La casa Lupin en Baycrest Lodge es una hermosa casa de 2700 pies cuadrados con molduras, marcos de ventanas, vigas y barras construidas por los propietarios con abetos locales que matan a los abetos. Es una de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños con bañera de hidromasaje privada al aire libre, 2 chimeneas de gas, en el piso de calor radiante, suelos de mármol travertino y duchas / tinas, LED, muebles de cuero, televisor de pantalla plana, porches privados con barbacoa de gas, un montón de privacidad y una increíble vista! Hay un pozo de fuego en el lugar, así como un hoyo grande de césped / jardín y de herradura! Este es el hogar perfecto para una familia o un par de parejas que buscan un lugar tranquilo, relajante y tonificante para quedarse! Nuestra propiedad se encuentra en el acantilado de 550 pies sobre el nivel del mar, con vistas a la Bahía de Kachemak y las montañas de Kenai.

Amplia sala de estar en el dormitorio principal (separados por puertas francés) tiene una chimenea de gas, sofá, 2 sillas reclinables y mesa.
• Arriba cama de dormitorio = 1 doble, 2 sillas y 40 en televisión de pantalla plana. Cuarto de baño completo con dormitorio justo fuera ducha situada.
• En la planta baja cama de dormitorio = 1 king, 2 sillas y 40 en televisión de pantalla plana. Baño completo con bañera / ducha ubicado a la salida del dormitorio.
• Las molduras, vigas, barras y alféizares de las ventanas hechas de escarabajos locales matan al Abeto.
• Cocina completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, que incluyen lavaplatos, licuadora, batidora, tostadora, cafetera y cafetera Keurig.

Spectacular

This is an exceptional house for the discriminating traveler. Perfect for 2 our a family wanting to maximize their time together. There are 3 bedrooms, but this house can sleep 12. Throw all the kids downstairs. The backyard is huge with a stunning panoramic view of the ocean and mountains.

Retreat

After 2 years of marriage, my wife and I finally took time for a honeymoon. It's the 2nd marriage for us both so there are children in the mix as well and we're always busy, but decided we needed the time away. This property, the owners, the location, everything was absolutely perfect. 10/10 recommend!!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect. One of the nicest properties my family has stayed in while on vacation. Back yard is it’s own vacation and the view is amazing. Convenient location to everything as well Homer. Very professional process from the check in to check out and they pay attention to all the details to make your stay memorable. Must stay if your in Homer we wouldn’t hesitate to book this property in the future!

Wonderful Property!

Our group of six, 4 adults and 2 children, spent a wonderful 3 nights at this property. It is in a great location just outside of Homer. The house and amenities are fully as advertised. We all had plenty of space, comfortable beds and a gorgeous view to enjoy. We also had wildlife everyday including moose, eagles and a beautiful pheasant! We had lots of snow while we were there and were very appreciative of the great snow removal service. One day they came twice so we were able to enjoy the hot tub during the day and then again in the evening! I would highly recommend this property. The one thing I will mention though is that the floors throughout are hard stone tile. They are very hard on your feet. We recommend that you bring supportive inside shoes or slippers to wear while in the house.

An Unforgettable Christmas

I have never been more pleased and impressed by a place in my life. You can see how much thought they put in every detail of the property. There isn't one thing I would change about our experience there. The kitchen was top notch with everything you would need, with top of the line appliances and cookware, utensils, etc. They even had a Keurig with a supply of coffee at hand. The heated tile floors were amazing. The bedrooms were furnished nicely with extra blankets and the mattresses were so comfortable! (That is a huge plus for us since we travel so much!) The bathrooms were nice as well with beautiful copper sinks and instant hot water. One of the best things about the place is the mud room. It was large enough for my family of 6 to come in at the same time and strip all our snow gear off and hang it all up. It also had a spout and drain if you needed to rinse boots off and a bench to sit on to take off your boots. And if all that wasn't enough, the veiws from this place is just breathtaking! If we just stayed at the house and never left I would have been happy. My children enjoyed the backyard. The hot tub was nice. The owners came by everyday and cleaned it and made sure there was de-icer around so we wouldn't slip. (We went during Christmas, so it was cold) There was a playground that my 7yr old loved and also a fire pit furnished with everything you would need for a bonfire. There was even a horseshoe pit that my boys had a fit over. Thats one of our favorite games we like to play. I can't say enough nice things about this place. You just need to experience it for yourself! I hope I can come back here soon!

Wonderful stay in beautiful home

The place was wonderful. Although it was difficult having such a nice master bedroom on the second floor and feeling guilt over taking the much nicer room. That would be my only complaint or concern. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hot tub was wonderful after a cool summer day. We all loved it. Our second best meal (after the most amazing meal at The Little Mermaid on the spit - and including additional week and a half traveling around the entire state) was a meal we cooked on the grill and in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there. Fantastic. Many thanks for your hospitality. We hope to come back with our grown children next year. Home was a bit pricey for my retired, accountant husband. I say it’s worth it.

Amazing stay!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Baycrest Lodge. There was plenty of space outside for activities with the fire pit land viewing the coastline and the included playground was a big hit with my son. The house was clean and included everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The master suite was simply amazing with a beautiful view from the big windows and it’s own balcony. I really appreciated the WiFi extenders and USB connections upstairs that made using electronic devices very easy. Downstairs, the kitchen have everything like a K cup machine for a quick coffee and a grinder and coffee maker for making whole bean coffee. The big gas range was great for cooking and I loved using the gas grill outside to make dinner too. The living room had enough comfy recliners to let everyone relax at the same time while watching tv. Jen was extremely friendly and easy to contact. Emails and calls were quickly answered and we were even able to check in a little early. That was really appreciated after a red eye flight and a long drive from ANC. We loved our stay here so much, we booked a stay for next year even before we left!

Heaven

I live only 90 minutes from Homer, and love driving down on a sunny day. I have been stashing family and friends all over homer for years as, for my money, it's the best spot in all of Alaska. This home, however, is a cut above. With incredible views, privacy, amazing attention to detail and a private hot tub you just simply cannot go wrong. An absolutely perfect stay.

Immaculate House, On the Bluff, & Perfect Breathtaking AK Views

This home has everything you need and more! Giving this home a 5-star rating is easy peasy and without hesitation. We went here for a girl's getaway weekend and had the most comfortable & unforgettable time. From the beds, hot tub, utilizing the fire pit each night (don't forget your s'mores) & well landscaped property; the Lupine house is hands down, the most beautiful home we have had the pleasure to rent. Very spacious, inviting, and you cannot beat the view of the Kachemak bay every night. I hope to come stay here again with my family this time, as this place holds a spectacular place in my heart.

GREAT KICK OFF FOR THE SUMMER

Its been a tradition to kick off our summer with a stay in Homer, however this home is really amazing we'll surely spend more time there this summer. Jen and her husband John are wonderful host and love what they do one the property. They both are creative, and talented which shows through the house and the property. The iron work in each room is well thought out for function and design giving the whole vibe of rustic chic. Beautiful wood in every room adds warmth to the tile floors and stainless steel kitchen appliances and backsplash. The views are spectacular with private spaces to contemplate or just read a book. The huge fire pit was a hit with our group gathering after a day cruising the Homer spit. We will defiantly be staying there again.
