Espectacular sonido / vista al mar! Gran piscina salina, ascensor, carrito de golf

Esta hermosa casa decorada profesionalmente y ajardinada se encuentra en la popular zona llamada "The Point" en la punta de la Isla Esmeralda. Tiene una gran piscina salina en el suelo con hidromasaje. Grandes cubiertas cubiertas en todos los pisos. Ascensor de acceso a todos los pisos. Encimeras de granito, pisos de madera (hermosos pisos de castaños en el tercer piso, roble en el segundo piso) y baldosas en todas partes. Las ilustraciones originales decoran muchas paredes.
La casa está ubicada al final de un pequeño callejón sin salida en un vecindario privado y familiar. La casa tiene un plano inverso con la cocina, el comedor, la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal, el baño principal privado y el tocador en el tercer piso. La cocina gourmet tiene una estufa Wolf con una estufa de seis quemadores, cocina a gas, segundo horno, microondas, refrigerador Sub-Zero y está bien equipada con utensilios de cocina, platos y electrodomésticos. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para ocho personas y la isla de la cocina tiene capacidad para cuatro personas. La sala de estar tiene TV de 50 pulgadas con VCR y altavoces externos.
En el segundo piso hay otra suite principal (king) con baño privado, otras dos habitaciones y un baño grande. Una habitación tiene dos reinas y la otra tiene dos camas de tamaño completo y una cama de día. Todas las habitaciones se abren a una gran terraza cubierta.
En la planta baja hay un garaje para dos autos, sala de recreación con mesa de billar, bar con fregadero, enfriador de bebidas, TV de 60 pulgadas con VCR y altavoces externos, y un baño completo. Desde la sala de recreación, las puertas francesas se abren a un gran patio que rodea la piscina de agua salada privada más grande en la isla. La piscina tiene una entrada cero con un extremo poco profundo de 3 1/2 pies de profundidad y el extremo profundo de 7 pies de profundidad. Beautiful property. Excellent amenities. Owners were very nice and communicated the whole time with us to make sure we were taken care of. Had an hvac issue on the first night and the rental company had it handled the next day. I would absolutely recommend.

Did not disappoint

Just a beautiful, clean, luxury property. The pool in particular was spectacular and where we spent most of our time. The owner Walt was highly responsive to any questions we had while there. Highly recommend!!

Great vacation house!

My family has been vacationing in FL for many years and decided we need a new vacation spot. We searched for weeks to find the perfect house and we found it in Point of View!! The house was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out and for the little kids to play. The best part of this property is the pool! It is huge with a walk in entry which made it great for the little kids that can’t swim yet. There is a large outdoor TV where we played music while we swam. We look forward to vacationing there in the future.

Point of View is excellence

Beautiful home with outstanding private pool. Could not have had a more enjoyable location for our “Friends Vacation”. Highly recommend taking the golf cart to the point to watch the sunset. Owner communication was outstanding. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Outstanding Vaca!!!!!

Everything from beginning to end was fantastic at Point of View. The view from the kitchen was so incredible, the kitchen is very large and filled with everything you would need for cooking family meals, which we did. Especially love the Wolf stove. The bedrooms are huge and very comfortable. The master bath will make you want to remodel yours😂. Loved the location. We drove the golf cart to the beach and around the adjoining neighborhood, very nice to have it. We rode bikes along Coast Guard Road, thank you for having them there for our use!!!! Saved the best for last. THE POOL, you are NOT going to believe this pool and you’re not going to want to ever leave it, it’s so big it held our family and lots and lots of pool floats and the feel of the saltwater is so refreshing. What an Epic time we had.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay at Emerald Isle. The house was beautiful and only a few minutes walk to the beach. We preferred the wonderful pool at the house. Enjoyed every minute.

Didn’t want to leave!

My family of six had a wonderful time at this beautifully-decorated and well-maintained home. There were so many amazing views that could be appreciated from every window and deck. Everything needed for cooking, laundry, etc. was provided. Plenty of towels to go around. The pool was amazing and provided plenty of fun afternoons for the kids. We also enjoyed several billiard tournaments and ping-pong matches. The golf cart was handy to travel to and from the beach. Every morning we took the bikes out and peddled to the nature park. The only disappointment was we couldn’t figure out how to lower the canoe (and then ourselves) off the pier. The owners provided great communication and the rental process was smooth. Our week went by much too fast and I can’t wait to come back again next year!

Beautiful home + serene location = perfect vacation!!

We were “wow-ed” by this home upon arrival, and felt the same way upon departure. Point of View was, by far, the nicest beach rental we’ve ever seen! While not beachfront, using the golf cart to get there is the perfect solution. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone, and there’s so much space you never feel cramped. The beach at the point is so wide, and not crowded at all, with more beautiful shells than you can imagine. We will be going back - hopefully soon!!!

Wonderful family home for family time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Point with our extended family. The home is decorated beautifully and comfortably. The pool was great fun and the availability of the elevator and golf cart was awesome. Viewed the fireworks displays all around us from the top deck for the 4th of July. What a view!

Simply Amazing!

This house is spectacular. The house itself is beautiful and decorated better than a 5-star hotel. There are so many amenities that make the stay thoroughly enjoyable - an elevator, top-of-the-line appliances, gorgeous decks to take in the incredibly beautiful setting, and the pool - oh the pool! My children and nieces and nephew enjoyed hours and hours in this pool as did the adults. The entire home is geared toward relaxation and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The homeowner was very generous and wonderful to deal with as was the property manager. Five stars are not enough!

Wow......what an amazing place! Me, and my family of three and our eight guest, whom arrived at different days throughout the week, All felt as if we were enjoying an exclusive private home on some tropical island, the pool is huge and the game room was great. The views were all great no matter where you were looking. This is a "must visit" pictures don't do it justice. Inside the house was more the you could ask, from spacious bedrooms to large bathrooms and lots of seating for eating and playing games "honestly" , say one of my guest "This place feels like a retreat center, I can't believe how big the rooms are and the porches are amazing".

Perfect Vacation Retreat!

We had such a wonderful week here! It is a convenient and very private location with beautiful views and wonderful amenities! The pool was the biggest and nicest that I have seen in this area, and the zero entry was accommodating for our 4 yr old granddaughter with cerebral palsy. We also appreciated the gates on the decks to help with safety. The golf cart was convenient, as well as the elevator, the rooms are large and the home is immaculate. We did a lot of cooking there, and were really impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. It was fun being able to dock our boat at the slip nearby, and use it all week in addition to the pool and beach. 180 degree views of fireworks were amazing to watch from the top deck! And early in the morning we saw deer chasing each other in the marsh. It was a perfect week at the beach for us because of this property! Thank you for sharing your amazing home!!

Fantastic

We have been travelling with our friends for years to different beaches and other destinations and have stayed in numerous houses. This house by far is our absolute favorite! There are 10 of us and all 10 of us gives this home a five star! It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The amenities that come with the home are outstanding! The owner is extremely efficient in addressing any questions that we would have. We are so thankful that he has opened his home for others to enjoy and make wonderful memories!

Beautiful Home!

My family of 6 stayed in this beautiful home two weeks ago. I have to say it is by far the cleanest and best maintained rental we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many houses, in many locations, over the years. This home is beyond words to describe...beautiful, breathtaking, inviting, and all of the amenities my family needed for the whole week!! The golf cart was definitely a huge plus...delivering us and our belongings to the beach each day. The large pool and whirlpool were immaculate, and the beach was remarkable. We relaxed, swam in the pool, took a family kayaking trip, ate plenty of amazing seafood and enjoyed the beautiful beach. The beach was extremely clean and not crowded. The large game room with pool table provided my competitive boys with a lot of fun!! My family came away with lasting memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

We live in Raleigh but have been coming to Emerald Isle for about 40 years. We previously owned two properties in Emerald Isle and when we saw this home it was love at first sight. Also, our family has grown and we look forward to having our two sons, their wives, two (and counting?) grandchildren, as well as other family and friends spend many happy days with us in our new beach home. We also look forward to sharing our home with families who want to build lasting memories in a truly special home at an incredible beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views from the decks are spectacular. The marsh is teaming with wildlife including many deer. The home is 13 feet above the 100-year flood plain and sits up very high for a beach house. The home sits well off the cul de sac a private driveway and is surrounded on three sides by either the marsh or large trees and beach growth.
