Nuestra casa está en el mejor barrio de la ciudad de Crested Butte. Contamos con 3 habitaciones más un altillo.

Cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario.
2 baños, (2 duchas, 1 bañera).

Estamos a pocos pasos de Elk Ave y de todos los restaurantes y tiendas.
Justo afuera de nuestra puerta de entrada se encuentra el sistema de senderos para bicicletas de bucle inferior en verano y el sistema de senderos nórdicos en invierno.

La casa está ubicada en el lado privado NO de la ciudad. Tenemos una gran terraza trasera con muebles que da a nuestro hermoso patio cercado ... ideal para reuniones.

Relájese en nuestra gran bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre ubicada entre los álamos y las flores.
O dentro de nuestra gran sala de estar con techos abovedados, mucha luz natural y muchos asientos cómodos para todos.
Incluye nuevo televisor de pantalla plana. TV por cable, Wifi, reproductor de DVD. (Acceso a Netflix / Amazon).
Proporcionamos varias bicicletas urbanas para recorrer la ciudad.

Great place, great hosts

Our second time here. We love the location, the deck, the hottub and comfortable accommodations. The hosts were very accommodating with all our questions and changes too.

Perfect spot for a family visit

We loved spending time here. It was the perfect location -- close to everything in town but the trails were steps outside the door. There were lots of comfortable places to lounge both inside the house and on the back porch.

This place hit all the boxes; 1. Location next to Nordic trails and walking distance to downtown, 2. Space was as advertised and 3. Allowed our dog. Perfect and we had a great time!

The house was amazing and fully equipped with anything you may need.

It was easy check in. The house is in prime location. The outdoor hot tub made our days, especially after playing in the snow. The view of snow from the second floor was breathtaking!!! Thank you!!

Great Place in CB

Only positive things to say about this house ! Excellent location in town but on a quiet street. Big backyard where our dog and 10 year old enjoyed playing in the snow. Hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. Plenty of space For our family of 5 (including 2 teenagers) to have some privacy but also a cozy family room where we watched TV, played card games and enjoyed heating up leftover Secret Stash Pizza or homemade spaghetti.

Wonderful!

We have been coming to Crested Butte for over 20 years so we know what to expect from the town. The home we stayed in this year was outstanding! Great location close to trails and a few blocks from town. The privacy of the back yard was wonderful and we loved having a hot-tub! The house had everything we needed and then some! I love to cook and didn’t want for anything in terms of cooking utensils, etc. We loved everything about this house!

Wonferful stay in CB!

Nice house, located right next to trailheads. Only suggestion is to make sure grill propane tanks are full. Both were empty and every place in CB was out of propane. Smart TV would be nice improvement to the property. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great stay. House was perfect for us and our pooch. Very clean. Big, lovely fenced backyard. Loads of fluffy towels and a kitchen set up that was amazing. Every pot, pan or utensil one could ever need plus a slew of spices, coffees, sugar & oil. Made it easy to stay and cook dinner when we didn’t feel like dining out. Location is perfect. Quiet street. Great trails within walking distance as well as walkable to everything on Elk Ave… ( restaurants, shops, etc). We definitely prefer to stay in town rather than up on the mountain. We’ve been to CB several times, both winter & summer and we always choose to stay in town. Easy access to free mountain shuttle if needed. Will definitely book this home again.

Great layout!

Our favorite feature is the warming room! Love having a place for all our ski equipment, boots, and jackets. The one bathroom downstairs is a little awkward in that the master shares with the other 2 bedrooms but we made it work. But not a fan of carpet in bathrooms, ugh. Beds were comfortable and well appointed. The living room is a nice large space, as is the dining table. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a serious remodel, especially for the higher rental price. We have stayed in CB going on 5 years and we found this one to be on the far side for walking to town. On a last note, the jacuzzi is huge plus!

You will be happy

This was a great house for our family get together. Multiple sleeping areas gave everyone a comfortable space at night. Upper level offered views and openness to make gathering together fun. The location was great being able to walk to downtown or get on the trail. And the house had everything we needed at the right price.

The best location ! Walk to a beautiful trail one block away or walk 4 blocks to downtown crested butte to shop/ dine . A large , gorgeous backyard where your dog can play while you sit on the balcony . It’s quiet and peaceful too

CB stop ove

It was suggested to us to stop in CB on our way from Maine to Utah. Our only wish was that we’d planned for a longer stay! The location was perfect - with walking trails right outside our door and downtown CB (Elk Ave.) just a short walk away. The home was perfect as well. Very comfortable and homey. The vibe felt like the house was full-on was Crested Butte and a friends house. Clean, well appointed, great beds, technology if/when we needed it - and a great view. Perfect in every way. Thank you for a great (if too short) stay.

Fantastic A-frame in town!

We had a fabulous stay at this property in downtown CB! Perfect location, plenty of beds, great hot tub and beautiful large backyard. This home was perfect for our vacation with our teen daughter and her friends. Super clean and well equipped!

Fantastic home!

This home was perfect for our two families! We hiked right out the door on some lovely trails and walked the other direction to enjoy downtown. We appreciated the games and bikes, loved the hot tub and the gorgeous yard with fire pit. It was a delightful stay and we would love to return some day!

Quiet and cozy

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet property. The hot tub was relaxing after our days of skiing and we had plenty of space to spread out and watch the Olympics in the evenings!

Highly recommend!

This is a lovely, cozy home close to Elk Avenue but with enough quiet and privacy to really enjoy your time in Crested Butte. We loved having trails so close, and our dog highly enjoyed the large backyard!

Great Crested Butte House

This was my second stay at this property and I would highly recommend it. Great location on a quiet street that dead ends into open space, yet is only a few blocks from the center of town. The house is well-equipped and has a lovely deck off the back of the second floor and a great fenced in backyard. The owners are very responsive to requests and questions.

We have been vacationing in CB for over 25 years. Our 'full-time' residence is in Boulder, but our favorite place to visit is Crested Butte, Colorado. Come see for yourselves how special this place is.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Just sit in our living room and enjoy the incredible views. We are few short blocks to all the best restaurants and shopping. The trail system that winds around Peanut Lake and continues west into the high country, starts right outside our front door. These trails are perfect for hiking, biking and running and nordic skiing. Mountain streams are all around you and the views are breathtaking.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house resides on the last block on the north west side of CB, so the views up the Slate River Valley are unparalleled. You will see the nordic skiers, hikers, bikers and runners pass by the house all day long. The lower loop bike trail starts about 50 yards from our house. The Nordic trail system starts about 50 yards outside our door and goes for miles. You can actually put your skis on from front porch and go! Check out the nordic center ((http://cbnordic.org/ ). They provide lessons and free rentals for kids.
