Esta casa fue construida en 1995 por la familia Martinson. ¡Criamos a nuestros 4 hijos aquí y ahora estamos felices de compartirlo con ustedes! Esta casa está llena de encanto y deleite. Es una casa de campo de dos pisos con un porche, un enorme césped para jugar, una piscina en el suelo, jardines de flores y vegetales y columpios. Te quedarás en un viñedo en funcionamiento, por lo que hay mucho que experimentar durante todo el año. ¡Estamos felices de que te quedes y crees tus propios recuerdos aquí! Estancia min de 30 días.

Wonderful relaxing time

The property and house were excellent. Enjoyed our time relaxing and going on side trips to Mendocino and a number of vineyards close and in Sonoma county.

Redwood Valley 2024

Above and beyond, we all loved the Farm House and pool. Convenient location to everything we wanted. Peaceful in the morning and evening. We'll definitely schedule this same property for our next visit.

Summer 2024

We enjoy this property so much that this was our second visit. We even plan on going back next year. I just need to remember to take beach chairs, as there are only two chaise lounges. There were other chairs, but not very comfortable around the pool. We love the house, grass area, and pool.

Beautiful Getaway

Beautiful property, plenty of space. Pool is cool and relaxing. We were able to use the fire pit for s’mores at night. Martina and her family were very easy to reach. Highly recommend if you want to have acres of space to enjoy with your family. They also left us two complimentary bottles of their family wine, Testa vineyard

Fun at the Farmhouse!

We loved this property for our extended family. We had 8 people ranging from 2 1/2 yrs old to 70+ yrs old. It felt like we were tucked away in the country but you could get to the freeway and stores in 5 minutes! Loved walking through the vineyard and the pool was a blessing since there was a heat wave of 100+ degrees!! We would definitely rent this house again. Very charming!!

Wonderful Stay at the Farmhouse!

We absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse. We were a multi-generational group and the house worked very well for 3 adults and 3 teens. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the rest of the house. The views are absolutely beautiful, both from the house and the lovely swimming pool. We spent hours everyday in the large pool and had so much fun! The grounds are also quite lovely. You feel as though you are out in the country but Safeway is a mere 10 minutes away. I can't say enough good things about this property. We will return next summer! Our thanks to our host Maria for making our stay so memorable.

Family vacation 2023

We had a lovely time hanging around the pool. The house was the perfect size for our family. We had a nice time playing with the kids in the family room, and they loved playing with the toys that belonged to the house. We enjoyed the front porch swing overlooking the vineyards, the playground for the kids, and the grass area to throw catch on. My grandchildren loved watching the deer go by each evening. The kitchen had everything we needed, as opposed to some VRBOs that only have six plates or limited silverware. The beds were very comfortable, as well. We can’t wait to return.

Family Thanksgiving

Decided to rent this house so that all my family could come to town to spend Thanksgiving with my elderly mother and we'd have enough room to host everyone (her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren). This house was perfect and the views from the location were amazing. Thank you for everything!!

Comfortable and relaxing

We had the most delightful, 3 night-stay at this beautiful VRBO. The home and its spacious layout was ideal for six adults and our 2 1/2 yr old grandson. The home was very clean, beds were very comfortable, the ac system saved us during the excessive heat wave. The gorgeous backyard with its large outdoor pool, spacious outdoor dining area, grass play area with stunning views of the owner's winery and surrounding hillsides were spectacular bonuses. The owners went out of their way to provide a very comfortable and safe crib for our grandson and they were always available for any questions or needs we had during our stay. The owners even shared some of their winery's outstanding wines! The only downside was the sounds of the nearby Highway 101 throughout the nights, but we still highly recommend this VRBO.

Celebration of life for my Nonnie

I can’t say enough nice things about this property and the owners. In one of the hardest times in my life (saying goodbye to my Nonnie) This property felt like home. My sisters family and mine made some core memories at this house, from fun in the pool, a dance off in the kitchen, to lying in the grass and watching the stars! This house was amazing! Thank you!

A family funeral

My family has a big ranch where we hosted my son’s funeral! But this house was so nice that we gathered the day before and the day after! What a spot! Great pool! Amazing lawns! Play structures for children! Basketball court! Vinyard walks! Sunsets! Just amazing! Thank you Maria and Testa vinyards! This place made our time so special!

Best Family Experience of the Year

We brought all three families together and loved the spaciousness of the house inside and out. Not only is the outdoor scenery picture perfect, the pool is amazing, and the set up for grilling and outdoor leisure are simply divine. I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home, gorgeous views!

Our family of 5 (kids 6, 10, 13) stayed 9 days at this wonderful property and enjoyed every moment. It was hard to leave! The house is spacious, comfortable, and clean, and feels like you are being welcomed into a loving family home. We spent many hours each day in the pool and could not get enough of the beautiful vistas overlooking the valley and vineyards. Thank you!

Great place - pool is to die for.

Stayed for a week in the middle of a hot summer. The pool was extraordinary. And so much fun. Our teenager loved it, as did we. It’s a wonderful launching point for many things up in the Mendocino/Fort Bragg area. Went on a couple of redwood hikes, and a lovely day at Blue Lake, a quick drive away. Really fantastic experience overall. Maria, the host, was terrific, couple little things we asked about were dealt with promptly and courteously. Highly recommend for a family getaway from the bay area congestion.

Mendocino Wine Country Oasis!

Six of us from San Francisco came up to Redwood Valley for 5 days to celebrate a friend's big birthday and we had an awesome time! The house, the pool, the vineyard views were all magical! We think we should make this an annual event! Thank you for everything!
