Condo de lujo 3BR y 3BA en La Quinta, venga a relajarse por unos días. Tenemos todos los electrodomésticos modernos (marcas reconocidas) de TV en cada habitación. Ubicado en el segundo piso con vista a la montaña.
Segundos de la piscina comunitaria y minutos de la gran piscina y el gimnasio privado de la comunidad. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño / inodoro completo, una pequeña nevera y lavabo.

Las tres habitaciones son privadas y se compensan entre sí, tienen funciones de bloqueo y se puede acceder directamente al exterior.

Todas las piscinas son de agua salada, cada una con spas calientes, una gran piscina ofrece cabaña por orden de llegada.
Hermosos jardines, fuentes, iluminación, gimnasio de última generación sin cargo.

very warm and welcoming condo in Palm Springs / La Quinta

we loved this condo, we came with my husbands work colleague and stayed just one night. Condo was clean and very warm and cosy. Easy to check in and out, loved walking our dogs around the facility. We plan to come back at Christmas and maybe even once a month to golf in La Quinta

Nice location

Great location, walked over to La Quinta resort for a wedding. The community is really nice and has a good pool/hot tub near the condo. Not as clean is I would have hoped and did not have enough glasses/cups. Dish washer was broken as well. No laundry detergent.

Legacy 2016

What an awesome place to stay. Beautiful 3 br with plenty of space and everything you need to have a great vacation. A nice quiet pool, great walking trail, beautiful grounds, close to La Quinta Village and La Quinta Resort. Within minutes of everything. Check -in & check-out were easy. La Quinta Village had enough dinner options to go there every night. The owner Doug and PM Monique were awesome to deal with and very helpful and friendly. And a big thanks for the nice Goodie Basket they had for us upon arrival. I can't say enough good things about The Legacy Villas and would highly recommend staying there !

Fantastic Unit and Property

This was a great spot for our multi-family, multi-age vacation! The main master bedroom is basically a stand alone hotel room that is connected to the main dwelling, and has it's own deck, bathroom, fridge, and entrance. The teens loved it! 2nd master and guest bedroom were also perfect. Kitchen well stocked. Two pools super close to the unit, and so many pools close by. Small hiking trail at back of property. Plenty of covered parking, in addition to the assigned spot. Skateboards and scooters allowed on exterior sidewalks, which was nice for the kids. Property was beautifully maintained, quiet, friendly. Near tons of shopping, movie theatre, restaurants. Hoping to visit again.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Place needs a little bit of updating and a bit of TLC. And, traveling with 5 people total, one has to sleep on sofa bed. It would be nice if owners would include nice bedding for the sofa sleeper. That person always feels jipped! But, great neighborhood with pools, wish gym was open. Near hiking trails and a short walk to downtown.

Owner was fantastic!

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at the property after we made our booking due to Covid-19 municipal restrictions. As such, I can only comment on my experience communicating with the owner Doug. I found him extremely helpful and responsive. When our booking had to be cancelled, Doug promptly refunded our deposit. Thank-you, Doug and all the best to you! We look forward to staying in your beautiful home on another occasion...

Beautiful property, perfect for the whole family!

Legacy Villas property is beautiful and well maintained. Pools easily accessible all over. Condo was very spacious and comfortable for 3 adults and 2 small children. The large pool at the clubhouse was closed for most of our stay which was a bummer. But it opened the final day and was so fun for the kids. We will Be back!

Great family get away

the unit was perfect for our family get away. Very nice floor plan that ensured we could all have our quiet time and lots of room for family time. Very nicely appointed finishing and a great location with so many pools just steps away. Doug made it a breeze for check-in and check-out and we would highly recommend this unit. Great place for a family of 4

This is a great location and property for a family vacation. Gated and secure community, with +10 pools across the property. Very quiet, and very spacious unit. Communication with the owner was perfect. Lot's of space, and the bedrooms are large and peaceful. Everything was well-stocked, and the unit was extremely clean. It's a close drive to grocery stores, and downtown La Quinta. This was our second time renting at the Villas, and we will definitely come back again.

Perfect for our family of five

We loved our stay and this property! It was perfect for our young family. Plenty of space, and the master bedroom is nicely situated away from the other 2 bedrooms for privacy. We loved the French doors off the master to a private patio. The main pool was amazing with a beach entry for my younger one and lots of space for the older ones to swim. Best of all it’s a short walk from the condo. Cabanas nicely situated around the pool, it feels more like a resort but yet quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and well stocked. Trader Joe’s, Target, and other stores are about a 7 minute drive away which made it easy to grab our food for the stay on our way into town. Thanks again, we’ll definitely be back!!!

The Unit was more than I expected

Very Comfortable for 4 men on a golf trip. We were very close to some great golf courses and restaurants. We even grilled steals one night on the patio grill of the residence. I would book it again.

Very relaxing time in luxurious, quiet surroundings. Good, central location to area activities.

Clean luxurious unit with full kitchen and dining area with balcony, grill and outside seating. Loved being on upper floor for added privacy and views. Two very nice master suites with fireplaces and bathrooms (one with private balcony and sitting area. Both with separate entries from main unit.) Guest bedroom also nice with full bathroom across the hall. Layout was perfect for a family or several couples, with plenty of room to gather, while privacy was just steps away. Very well-tended grounds and pool areas, practically deserted in mid-January. Easy walk to La Quinta Resort and Spa for activities, drinks or meals. Centrally located to all valley activities, from hiking, golf and tennis to shopping and dining. We would absolutely return and would recommend to family and friends.

Luxury and Serenity!!!

This is one of two condos we booked for our family getaway in the desert. This place is the absolute PERFECT place for a family with young children or a romantic getaway. It's an upper unit with a private balcony that overlooks the water fountain and mountains, very peaceful and relaxing to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast before the kids are up. The kitchen has a full size fridge and is well-stocked with all the dinnerware and silverware you would need to make it feels like home. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit, it comes in handy to get the swimsuits ready for the next swim. The unit is very spacious, tastefully decorated and importantly clean! We will definitely book this place again for our next gathering!

Excellent Stay

Our family had a great stay at the Maison Villa. The condo had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The service from the property manager was outstan ding and we really enjoyed the gift basket upon arrival. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a repeat visit in the future. -Kevin

Legacy Villas has one of the biggest common pools in the Valley, with a fantastic gym and clubhouse, bigger than most gyms in the area. There are 5 casinos in the area, and hiking and biking are also popular.
