Home away from home

When we are planning to travel to the Phoenix area, this is where we want to be. All the comforts of home, in a quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. Morning walks with my hubby, hikes with my family, and lots of pool time are what we need and do when we stay here. My only wish is for a king size bed in the master…

Beautiful house

This 3 bdrm 3 bath home was the nicest we’ve ever stayed at. The outdoor area is great for relaxing fun and the decor inside is awesome. Beds were great. 6 of us stayed 9 days and we loved it

Amazing house and pool

Wonderful house and beautiful pool. The location is superb and so close to many amenities. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. This was our second year staying at this house and hopefully going to stay a third year.

Sense of HOME away from home

This property was everything we imagined and then some. The backyard was inviting, comfortable, offered a space for meditation and entertainment with family and friends. The location of the house was centrally located in the community and close to the Hwy enabling us access to extended exploration of Az. The home offered every amenity we could need. Overall we felt like we were at home and truly enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Absolutely Marvelous!!

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this fabulous property! The house is beautifully maintained, clean, and has all the necessities for a great week in Glendale. It's within driving distance to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Pool was fabulous, and beds were extremely comfortable Bathrooms were beautiful and we had room to spread out if we wanted to. Having on-site laundry was a plus. We cannot praise this property enough and we will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect house with great pool and close to everything

This spacious house was very clean and the pool was awesome. The location is close to so many activities and shopping centers including restaurants. The owners responded quickly to any questions and so helpful. We stayed for 7 days and will definitely rent this wonderful house again.

All the comforts of home, plus a pool!

This was our second stay in this wonderful home and couldn’t be happier with our stay. When the sun was out, the pool and patio were our happy places. The inside of the home is comfortable and we appreciated cozy beds for rest. We look forward to our next stay!

Fabulous

If I could give 10 star rating we would! Our family really truly loved and enjoyed Peggy and Willies’ home. Their home has everything you would like to have and more. We enjoyed separate bedrooms and bathrooms especially master with 2 sinks, gourmet kitchen, comfy living space, pool, putting green, orange tree, parking space, gated, safe area with walking trails around community and to Starbucks, Safeway and Dunkin’ Donuts and so much more. What really makes this place so special is the communication with the owners. Peggy and Willie go above and beyond to make us feel like valued guest ❤️

Wonderful Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this property -it felt like home. Plenty of space for my teens, parents and local family to visit, eat and play games. Loved the yard and house amenities. We paid to heat the pool for our kids and the pool was nice and warm. Beds were dreamy and very comfortable. If there is any critique to give, we could not access modern streaming apps on the living room TV. Not a big deal, but we had to go elsewhere so my son could watch the World Cup. I had to contact the owner with a few questions and she was very responsive. Overall, this is a lovely home! We’ll be back!

Excellent family home in lovely area

The home was so comfortable, clean and wonderful to be in. The master bedroom lovely and spacious and the others quite comfortable. Having three bathrooms was nice so everyone had their own space. The pool was lovely. The area convenient and nice. The homeowner was responsive, considerate, and takes great care of both the home, and the guests. We are so grateful!

Beautiful Place to Stay

The neighborhood was great- safe and in a gated community. The home was beautiful and well kept. Great floorplan with plenty of room for me, my husband, and two young boys. You could tell the owners have a lot of pride in their home Will be staying there again!

Relaxing and clean

Unlike most vacation rentals, this was a very clean home and comfortable home. The beds are comfortable along with all furniture. This is NOT a worn down vacation rental. You can tell the owners stay there theirselves! I feel like this is the best value I have ever had when renting a vacation home!

Perfect for month long stay!

This home in Glendale is gorgeous with so many features to enjoy. The home has large rooms for the family's comfort. The kitchen and family area is perfect for cooking, eating and visiting together. We loved the private back yard and pool area with lovely landscaping and multiple seating areas. The neighborhood has many walking paths around ponds with fountains that light up at night. Our family had so much fun here but also enjoyed how peaceful we felt staying here. Great communication with the owners.

Beautiful Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

This home is everything you want in a vacation home! Located in a private and quiet community with ponds and walking paths yet minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. Lovely Home in a Great Location!

Our stay at Willie and Peggy’s home exceeded our expectations. The house is clean, tastefully decorated, and has ample space with comfortable beds. We loved the pool, the huge master suite, and the proximity to walking trails. We were in the area to adopt a child, and the homeowners were able to be flexible with our arrival and departure dates. It was easy to communicate with the owners throughout the rental process. We would stay again if we have the opportunity and highly recommend this vacation home!

Great place

Great place to stay, really nice pool. Comfortable beds and perfect north Phoenix location with lots of good food options around. The only recommendations I would ask the manager to do is run the pool skimmer during the day rather than at night, constantly had to skim pool. There were no shampoo or body wash available to use. Need to run AC prior to arrival so house isn’t 90 degrees inside when arriving. Took almost a whole day to get the temp to a comfortable level. Other than those things this place is great don’t hesitate to stay. Nice gated community.

Great stay for a baseball tournament

Our family rented this home for my son’s baseball tournament. The home was super close to all of the fields, shopping, and restaurants! We enjoyed the pool as the Arizona temperatures the week we stayed were in the 115 degree range! The house is layed out nicely and everyone got their own bathroom! We would definitely stay here again and we were sad to leave!

Perfection at Palomino!

I was extremely pleased with Willie and Peggy's property - it exceeded ALL of my expectations! The property is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of walking trails and convenient retail nearby. The restaurant recommendations were spot on as well although we mostly cooked at home as the kitchen was extremely well stocked and the grill was top notch! The house itself was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious, the furniture, bedding and linens were clean and comfortable which is unique for a rental property based on past experience. The backyard pool area was unbeatable; I would absolutely come back to stay at Willie and Peggy's home again in the future as it offered everything needed for a great stay just outside Phoenix!

Incredible Property and Location!

We were more than happy with our weeklong stay! Comfort inside and outside were greatly appreciated by all (a king bed in the master would make it an A+). We walked the paths around the neighborhood in the mornings and enjoyed the pool daily. The evenings spent poolside were sublime. Even with the extremely hot (90+) weather during our stay, this very quiet and conveniently located neighborhood has us thinking of relocating from Minnesota! Thank you Peggy and Willie for sharing your beautiful home.
