Un verdadero condominio residencial equipado con todas las comodidades del hogar. Lavadora / secadora, televisores de pantalla plana, lavavajillas, wifi y Proyectores. A dos plazas de aparcamiento cubierto situados directamente debajo de la unidad para un fácil acceso. Gran piscina privada para 16 unidades con vistas sobre el canal. A pocos pasos de putt-putt, sala de juegos y comedor. El acceso a la playa es muy práctico.

Great rental

The property was just as described. Across the street from beach access. The property was clean, quiet and for the most part, we had the pool all to ourselves. There are many things to do around the immediate area and shopping centers all around.

Cozy & Fun!

We had a great time staying here, the host was awesome! it’s pretty close to the beach & other activities. It was great being able to walk to the arcade. The condo had extra blankets & feminine products available which was a plus! The only issue (which shouldn't reflect the host) was the cleaness of the toilets and under the pull out couch’s were dirty w/ trash etc. under them. overall it was a great stay!

Great place!

The location is convenient to walk to the beach, near many places to eat, shops, and plenty of entertainment. The condo is spacious and has everything you need to eat in as well. We had two adults, two 16 year olds, and an 8 year old. The pool was a perfect temperature and has a clearly divided shallow and deep end. Be on the look out for the resident gator in the water next to the condo/pool. We named him Louis. We walked across the street every day to go to the beach and used the Rollins Rd access since the Romar beach access is under construction. Sounds like that is going to be a wonderful upgrade for that area! Easy walk, but Rollins Rd walkway does have two sets of about 5 steps each. We used Instacart for groceries on day one at the nearby Publix, and made a few other trips there throughout the week. We visited the Gulf Coast State Park and they have a nice little nature center that is great for littles. We actually went there twice because my 8 year old wanted to see Homer the box turtle that roams free there a second time. Go carts, putt putt, and arcades are in your back yard! Gulf Shores is a short drive. Bring your own beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. There are rental chairs and umbrellas at the beach, but I didn’t catch the price. We left our beach items in the covered parking area every night without issue. Recommend a cart. There are rental companies in the area that will also rent and deliver chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc to your condo

Everything was PERFECT, Mrs. Kim was friendly and helpful at check-in. The beds were comfy and the couches too. We loved the pool, very clean and perfect temperature. My husband loved the super hot water for the shower.

Spring Break

We had a great time at the condo. Super clean. No bad smells. That little kitchen was well stocked. We cooked all our meals in and had everything we needed. Probably the only thing to add would be a meat thermometer and a blender. Location was right across from the public beach and was an easy bike ride to the bike trails of Gulf Shores State Park. We rode every day it did not rain. Great relaxing time. Thank you! We would definitely rent again

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful stay. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Walkable for sure but there is a public beach parking if you want to drive that is less than a minute from the unit. The bed was comfy and the unit was super clean. Everything we needed except a pot holder would have been nice. The pool is under construction but it’s not the end of the world. Very quiet even though right next to a very popular mini golf and arcade. The beach amenities for the unit were a welcome surprise. Great stay!!

Perfect beach condo!

This property was beautiful! Access to the beach was a short walk across the street. Two arcades with indoor games and go carts and putt putt are in the same parking lot for easy access. Would book again!

Great condo and location

The property is great . It was super clean and close to everything. The only BAD part was not having the pool.If I would have known this I would have changed our plans. We left a day early due to that.

everything provided even down to a crockpot , furniture and appliances top of the line, beds so comfortable we didn't miss home. It was a definitely a home away from home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we would need for our stay.

I found this condo online while trying to get something for my son and his friends. Very helpful owner. Clean and well-maintained. Easy access to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and lots of things to do. Very reasonably priced. My son said he would like to go back someday.

Convenient

Orange Beach was hit by a freak storm with tennis ball sized hail while we stayed here. The covered parking was a godsend. This place was convenient to the beach and marina. While it was not much of a walk to the beach, it was preferable to drive and park. We had no problems finding parking during busy spring break. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was closed, but that was not something we were planning on using so that was not an issue.

Cute condo, everything we needed

Our family of 3 loved this condo, there was plenty of space for us to all have our own areas to chill out and sleep. My husband gravitated to the balcony for coffee, my son loved the pool and couldn't get enough, I loved the comfy king sized bed. We were close to the arcade, which was also a bonus for my 8 year old. Definitely would recommend this condo.

The property was beautiful and right across the street from the beach! Two family arcade fun spots were conveniently located in same parking lot. It was nice to walk places. My 2 year old and 7 year old had a great time! We will definitely return again!

I purchased this condo from a friend that his parents owned it for over 20 years. We have since remodeled and it is a small piece of paradise for us. Our home away from home. My family loves the beach and we go as often as we can to enjoy it!

This condo is in the perfect central location in Orange Beach. The condo complex houses only 16 units total so it is never crowded. Just across the street from the beach and we have a fabulous pool. Like most of the owners, this is a 2nd home for my family. It is well maintained and owners do a great job of keeping the area clean. In addition, we have some owners that live in the complex full time. We all try to do a good job of making sure guests are abiding by the rules of the property, while enjoying their stay.

There are two covered parking spaces for the unit. Centrally located in Orange Beach, close in proximity to Bubba's Seafood on Perdido Beach Blvd with public beach parking right across the street.
