Exclusive Escape at Boulder Groves!
The secluded, gated, hill top estate home sits on 20 acres perched on a massive Granite Boulder with boulder pools wrapping around the home and resort style landscape. The 360 degree views are offered from various points of the home and property. The Nuevo Tuscany architecture will take you away, yet provide the amenities commonly found in a resort hotel. A large natural pool/hot tub, wifi, tons of space indoors and outdoors to lounge around, and a large smart TV are all amenities of the home.

This home allows for 16 guests.

Tons of shopping, restaurants, and wineries are just a short drive away. 20 minute drive to Poway, Escondido, Lakeside, Santee, El Cajon, and 45 minutes to San Diego downtown, or the Beaches of North County San Diego, Del Mar, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, Encinitas, Solana Beach (Horse Racing too).

The Master Suite features a huge soaking tub, situated to enjoy the countryside view while soaking for hours. Big screen TV, California King bed, and views for miles and miles from the vaulted ceiling bed chamber area.

Downstairs in the Professional Quality Kitchen, featuring pantry, dual fridges for entertaining, granite and copper accoutrements, as well as a 10-person round table in the dining room with the finest dining ambiance as you enjoy the view through the octagonal windows surrounding you, your family and friends.

There is a home theater for you to enjoy, which features Roku TV.

Big grass yard for Badminton, Volleyball, Corn Hole, boulders to climb on, there is mountain biking, and road cycling from the doorstep, a terrific natural preserve to hike on, and the home is situated in the middle of the wine trail if wine tasting is on your agenda.

Arrangements can be made for professional food preparation for your stay.

Private planes fly in or out of Ramona Airport, just 10 minutes away.

There are outdoor security cameras onsite.

Hot tub is available for $60/day, plus service fee. Please inquire if you are interested!

What can I say…everything you see in the photos for this home is exact. The pool was amazing and picturesque. My family enjoyed every moment. It was so spacious and the beds were comfortable. Will come back again some day.

This was a perfect house for our family’s reunion. It was super clean and large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The surrounding hills were beautiful and the grounds were breathtaking and very well maintained. We loved waking up to the beautiful views everyday. Our host was super polite and courteous and communication with them was easy with a quick responses time. We highly recommend this place.

Views you’ll never forget!

Everything you see in the online pictures and more. Spectacular sunrises and superb sunsets. Pools better suited for looking at than swimming in, but with one pool big enough to cool off in. I’d be hesitant to bring young children because of the use of natural rock to navigate the pools, and any trips and falls would be painful. But the house has everything we needed, the grounds are gorgeous, the property manager is incredibly responsive and check in and check out are as easy as we’ve ever seen. We hated to leave!

The Boulder Pools. Starting with the fountain off the dining room, wrapping around the indoor/outdoor family room, across the lawn, into the hot tub, to the boulder bonsai wading pool and down to the big pool, under the bridge, and over the infinity edge--the constantly flowing water and jumping off the boulders is an unexpected treat in the high desert landscape of the San Diego Back-country.

The back yard, with the big patio, BBQ, lawn, and great sounding music is a delight for everyone.

The large dining room, with big fireplace, right off the chef style kitchen for fantastic gatherings and delicious food.

The huge family room with 28' ceilings and 20' windows, makes you feel like your outside, while enjoying all the comfort and warmth of the home... next would be same as above opening the 10x10' doors to the upper pond and patio with great music ripping out dance able tunes for your party and friends to move too, around the fire, by the pool, in the grass, stars over head... really, you create your own experience in this home.

Steam shower after a long winter mountain bike ride, and relaxing on the bed looking at the valley pondering your days adventures.
