Nuestra casa es muy cómodo y recientemente remodelado con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños y un sofá cama nueva marca y capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Tenemos pantalla plana smart tv con cable y wifi, así como un refuerzo de teléfono celular de AT & T. La cubierta hermosa, con una parrilla de gas y se encuentra a pasos de la playa. Carros de playa se proporcionan, así como sombrillas, sillas, refrigeradores, aparejos de pesca, tablas de surf, juguetes de playa, así como un montón de aparcamiento y espacio para un remolque del barco. Todas las sábanas están amuebladas. La cocina está totalmente equipada y recientemente actualizado con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y se ofrece una sala de lavandería. Rampa canotaje y campo de golf se encuentra cerca.

I have never left a bad review. The hosts were very friendly, there was even a Christmas tree set up and decorated upon our arrival! However, there must have been an issue with the cleaning crew. I spent the first day cleaning hair out of shower drains, washing dirt and dog hair out of sheets, cleaning crumbs off the kitchen counters, cleaning toilets with hair and dirty seats. They were fixing the deck with power tools the entire stay as well. This would even be ok if we were warned prior too - but we couldn’t even stay there during the day because it was so loud. I don’t think we will be staying there again. It’s a shame, it’s a great location and the hosts are very nice.

We love staying here! This was our second time at this property and we are getting ready to book our third. We love how close it is to the very quiet and peaceful beach. Our dogs love the beach and we love going out in the morning and looking for sea turtle tracks. This is such a peaceful neighborhood and the place is clean and well kept.

Perfect getaway

The location of this property is close to the beach and the neighborhood is super quiet. We had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts were awesome! They communicated well and gave us lots of suggestions for things to do. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

Communication with owners was great! Very responsive! Super nice :)! Great location, loved the area! Very quiet & off the beaten path. Private beach was perfect! The house was nice, but could use some updating (deck, back steps) & a deep cleaning. Could use some new stainless steel pots & pans & a fry pan, as the silicone coated cookware was very scratched up & needs replaced. Also the lighting in the shower in the master bath needs an update, very dark. Beds were comfortable. Nice yard for doggies.

Splendid

This venue is situated in a quiet neighborhood that's just a short walk from private access to a nearby beach on the north end of Fernandina Beach. One can walk northwards along the beach to the tip of Amelia Island. Additionally, the street lights are distant enough that one can see all of the stars at night due to the absence of excessive light pollution. One can hear the ocean from the deck and enjoy an ocean breeze. The kitchen has every possible appliance/amenity available, and the whole establishment is clean and pristine. The beds are very comfortable, and the master bedroom has direct access to the deck. The living room/dining room area is spacious and comfortable. Downtown Fernandina Beach is but a short drive from the house, and all necessary amenities are well within a viable "combat radius". We've stayed here before, on the 1st floor, and they're both equally charming. We stayed for a full week, exploring the local state parks and historical sites, while taking in lunch at the charming restaurants in Fernandina Beach and cooking dinner at night, sometimes grilling outside under the stars, and enjoying the smells and sounds of the seaside. Fort Clinch State Park is just to the west, and we were graced by the periodic visits of the wildlife that migrate over from there. This place is special, and we look forward to returning here whenever possible.

Another Great Beach Vacation

We've stayed downstairs twice before and the top floor is just as nice but with the addition of the top floor deck: open to the sky and a better ocean view. Both are dog friendly with a fenced yard, quiet neighborhood and evening deer visits. We look forward to coming back this time next year!

Perfect Beach Trip!

We loved staying at this house and look forward to staying here again. It is tge perfect location in a quiet residential area with a short walk to the beach. The house was exactly as described, but even better. We appreciated being able to have our 2 small dogs with us to enjoy the beach. Check-in was easy and the owners were very helpful and responsive. Amelia Island is one of our favorite places to visit and this is a place we'll stay at again!

Perfect seaside escape!

Loved the location and this beautiful home. Close enough to town but the Starfish was private. We walked to the beach and loved our stay. We are hoping to come back next year!

Great beach house

Comfortable house with a very well equipped kitchen, good internet and ROKU/HULU service, and comfortable beds. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, and the beach is virtually private. The fenced-in yard is great for families traveling with pets.

Winter getaway

The property was better than the pictures. The property was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need especially in the kitchen. The area was beautiful quiet and everyone was very friendly. It was close to the old town which had lots of shops and restaurants. Our dog loved the beach and the deer in the neighborhood. We loved getting away from the snow and will probably be back next year. Excellent getaway

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway

Loved every moment of our stay here. Our service dog was welcomed and happy. My husband and I had a very restful worry free stay at this perfect seaside get away. The location was perfect. And this is a clean well designed vacation stay. We will be back hopefully soon as this is the perfect accommodation for us
