Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, and I’m sorry to hear that our condo did not meet your expectations. While I understand that opinions on renovations may vary, I’d like to clarify that our condo features granite countertops, a brand-new AC system, new hurricane-rated sliding doors, new stainless steel microwave, some new furniture and fresh linens. These updates have been well received by our regular guests, including professional athletes who stay with us during spring training in Clearwater. Additionally, I arranged for a cleaning service to visit the very next day to ensure your concerns were addressed promptly. You declined the offer. I also sent a fruit basket as a token of goodwill, which I later had to follow up on to confirm you received it. We take all guest feedback seriously and always look for ways to improve. However, we also value fairness and accuracy in reviews, as they impact future guests' expectations. We appreciate your stay and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. Thank you very much for your 5 stars review. I am glad you enjoyed the condo and it’s amazing views and Clearwater beach. You were an excellent tenant. As for the elevators, the building management is working tirelessly to fix this issue. Hope to see you again next time!

I appreciate the feedback, and that you at least mentioned that we were responsive regarding fixing the window lock. In response to your comments: The furniture are exactly like the pictures. These are called "VINTAGE Furniture" and they are NOT outdated. Smart TVs are NOT outdated. Granite counter-tops are NOT outdated. White appliances to match the white Kitchen cabinets are NOT outdated. Brand new organic cotton bed sheets and towels are NOT outdated. However, you forgot to mention that you missed to read the check-out list, hence: 1-forgot to place the gate opener and condo keys back inside the condo as directed, which was a real hassle to recover them. 2- Forgot to clean your trash out, so we have tons of stuff stuck under the beds, couch, socks, shoes, tooth paste..etc 3- I have a damaged Ottoman now since you left some glue on it and I will have to replace it. 4- Broken marble window sill I have been renting for over 6 years to a lot of professionals, regular tenants who come every year and Celebrity Hockey players in training season and this is the first time, I give a tenant a rating of 1 star. I have already contacted VRBO regarding all this.

Dear Marty, When you first contacted me regarding your concerns regarding the cleanliness, the cleaning lady was in front of the condo door within 15 minutes. I called you and texted you about her coming to make sure everything was well taken care of of, but your answer was that “you were out and didn’t know when you will be back”. Then I scheduled another appointment with you for the following day, so that the cleaning lady could take care of your concerns, and replace the AC filter. Few minutes before the scheduled appointment, you told me you were not available! Furthermore, the next day, after your arrival, on a Friday night, you told me that the microwave was not working. Even though, the previous tenants didn’t complain about it at all since it is a new microwave. It was the “Easter Weekend”, and I called every single shop in the area but they were all closed. The technician came on Monday, said they were booked up for repairs, so I sent you a BRAND NEW Microwave the following day. Now, in regards to towels, sheets, the condo has more than enough new bed sheets and towels. I honestly never had such complaints from any tenants and some of them, are regular and come each year. As a matter of fact, you wanted to extend your stay but unfortunately, the condo was already booked. I feel the 2 stars review is totally unfair but I guess we can’t please everybody!
