Esta bien presentada villa de tres dormitorios con aire acondicionado se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad, con una piscina en el complejo y espacio para un barco. Esta villa tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones independientes.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: five of us stayed and had a great experience.Fished for five days and had a blast.We utilised the BBQ and the unit was spacious and clean.I would happily reccomend a stay here, very reasonable pricing as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all we absolutely loved exmouth and this is the second time we have stayed in Osprey. Although the first time was a far better experience due to the condition of the house. The unit we stayed in has been very poorly maintained with few minor items such as tap handles falling of, power outages, hot water intermittent, TV not working at all (especially on the AFL Grand final. The biggest issue we had was the Gas BBQ LPG bottle catching on fire, Fortunately we had a fire extinguisher on our boat which we grabbed to extinguish the flames and avoid any explosions. Unfortunately I had approximately $15k of fishing reels and rods that got covered from head to toe in fire extinguisher powder, I am still awaiting a response from the my tackle store to advise the cost of servicing/repairing these reels. We had lots of friends stay in different units which appeared to be in far better condition then ours which was disappointing.

Conveniently located with great parking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I found the location to be very good. The size of the units themselves are smaller than I expected, our unit was tidy but not clean and I was very surprised to find we were not provided any hand soap or hand santitiser (considering covid) and also that we booked for 7 days and were provided with limited consumables meaning we had to buy alot of essentials. I would not discourage anyone from staying here, the accommodation was suitable.

OK but could be improved.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was the right size and adequately furnished for our needs. The house was very clean when we arrived particularly the kitchen, one cupboard was full of dead bugs which is not great. You also need to keep everything in the fridge overnight because of the bugs. The bins are supposed to get emptied everyday which doesn't happen, by day 4 the green bin was overflowing and I was told it should be on the other side of the road so I moved it but it never got emptied. It's 2021 and it has doesn't have WiFi and the TV only gets maybe three channels. The 4G signal is pretty strong so I can't imagine a fixed wireless connection would be that expensive. We had a small issue with the plumbing and the property manager was very quick to have it sorted. With all that said we had a good holiday and these things were only minor irritations.

9 nights in Exmouth with friends

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The barbecue needs replacing very old and did not ignite automatically. There was no toilet roll holder in the inside bathroom. There had been no cleaning done in the barbecue area a lot of dead leaves all over. WE were left hardly any detergent for washing up. I think if you are staying more than one week you should have the opportunity to request clean sheets and towels

Old Linen

The linen: pillows, sheets & especially quilts are very old & pilled & do not feel clean. For the rental cost I expect much better linen. In addition cleaning requirements are quite extensive given the cost of the stay.

Fanastic unit!

We stayed in this unit with 4 adults and two kids. It had everything you needed. Resort was so neat and tidy. Great spot.
