We had a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed. This is a great location for the beach, Wild Dunes and the Charleston area. We enjoyed it so much, this is our second year there.

A great place to stay! Location is great - near pool, beach and hotel. Very comfortable condo. 4 out of 5 on Cleanliness only because some dishes we pulled from the cabinets were dirty and the tea pot (which my wife wanted to use) was spattered with grease. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was so much nicer than the pics online..location perfect for watching the waves drinking coffee and relaxing in the evening on the porch! steps away from the beach made this perfect. I def would stay here again next year!

Girls trip

Condo is extremely spacious for a 2 bedroom and was more than enough room for our party of 4! Location is FANTASTIC being close to the pool and having an ocean view. We loved sitting on the balcony each morning with our coffee. 2 small things: the glider chair closet to the sliding glass door is broken…you can still sit in it but it’s “wonky”.Also, the kitchen was very well stocked but would be nice to have plastic cups to take to the pool as opposed to only having glassware. Overall we loved it and would definitely come back!

Perfect location

We loved this condo! We have stayed at many places in Wild Dunes and this is the best location by far! Close to the beach and the pool! We will definitely return!

Family Fun

Our family of four stayed at this beautiful condo for Mother's Day weekend and had the best trip! The condo is in a perfect location, steps to the beach and steps to the pool. We enjoyed meeting and talking with other families who were staying at the complex. Overall, a great trip and a great condo.

Perfect for our family

We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't use the pool as much as we expected, but it was nice to have that option. The house is perfect for access to pool and beach. Accommodations were very nice and very comfortable. We have a family of 5, kids ages 2, 10, and 13.

Great location, nice condo

We loved the location of the condo. We had a few issues with the shower stopping up and with the door locks but management immediately solved the problems. The condo was well stocked and clean with the exception of food crumbs in the pull out bed and around the couch in the living room upon arrival. We would definitely consider staying here again though.

It was great for a long weekend. I'm not sure how we would have felt, had it been a full week.Not a big deal, but the living room pictures are not accurate. That is not the current furniture. The two chairs and the coffee table are different. It just makes me wonder, how old the pictures are. I think the couch is different too.The TV is recessed into the wall.. which covers the speakers on the back. So it's hard to hear the TV.The unit needs a little TLC. There as a random hole over the hooks by the front door.There is no drain stopper for the tub.It was a little annoying that the entrance to the beach was closed, but I think the recession of the dunes was the cause.All of the hoses weren't working. We couldn't wash our sandy feet.We were not told that there was a code to the pool. I had to call SweetGrass Properties to get the code.Overall, none of this was a big deal, but not sure I'd book this exact unit again!

Excellent location!

This villa was perfect for my husband, our 1 year old and my mother-in-law. The location to the pool and the beach was such an easy walk - even with all our stuff! My only complaint was that the master bathroom was pretty tiny but for only a week, it was completely fine! The rest of the villa had plenty of space to relax. Half a mile walk to the shops and restaurants at Wild Dunes! For the coffee lovers interested (because I couldn’t find the info online before heading down), the coffee machine takes both ground coffee or k-cups.

Very Nice Vacation Place

Property was very nice with ample room and a very good view of the ocean back-dropping the pool. Beds were comfortable and walk in shower was spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and large. Upon arrival we found stains on the second bathroom toilet seat and bowl rim as well as dried food stains on range top and sand on counter tops. The internet was intermittent at times. Loud construction going on in unit above us. Management was informed of all of these items. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the Sea-Grove complex was vell landscaped and immaculately clean.

Mediocre visit We had an OK time. Our biggest complaints were that the floor seem to have been swept up but we are not sure if it was ever mean mopped and just walking across the floor our socks were black. The noise from upstairs from people running around was also quite disturbing. We understand that certain amenities were not included but expected that it would’ve been nice to have at least beachtowels. No

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a week and loved the condo. Waking up every morning and seeing the ocean while sipping coffee was delightful. We did have air conditioning problems and the management staff responded quickly and professionally even when coming back for a second time. They fixed the problem quickly! The only suggestions I have would be for the Seagrove HOA to consider outside grills on the property, as there are no grills and grilling is prohibited on decks. Our unit also had a couple of quirks with the main TV remote. Perhaps an IR reader would make this easier, but this is not a deal breaker. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent or the local Harris Teeter has a supply. Please consider adding these as part of the rental package included in the condo rental. We will absolutely be coming back!

Great location/beach!

We loved our stay here and hope to return again! The property was very well kept and updated. Great view of the pool and ocean and great location within Wild Dunes. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. It was our first time at IOP and we were so impressed with the beach. We will be coming back!
