Retiro tranquilo de 3000 pies cuadrados en el lago Baby Lake rodeado de pinos en casi 3 acres cerca de Hackensack, MN.

+ 4 dormitorios, 3 baños. Duerme 12 en camas.
+ Techos abovedados en la sala de estar principal y una pared de ventanas de vidrio con vista al hermoso Baby Lake. Chimenea de gas.
+ La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que incluyen lavaplatos, microondas y cocina a gas con horno doble. Además, cafetera Keurig y muchos platos / ollas y sartenes / utensilios.
+ Mesa de comedor con capacidad para 12 personas (con espacio para 3 más en la isla de la cocina)
+ También en el nivel principal: dormitorio principal (King) con baño completo, lavandería con lavadora y secadora estándar y medio baño para invitados.
+ Nivel superior tiene un altillo con un futón (para 2) y un dormitorio con 4 camas individuales y 2 vestidores para el almacenamiento.
+ El nivel inferior es una huelga con puertas francesas que conducen a una zona de asientos de cemento con vistas al lago

We gathered as a family of 9 for a week of celebrating a 70th birthday. The cabin was everything I wished for and more! Spacious and comfortable, super clean and beautiful with huge window overlooking the lake.Ivy, the owner responded quickly to all of our questions and didn't mind a call when the we couldn't figure things out. If you are bringing a baby/toddler , you need to bring a portacrib and a high chair and baby life jacket.Thanks for a wonderful week!

2020 Summer Get Away

We had an awesome time staying at The Lookout on Baby Lake. The cabin was amazing. We rented the pontoon boat for the week and enjoyed a lot of time hanging out on the lake fishing and swimming. Our 16 year old son and his buddy had a blast. It was very hard to leave when our week came to an end. Craig and Ivy were quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely recommend The Lookout on Baby Lake.

Beautiful Fall Colors

We had a truly wonderful fall experience in this immaculate lake home. The furnishings are very comfortable and tasteful. The kitchen is a dream to use and fully equipped. We had beautiful views from the majestic lake side windows of fall foliage at its peak, and really enjoyed the gas fireplace on cool evenings. The owners are even more wonderful than the home. They went well above expectations to meet our needs. A great experience.

What a dream!

This property is gorgeous, set high on a hill with great views of the water. Swimming dock, fishing, and access to a pontoon. Great trails for running and close to really cute little towns. Owners went above and beyond in terms of making sure we were settled, comfortable, had what we needed. They answered any/all questions - but also gave us space to enjoy their amazing property. Do be prepared to walk a steep hill (you will be in great shape by the end of the week) - there is a side path that you can also take back and forth to the water. Do plan ahead with bug spray as you are in the woods. Do plan to be awed and amazed by the fish, frogs & loons. Their are boats on this lake but because it is smaller and it isn't linked to other lakes, it is a really peaceful stay. Highly recommend!

Winter Wonderland!

Words cannot describe the amazing time we had at Bay Lake! It was so beautiful inside and out! The house was immaculate and so comfortable for our family of 7, we were missing 2 from our family who couldn't make it, but could have easily accommodated them! It was a marvelous get away for our family, we played games, did puzzles, baked cookies and wonderful dinners (in the more than fully equipped kitchen), went sledding, took long walks along the icy lake shore and had a bonfire under a beautiful starry sky on New Year's Eve! We could not be more thankful to Ivy and Craig for sharing their beautiful home with us! They were so kind and easy to communicate with, even calling to check on us as we drove up under snowy conditions! The attention to detail and provisions available in the house were amazing! Our only hope now is to secure some time in the summer to experience this amazing place during a different season! Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you Ivy and Craig! We had an absolutely magical time!

Wonderful touch of modern on a great Muskie lake.

The cabin was superb and easily fit 7 adults with room to stretch. The cabin is wonderful and has touches of modern connected life everywhere. This came in very handy for our group as it rained all weekend, stoping us from getting in the fishing hours we wanted. While we could not be on the lake the whole time, we were comfortable and relaxed none the less. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to truly glamp, or thoughts who want a place that serves the fishing fool as well as the cabin book reader.

Amazing Cabin, Amazing Owners!

The cabin is amazing, with plenty of space for our older teens to spread out…and the projection TV in the basement was perfect for the Olympics! The cabin was extremely clean, the beds and numerous seating options were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Ivy and Craig were the most proactive and responsive hosts we’ve experienced, they were genuinely concerned our stay was comfortable and that we were happy. The lake has many fun nooks and crannies to explore by boat and we really enjoyed kayaking too. Swimming off the boat was perfect, fishing was good off the dock and boat. If there is one flaw to be had, it’s that the shore off the dock is weedy and has a muck bottom. Not a big deal for us as our kids are old enough to just head for deeper water or swim off the boat, but it might be a factor for some families.

Outstanding Experience

Our stay was simply spectacular! Craig and Ivy were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. When we reached out with any questions, they were quick to respond and made the stay very enjoyable. The home is very clean, well equipped, well cared for and just beautiful. You wake up in the morning and the first thing you see is the beautiful lookout onto the lake! We enjoyed time with the family playing boardgames that were provided, cooking, worshiping together. We loved our little getaway and hope to do it again soon!

The communication with Ive, the owner, was always prompt and helpful with our questions. The house and property is really amazing and we would love to try it during the summer some time. Everything we would have needed was provided and the house has a fantastic layout and ability to sleep 10 comfortably. Beautiful views and very private.

Wonderful Girl's Weekend!

We chose The Lookout on Baby Lake for our 6th Annual Girl's Weekend and did not disappoint! Each year, we pick a new place and this was by far our favorite cabin. The cabin is so cozy and immaculately clean, the views are stunning, the property is so secluded and peaceful. Craig and Ivy thought of everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. From games to kitchen appliances - you name it, they have it. We even found sleds in the shed and took them down the hill after we got a few inches of snow. The only negative thing I have to say was that the single beds were a little too firm for our preference, but are perfect for kids. This place is amazing and we hope to come back very soon!

Wonderful end of summer getaway

Our family and extended family (5 adults and 3 kids) had a wonderful time at Baby Lake! Communication with the owners was easy and the property was as expected when we arrived (pristine condition!). We loved being able to use the pontoon for fishing and swimming for the kiddos. Plenty of room for everyone to space out, great gathering area for making family memories. Also loved the fire pit!

Wonderful place inside and out !!!!!!!

The home itself is perfect - roomy and comfortable with everything we needed and room for adults and children! But - we had such a fantastic time swimming and fishing and kayaking and “pontooning” and walking and watching for wildlife of all kinds!! Really wonderful week !!! And the owners made the experience great too - with answers to questions arriving so quickly!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Just what we needed !!!

Craig & Ivy purchased the Lookout of Baby Lake in the spring of 2019, a fulfillment of a dream we held for years. The previous year had been consumed with Ivy fighting breast cancer, but during that saga we were reminded to make memories now instead of waiting for the perfect time. We are so excited to be able to share our vacation home with other families who can create lasting memories with their own loved ones.
