The host was very attentive when there was a minor issue of the living room television not functioning. She was able to send someone to fix the issue. The property was centrally located to Las Vegas and had all the amenities that we needed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood which is always a concern for any tenant staying in a n unfamiliar city.

Our pet was coverable, no neighboring dogs or kids making noises to scare them. House was comfortable, fully stocked.

Property had everything I needed for comfortable extended stay with pets. Host responded quickly to all communications. This small house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to all conveniences. Internet went out a couple of mornings for brief periods due to provider issues - host responded quickly when the issue was raised.

This was a very nice neighborhood and home. Only issue we ran into was that my husband and I are 70 years old and it was very difficult to sit on the furniture as it was too low to the ground and too soft for us to sit in. Only other chairs to sit in were kitchen chairs and a rolling office chair.

Made it possible

There were a handful of reasons that made it possible for my wife & I to spend time in Las Vegas even though we have a toddler & 2 dogs that always travel with us.One of those was this property which allowed pets, accommodated three adults, & was close enough to the Las Vegas Strip. The latter part, it was closed but depending on when, & where you're going, it is still going to cost you some money to take a taxi or an uber. The house was located in an amazing place, where you had plenty of stores near by. We had all of the major bulk and mid-sized retailers closed, and plenty of amazing places to eat at.The house was plenty big for us all, and there was a small patio big enough for us all to spend time at. The house was clean, plenty of bigs including the one in the master bedroom that was big and very comfortable. The couch too was big enough for us all. The showers were clean and welcoming. The water has plenty of pressure and the bathrooms were clean and welcoming. If anything, we had plenty of problems connecting to the big screen tv in the living which wasn't a huge deal as we weren't there to watch TV. The kitchen had most of what we needed, including the big refrigerator with a water & ice dispenser. Another huge plus was the working central AC, which worked perfectly. Cleaeanliness: House was clean, though would have liked to have a mop and or broom available. Everyone is our party enjoyed our time here. The host was good & accommodating. Check out was easy.

Great little place

This place was lovely, perfect for our multigenerational family. AC was great, so was the enclosed back yard. The only "issues" were super minor and that was just that the roses were a little overgrown for the walkway and we got scratched a couple of times. Also, it was a little tricky to be expected to wash our breakfast dishes and put them away before check out. Really appreciated Netflix already logged in, the brand new sponge, and the two sets of keys! Thank you

Dog approved

The property was comfortable and cozy. Well stocked, plentiful linens. Our extra large dog loved her private entrance! The only thing that would have made it better, would have been if we could have opened the gate between the courtyard and the backyard during our stay, but I assume there's a reason why it was kept locked.

Great, Comfortable Property

Had to go to Las Vegas for business and wanted a quiet place away from the strip to stay; I also wanted to take my two small dogs. This place fit the bill! Very clean and comfortable, nice fenced yard to let the dogs out in. Kitchen was fully stocked and the neighborhood is nice and safe. Highly recommended

Great value for a short stay

We stayed a few days and the house was very clean and well kept in a nice and safe area. Very close to groceries and other amenities. The only small downside is the area isn’t the most walk-able with a dog and there’s not a park close by, though we made do. But for a quick couple of days this was definitely a good stay

Functional and Convenient Location

For the most part it was very convenient for our needs. We needed a place that accommodated 2 dogs and the yard and gates really was great for that. Negatives: the kitchen doesn’t have enough of anything but coffee cups (not enough plates, bowls, cooking items. The furniture was hugely non-functional, rickety, old, uncomfortable and dirty. Thankfully the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were abundant.

Nice clean place

This was a good spot for me and a friend to stay while visiting Las Vegas in order to go rock climbing.

Average rental

Overpriced for the quality & location. Bedding, new towels & beds were excellent but the quality of the furniture was not great. Cabinets in kitchen stayed open and would not close properly. Barbecue grill was not usable and should not be listed on description. Dishwasher was old and did not clean anything so had to wash by hand. 3rd BR had zero privacy (no door) and was open to the rest of the home. Would not rent again. No issue at all with owner but did not deal with them directly. Just not impressed with the property, was basic. Rented nicer properties for less money.
