own fire sticks. Overall this is a great place to stay and we always enjoy it! Can’t wait to come back next year!!!!
