¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación!

¿Cuál es el lugar mejor calificado visitado en AZ cada año? ¡El puente de Londres en la ciudad de Lake Havasu! En nuestro balcón tendrá una vista en primera fila del Puente de Londres, vistas al campo de golf / lago y las increíbles montañas que rodean nuestra hermosa ciudad.

Algunas cosas únicas sobre nuestro condominio en Queens Bay:
- Unidad de esquina en el extremo norte del edificio ... ¡gran sombra en los meses de verano!
- un balcón con vistas al puente y una sala de estar delantera ideal para ver la puesta de sol.
- ¡No requerimos una estadía de 3 meses en invierno!

Queens Bay condos está ubicado en el centro con mucho que hacer y ver cerca. Puedes caminar, andar en bicicleta o conducir hasta todo lo que Lake Havasu tiene para ofrecer. También es una excelente ubicación central para excursiones de un día, visitar Las Vegas, el Gran Cañón, etc.

El estacionamiento del barco está disponible y abierto a los huéspedes.

Perfect location with stellar views

Cute 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking london bridge and golf course. Easy to walk to kokomos, various restaurants and ice cream places as well as boat and jet ski rental area. We had an excellent time and would stay again!!

Didn’t Want to Leave Havasu

This property has great view of London Bridge and golf course and close to everything. Great walks and viewing of channel and close to Rotary Park for a variety of activities. Pool on property is easy to access and very nice with plenty of tables. We will definitely be back!

The Lake Havasu condo is the most well equipment rental we have ever had the advantage of staying in.We spent 2 weeks at this gated location.The description doesn’t begin to even highlight all the advantages; from the comfortable mattresses, bath towels, pool towels, updated kitchen with granite counters, washe/ dryer and internet.Now let’s talk about the view. The condo is a corner unit that gives you the spectacular view of the Colorado River, the London Bridge AND the 9-hole golf course. Seriously, what’s not to like? The deck was perfect for happy hours and to capture amazing sunsets.The condo features all the kitchen appliances like home (Mr. Coffee, Keurig and a completely stocked kitchen).Then there is the pool…oh that glorious bath water temp, lovely lounge chairs, a patio with umbrellas and 2 hot tubs.Walk out of the complex and the English Village with cute shops and restaurants are steps away. There are several restaurants that are literally steps from the complex.We rented a pontoon and spent the day on the river. Not feeling the Captain vibe? Take the 30 cruise that is available at the English Village Marina. Worth every penny.We loved catching breakfast and dinner at Juicy’s. Great food and cocktails. There are several grocery stores just blocks away.You just can’t go wrong staying at this condo!Thank you Alicia for helping us get in the gate. You were the best! Kudos to you.

Great view, with one caveat

We really liked this location. Manager was responsive and the entire property is pretty clean. Yes, the complex is dated, but this is Havasu. My only complaint was the temperature in the unit. The ac is quite loud, and doesn’t work great. We weren’t allowed to set it lower than 75, which just isn’t enough for 120 degrees outside. The master is in the front corner, so the sun beats on it all day. It just wasn’t comfortable for my husband at all. But everything else was great! Property has everything you need in bathrooms and kitchen! The view is great too.

Relaxing spring break

Our family really enjoyed our time in Havasu, thanks to this great property and its owner. We enjoyed the central and convenient location, close to all the shopping, restaurants and activities. The condo is comfortable and quiet, which was great for a good night sleep and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it.

Great location, clean, safe property. Could use wine and liquor glasses. Stayed in February/snowbird season not too kid friendly. Excellent adult community.

Not a Good Choice

Started out we weren’t allowed in until 45 minutes after checkin time and I had to contact owner to get permission. Unit is very poorly stocked with necessities dishes etc. Place was dirty. Carpet in bedrooms was stained (couldn’t tell if they were dirty). Some remodeling but minimal. Unit and building old and tired. Not sure how it had all five star reviews. Our opinion it shouldn’t have. Reserved 14 days moved out after 5. Couldn’t take it anymore. Tried to get owner/vrbo to release balance of dates so we had a chance of some refund with no success. Would not stay here again.

A one star? You stayed 5 days before you reached out to me and asked if you could get a refund for your remaining days. When I asked what’s wrong you said something about there just aren’t enough dishes and it’s not clean enough. Our 6 person worth of dishes wasn’t enough for 2 people? I said I would send over my cleaner to address your concerns. You declined that offer and said you had already left. Since this was your fist time in Havasu I think you realized it wasn’t for you or you wanted to go to Las Vegas. You saw what the building and condo looked like in the photos. This review is retaliatory at best.

Just one thing

Just one thing… I have notify the owner that I believe a keyless entry is necessary for the door. With the extreme temperature changes the lock key does not work very well. It is not welcome mean when you cannot get into your unit without a hassle

If you looking for views along with privacy this is the SPOT. Your walk is seconds away from everything. the property is gated so its not open to the general public. This condo was clean and so convenient especially if you are bringing your boat, we will definitely book here again.
