Esta nueva casa, construida en 2012 fue diseñado por su propietario / Arquitecto socialmente entretener y crear un ambiente cálido orientado a la familia con comodidades tales como un gran ver a través de la chimenea de piedra, vistas espectaculares desde todas las habitaciones, techos abovedados, claraboyas, comedor formal, gran cocina del país con encimeras de granito italiano, gabinetes de cerezo y electrodomésticos de LG con un refrigerador de vino incorporado. Este nivel sola casa cuenta con un dormitorio principal y ver a través de chimenea para el baño principal con una bañera ovalada y separar para él y ella laves. Todas las habitaciones tienen camas queen size y acceso a baños completos individuales. Hay hermosos pisos de travertino italiano en todo. Otras comodidades incluyen una sala de lavandería completa, ventiladores de techo en cada dormitorio y sala de familia, dos televisores de pantalla ancha, WI FI, sistema estéreo con altavoces de interior al aire libre, Bluray, DVD, aire acondicionado y calefacción, calefacción de suelo radiante y puertas de madera maciza de cerezo. Las características exteriores incluyen un patio extendedora expansiva, gran pérgola cata de vinos con una barra barril de vino, barbacoa de gas, conversacional fogata y una cascada. Another great stay! This was our second stay at Boulder View. Once again, the house was clean and comfortable, and the owners were responsive and welcoming. We loved the time we spent in the backyard. It's well-kept, peaceful, and has a wonderful view. We hope to stay again sometime!

Beautiful!

The state was amazing. The location was beautiful outside of the city, far enough to really disconnect and unwind after a long day of hustle and bustle. Truly gorgeous property well maintained, and while taking care of would definitely stay there again when coming back to the area highly recommend!

Great Graduation Getaway

Perfect location - far enough out of the city for privacy but close enough for easy access. Beatiful views, well equiped kitchen, and the owners were very responsive in answering any questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boulder View! We were in the area to visit family for the Thanksgiving holiday and it fit our needs perfectly. The home is beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and more) and Darryl & Sandra were great to work with!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, peaceful location. Looking at the lovely view, sitting on the patio with the breeze blowing through the oak trees and the waterfall splashing was magical.

Amazing home

Amazing home. This home is superb! The layout of the home is perfect. Jack and Jill bath was great to share if needed. The owners take great pride in this immaculate home. Lots of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. We did use the outdoor bbq one night and enjoyed dinner under the pergola. The views were amazing. Close to town.

Stunning Estate!

Exceptionally well maintained property. Beautiful views of the Boulder covered hills and valley. Plenty of space inside and out. Equipped with everything we needed for a fabulous family Thanksgiving. Just a 40 min drive to the beaches and San Diego. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a very pleasant stay at Sandra and Darryl's property in Ramona. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The setting is quiet and peaceful. I wish we had had more time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces! I was impressed and grateful that the owners have a minimum two-day vacancy between guests. We will stay again if we have the opportunity!

The property is lovely. It was perfect for our family and the groomsmen for our son’s wedding. It was immaculately cleaned. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Family wedding

The property is outstanding! I kind of hated to leave! It's a beautiful house on a wonderful piece of property with a great view. The house is stocked full of supplies and games. The back yard is a spectacular place to spend some time in the morning or the evening. No complaints here. Thank you!

Very nice house

We had 10 people stay in the house for 9 nights. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Any minor questions were answered by the owners immediately via text. The location provided peace and quiet, outdoor hiking, and was close to San Diego tourist attractions. We had a great time and would recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy time with family and friends.

Awesome views

What an amazing property! The house is comfortable, spacious and clean, well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. On one floor with a wonderful outside living area, we loved the long views as well as the amazing yard full of flowers and boulders! We spent much time hanging out outside. Paradise in the Country

Our family had the time of our lives!!! The home was gorgeous and very clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Our grandchildren lived in the backyard climbing the rocks and playing cornball. We hiked, went to the beach, made s’mores, and played games. We felt like we were at camp in the country. It was a wonderful experience and the owners were so kind and understanding. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Gorgeous Large Home

The place was awesome! Quite an impressive entry and then the back yard is incredible with the gorgeous view and lots of space for the entire family. We had 4 of our 5 adult children and their partners with us for a 4 night stay to celebrate one of our daughters’ wedding that was held just 20 minutes away. Fortunately they had queen air mattresses available for our use, which was very handy considering we were expecting the 5th bedroom to have both the full Murphy bed and a queen bed as the listing describes, but it only has the Murphy bed with a couch (which doesn’t open into a bed). So be aware that it only has one bed in each of the rooms. The only other discrepancy in the property description was it lists a hot tub, but there is no hot tub. It was certainly not a problem, though my daughter in law was disappointed. I think the details need to be updated on those two things but we all talked about wanting to come back for a stay in the future!

Fantastic Property with a View that Can’t be Beat!

This was a family stay- 7 of us, all adults, and I can’t recommend it enough. The property sits on a hilltop outside Ramona, CA- about 40-45 mins from San Diego Airport. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, in an exceptional property, but still an easy drive from all San Diego’s attractions- book this property! The house is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everything is in top notch condition. Tile, marble, and space! Everyone has all the room they need. Outside the back of the property is a large patio and grilling area, with a hard to describe view of the valley below. The view alone is a fantastic feature of this property. All one level, so no issues for my parents getting around. We loved spending days in San Diego, and coming back for an evening of grilling, games, and just spending time together on the patio. Another highlight was watching the meteor shower that was going on- perfect hilltop location out of the city. Can’t say enough good things about it. Communication with the owners, Darryl and Sandi was great, and we already miss the property. Hope to stay again sometime.

We wanted country living away from the congestion of the urban suburbs, but we wanted to be close to the beach, shopping and all the convenient amenities. We loved this location with all its natural beauty and the idea that we were in a developing new wine country that is said to be the next Napa Valley. When we first saw this property, we were amazed and impressed at the inspiring vista views, huge boulder outcroppings, and stately oak trees. We build this house to utilize all these natural features.

Enjoy your first cup of coffee on the patio just outside of the Master bedroom. Take a deep breath and relax while soaking in the warm sun and the gorgeous view. Take the most luscious nap ever in the hammock nestled under the oak trees atop the boulders. Hike one of our near by mountains and take in a 360 view of the mountains to the ocean. Numerous public golf courses nearby including Mount Woodson within walking distance.
In just minutes you can be at one of our famous theme parks; Safari Park, Sea World, Legoland and Disneyland.
Spend the day at the beach or take a whale watching tour. Catalina Island is a fun 1 hour cruise.
There are endless attractions you can seek or just sit back, relax and enjoy the serenity of Boulder View.
