Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in Spring 2026. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies may occur. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of the host's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.

Getaway trip

The condo was nice and clean. Close to stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was nice and short. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Look forward to staying again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It needs some TLC but it was very clean and the location was excellent. The check in and check out process was easy. We would stay here again!

Great condo, amazing view and right on the beach!

Communication was great. Check in and out was easy. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and beautiful! The view was perfect and we loved how close we were to the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot or a nicer condo. thank you so much!

Perfect view

We had the best time, the view from the balcony and main bedroom, kitchen , living room were all amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with a keurig and coffee maker, plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The main bedroom was perfect and the bed was super comfy, we didn’t use the 2nd bedroom but expect it to be great too. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful retreat

Visited property in February 2021 and Lei Lani’s property management did commendable work to make repairs since Hurricane Sally and Zeta. The board walk to the beach was rebuilt and accessible. Very impressed and very clean!

Beach vacation

This property has limited parking. We had a very hard time getting parked onsite. We did not have enough towels toilet paper trash bags and paper towels. I don’t mind bringing paper goods if I know ahead of time. The comforter in the master bedroom had animal hair all over.

Location a plus, cleanliness a minus

Overall the location of the property to the beach and the different restaurants and stores, cannot be beat. The condo itself needs MAJOR updating. The kitchen was perfect and the rest of the condo was just ok, but it is dirty. The door to one of the bathrooms had brown liquid spilled on it and never wiped clean, the baseboards which are white are dirty and missing paint. Broken picture hanging on the wall in the kitchen, loads of sand on the couch cushions and chairs. In the master bathroom there is a shower with a seat in it that was cover with sand. If you are cleaning properly, that wouldn’t have been there. Overall I think it’s looks run down due to lack of cleaning and refreshing paint, etc. Unless this condo was completely redone, I would not stay here again. The pool on the property left much to be desired as well.

Reason I would not recommend

The elevators were very sketchy when you call for some type of assistance never could get anyone and we stayed from Saturday until Thursday came in from eating at night No parking could not find a parking spot. The website says two parking spots for each condo. That is wrong. There was no parking so we had to park in a place that was not designated for parking then got a warning then advised we should’ve parked across the four-lane on another one of their properties which we had no idea they even owned that property and we pay this kind of money to stay somewhere. There should be appropriate parking. Unless you want to deal with these issues I do not recommend staying here.The guy that was over maintenance was not friendly and when I addressed the parking issues he said I do t know what to tell you about the parking. Really!!!! If you pay that kind of money you should have parking.

Well if you have kids under 5. Do not stay. Balcony doors do not lock. No inside lock on main door. So anytime during night if your young one wakes up and wonders around condo they could open up balcony door that doesn’t lock and end up outside. Or fall off balcony. Front door had no inside lock. So child could barely touch handle and wind from breeze way swings door open. So your child could be locked out all night. 3 out of the 5 nights we had to park 2,1 miles away because parking was full. Even though told we had two spots. Only needed one. Didn’t even get that. Would not stay here again. Worst part one we’ve had out of last 10 places we’ve stayed. We were asked when our stay was over. And then told oh it would be after that before they could fix issues Best answer we got was we are sorry. Hope you had a good stay. We let them know issues within an hour of checking in. No one came to look at anything til next day. And we were told that.
