Buenas caminatas, windsurf, kite surf frente a la playa este complejo de condominios frente al mar en North Kihei. A un par de minutos de Kamaole Beach I, una de las mejores playas de la soleada costa sur. Aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio. El condominio tiene una cama queen, un sofá cama y un sofá cama, e Internet de alta velocidad de cortesía + WIFI.

The location is close to goods and services, grocery stores and dining. The airport is 20 or 25 minutes away. Kitchens are equipped for cooking, and multiple gas grills are in the courtyard.

Nice location and property

Good location, close to main area of Kihei. Property is big but seems to be a good mix of long term residents and vacationers. Unit was well equipped and easily accessible by elevator or stairs. Needs a bit more attention to cleaning/dusting, floors under things were pretty dusty and the roof around the fan is black. Just little things and attention to detail need to be addressed, outside of that, five stars.

Great location right on the beach and walking distance to stores and shops! We even got food from the local grocery store and cooked a couple meals at the condo to save some money. Super easy since they had all the supplies we needed. Everyone we met was super friendly, helpful and welcoming! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Don’t trust the photos

Reviewer Comments: We love Maui and have stayed many times at a variety of condos and this was by far the worst!!! Very dated. The bathrooms were awful. The bedding and the towels looked like they’d been bought at a garage sale. 409b needs a Lot of work to make it an acceptable vacation rental.

Maui Sunset A wonderful place for family & friends

A memorable visit to Hawaii

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A well decorated suite, bright and cheerful. Carpet & tub getting a bit old. Neighbor's balcony on left (408?) should be carpeted to avoid furniture noise. Can get a bit noisy outside due to all the units in the place but not too bad. View was great. The grounds are very well maintained. The beach is nice enough in front but no one swims there, not sure why. Like the location as more expensive further south and can easily get south with a car for eating, shoping & swimming. We left an inexpensive ipod player there for other guests. CD player in the place didn't work. Manager responded on 3/28/2013: Aloha Cameron, Thank you for your review of the condominium. We usually rent directly from the owners but could not accquire one during our needed time. Our experience with Kumalani vacations was OUTSTANDING...David was understanding of our dislike for our first condo and allowed us to change immediately. This particular condo need many updates to be asking top dollar for this unit. Carpeting needs cleaning immediately. Draperies are rotting. We love Maui Sunset and Kumalani however we will not be staying in this unit.
