Getaway Villas "Camp David" es un apartamento 2x1 recientemente renovado, dentro de un complejo vacacional, en el corazón de la ciudad. El apartamento es una tarifa básica, una forma básica de alojamiento familiar para aquellos que no buscan los refinamientos de los apartamentos de mayor categoría.

El espacio

"Camp David" es un apartamento básico, sin lujos y con tarifas bajas, con una ubicación ideal, ya que se encuentra a pocos pasos de la mayoría de las atracciones, sin necesidad de conducir. El apartamento es ideal para alojamientos familiares o pequeños grupos de amigos, que no buscan los refinamientos de alojamiento con tarifas más altas. Sin embargo, es espacioso, con aire acondicionado, cómodo, limpio y tranquilo.

Las camas se componen de 1 Queen en un estudio / dormitorio, 1 Queen y 2 individuales en el segundo dormitorio ubicado a través del baño.

Hay provisión para una cuna y silla alta, y una cama nido para bebés / bebés / y niños pequeños bajo petición. La cocina es básica, pero funcional. No hay horno o placa de cocción, pero hay una barbacoa, horno de microondas, sartén eléctrico y vapor eléctrico. Hervidor eléctrico y tostadora también están disponibles. Esta cocina no tiene lavamanos, hay dos tazones para lavar los platos.

El baño incluye ducha, inodoro y lavabo para lavar la ropa a mano.
El estudio principal, además de una cama queen, también tiene una mesa y sillas para las comidas, etc., dos sillones y un televisor grande.

Hay aparcamiento seguro para un coche y un barco.

Buen valor por el dinero pagado. El lugar estaba limpio, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y era una buena ubicación, fácil de llegar a las playas y alrededor de la ciudad. David también proporcionó gran información sobre la ciudad para nosotros y cosas que hacer en Exmouth. ¡Fueron unas vacaciones encantadoras!

It was a wonderful stay! Seamless arrival and departure - convenient parking - nice large well-equipped unit where everything worked, except the wifi which would kind of come and go.

Getaway villas 38-10

Easy check in, although the pictures were misleading. Main one being, in order to get into the main bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. This is quite an awkward set up and is not ideal. The bathroom itself was dirty as you can see in the photos the shelf above the sink was on its last legs and the shower was raised and supported by blocks. In the main bedroom there was a bed up against a UNLOCKED door which I assume goes into the next apartment. The whole place was full of dust as you can see as well. The front door, was basically a barn door with gaps in most places. Which could let friends in … There was no hanging space or hooks. Things provided were decent although dirty (toaster was crap) however the location was good. Overall needs some TLC and a duster - especially the fact two of us has asthma. Was not expecting anything too special but at least it to be clean.

Disappointing service from villa provider

Check in was easy, there were other hidden cost not mentioned in the nightly rate straight up but the most disappointing thing is, our bed was broken and you couldn’t sleep in it as it sagged completely in the middle. I called Exmouth Holidays who manage the property and I got told “thanks for letting us know, we will pass it on to the owner” I payed for a 2 bedroom villa and could only use 1 bedroom so a 50% refund on the nightly rate would be correct in my opinion. Disappointing service I would not recommend to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great and well appointed and roomy villa.What was lacking was the front entry door really needs a fly wire screen to stop the mosquitoes from entering. Very unfortunate that we had to close ourselves in and not be able to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.Also, the villa wasn't very well cleaned. The floor was not clean and most things that I touched and used were grubby. A lack of cleanliness is not a great thing especially during a pandemic. Also, cleaning is included in our rates to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I needed to cancel as I was unwell. I wanted to contact Dave, the owner, who is meet last time I stayed. Other places on my trip refunded upon cancellation, but have no flexibility and I was told to claim on insurance. I wanted to let owner know this, but are a wall. Will not be booking this accommodation again as a result of this experience.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Basic accommodation. Clean. Bathroom was in disrepair. Gaps in the door allowing insects to come through. Geckos outside were very noisy. Bed in main room was way too soft, sinking in the middle. Air-conditioning was good. Wouldn’t want to be there in the midst of a cyclone. Expensive for what it is.

Reviewer Comments: It began with my first phone call to Exmouth Holidays, Connie was very helpful in accomodating us at quite short notice for a busy time of the year. She was very kind and helpful from beginning to end. We were pleasantly surprised with the unit we had been allocated, all the little extras provided, rice cooker, electric fry pans, plenty of everything and lots of space for a family of 4. It was a nice quiet location and we enjoyed our stay very much and can't wait to return. Thankyou again Connie.
